    It is frustrating that you have to enter the zip code every time you open the app. When going back to the main page, you must enter the zip code again and select the restaurant again.

    This is my favorite place to get a tasty, cooked perfectly to your order, steak. The margaritas are good, too. Always good food, attentive servers (but not overly as to be annoying) and the manager always stops by to assure everything is okay. They gladly adjust your food or drink at your request, no problem. Clean and Covid practices utilized.

    Always great service and food. No matter what location it is. I have never had a negative experience and have been eating O'Charley's for at least 20 years. Highly recommend!

    We Love O'Chucks! But they need to keep Absolute stocked in the bar. Ours in Knoxville doesn't have any flavor of Absolute. Also, the strawberry lemonade here is awful! They store on Merchants in Knoxville is 100x better than kingston pike.

    I downloaded this today and used it this evening. Super easy to use, meal was ready for pickup on time and everything! Definitely recommend this app, I've seen people say once you back out your bag doesn't save which is true but if you're making an order at that very moment it works perfectly fine! Plus we got a free appetizer for subscribing

    I love O'Charley's! And their app is awesome because it shows me the deals that I can get when I come visit there often establishment with wonderful service oh, and most definitely some of the best food planet Earth!

    This app is impossible to navigate. I'm using a Google Pixel 5. It takes forever to load, and it's really difficult to scroll through the menu. I don't really know about any of the other features because I got so frustrated going through the menu.

    I’ve tried multiple times to access my account. I requested multiple emails to reset the password. Every time I try to do it it tells me that confirm password does not match , even when I use the password generated by iPhone. I know that password did not get missed typed on the iPhone password confirmation. I tried to contact someone for help. No one answered the phone. I finally had to send an email in. It directed me to the store. They called me back to fix it. I told them multiple times what the problem was, but they wanted me to come to the store so they could see what I was talking about. I even reloaded the app. I really don’t want to go to the restaurant to spend time to figure out this app. Since this is a software glitch there’s nothing they can do. I’d like to be able to use this app because I go to the store frequently. But it’s too hard to use and set up. So I’m at the point where I just opt out of going to the restaurant because it’s too hard to order.

    Don't bother with this app. It wants permission to get your location, then doesn't use it. Then it asks for your location and covers up the map to select the nearest location with the keyboard, which is no longer needed. It's impossible to scroll, often going in the wrong direction, making ordering almost impossible. Just order from the website. This app is unusable.

    The app wouldn’t let me scroll sideways through the menu options for instance under Burgers and Sandwiches could only see the first item and partial of the second and wasn’t able to view the others. Every time I tried to move the menu to the left to see what is available on the right it would go back to the first option. Tried to submit app support but it takes me to the store location support. Won’t be able to order until this is fixed.

    Really annoying that if you are in the middle of an order and click away from the app, everything in the cart disappears and I have to completely start over, choose your location, everything... very frustrating.

    Trying to set up Face ID and had trouble getting accepted. Tried email login and wouldn’t accept that. If you are going to offer an app you should have the bugs worked out so that customer will not be ticked off before ever using. Never had a problem with Chili’s app which should be modeled after. Bob

    Will only allow me to use one gift card for payment, but if amount is large, I’d like to add two gift cards to my order before having to pay for rest with credit card. Please fix this soon. Otherwise, works okay.

    This app doesn’t work at all. Can log into account on Safari, but the exact same log in information. Keeps giving an error that there is no such user!!! Ridiculous!

    Clumsy to use. Doesn't save favorite location. Has lagged with screen movement every time I've ordered. Can't save multiple gift cards. Can only access payment info with the checkout of an order.

    I still haven't been able to complete an order. Why can't we set a favorite restaurant? We can NOT store payment info but I always have to find my restaurant. It doesn't even use a GPS system to find the closest restaurant. If you don't know the zip code you're out of luck. It obviously knows my device, it welcomes me by name with no sign in. I hope you fix most of these. I have really used your restaurant over all others during this pandemic. I bought e-gift cards and I can't load to app!

    This app needs some work! 1) It always requires a zip code and I have to set it at 10 miles to select my location. 2) I have saved my credit card numerous times and it never rembers it. I have to put it in every time. 3) If you have to return to the menu after you start checking out it forgets everything you previously put in.

    This app is TERRIBLE! It mirrors the website (so what's the point of it) and makes you accidentally click on stuff as you're scrolling. Horrible layout!

    I downloaded this tonight and it was the worst app I've ever used to order food. It wouldn't scroll through the menu, it kept freezing, everytime I put my phone to sleep (while trying to get orders together) I'd have to start all over! I had to call the store to change my pickup time and they didn't even have my order even though I had the confirmation email so they had to enter the entire order manually. Trash app.
