    I just recently got into PC building, and being close to 40 years old my mind isn’t what it used to be. That’s where NE shines. With its descriptive spec sheets, tips on usage, and it’s amazing pc builder tool, it puts NE at the top of PC websites! Bundle that with top of the line customer service and there’s no need to go elsewhere!! Keep up the good work NE and I will gladly continue to give you my money!! Also, the recent Newegg Shuffle is a awesome idea that gives everyone a fair chance at purchasing a fair priced GPU/CPU!! I’m sure the only ones that complain about are the ones who don’t plan on buying one anyhow or vis versus, they’re greedy miners/scalpers who want the entire stock for themselves. I hope they bring it back so I will have a chance of getting a decent gpu without having to watch 24/7 for restocking.

    I've used the Newegg app for a while now and I find it really useful. Updates about order status, shipping, upcoming events and deals. There have been a few minor glitches but nothing bad, a good app to have if you're a Newegg customer.

    Love Newegg, love what they do. Always get what I need on time and at a fair price. They have great sales and have helped me save money many times. Really easy buying process, Especially with Apple Pay. This has lead to many late night impulse buys. Only issue I have with the app is when going back and forth within menus the GUI jumps up about 1/8 of an inch every other time or so, leaving a black space at the bottom of the screen. This is tolerable until there’s a 1/2 inch gap and I can’t access the back button anymore because it’s been pushed off screen. This is solved by going to the home screen and reopening the app, but it gets annoying after awhile. Would like to see this fixed, as it’s been happening on two separate devices for months now. No problem on my iPad, only old iPhone 6 as well as my new iPhone 8. Newegg is by far the best place to buy components I’ve ever used, so the bug is not worth knocking off a star. *edit* The previously mention bug seems to have been fixed (mostly.) but has been replaced by and even worse one. Upon trying to view any item for specific details, the app has a 90% crash rate, turning black and taking me to my home screen. I still love Newegg and their app, but this is starting to make it hard to use. I shouldn’t have to go to my browser if I want to check refresh rates on a monitor or the PCI-E lanes on a processor. Please get this fixed, I need more impulse buys!

    A convenient and modern way to shop on Newegg. I also got a free $10 gift card for placing my first order using the app! I always appreciate this kind of site-specific app, and I was pleased to see that Newegg has one. UPDATE: I've seen people criticize Newegg's customer service, but my experience has been nothing but positive - in fact, I was astounded by the lengths they went to to make sure I was a happy customer.

    Ok. So I’ve been a user of Newegg since-well, almost like forever. I’ve always loved their service and the special things it offers, like PowerSearch. Love that! But my main gripe is that their app is HOT GARBAGE. Especially recently, it’ll keep telling me it can’t find results for a search query even if it just worked a few seconds ago! WHAT THE HELL NEWEGG? And from there it only gets worse. It tells me to go back to the homes creen and then things start disappearing from there! Then I can’t even access my cart, my wish lists, anything! And then it force logs me out and I can’t even use the app anymore. I have to delete it, log back in, and get what little work I can in before the app does it again. And this isn’t even a rare occurrence: it happens EVERY TIME!!! So my message to Newegg: Get a REAL developer to make this app. You guys clearly can’t handle it, and I’d much prefer not having usinn this amazing service be such a hair-pulling frustration in an otherwise perfect service.

    Newegg itself is an amazing company that has helped me find many things in the "tech-world." However, I do believe that the app does need some work, more specifically for me on the images for listings. When swiping on the images it will rubber band back to the previous images, the only way to circumvent this is swiping slowly. But overall it is still a good app.

    So, I ordered all of my new parts or my first gaming PC from Newegg because, well don’t quote me on this but they had the best prices for the parts I was looking for. I ordered a new cpu ,gpu, power supply, case, ssd, hard drive, and motherboard on a Sunday night and my order was processed and accepted and shipped on the day after I placed my order! Today is Tuesday I just received and built my new computer and all the parts work perfect. The only problem that I have with the app is the shipping prices and choices for shipping now I get, that I got my package nearly over night from California to Ohio. Maybe having a selection of different shipping options would be great I mean it is not like I needed it right away but all is cool I am a happy happy customer.

    New eggs current app is great. Provides better technical specifications than what's available when shopping for PC components and other devices on Amazon. Much easier to check device compatibility and ensure your build will work. They also provide links to manufacturers' websites for further information.

    I like their deals but you need to get your s*ht together when it comes to customer service and shipping though another conpany that doesn’t have Fedex Ground on the name. here’s what happened so i order an office chair they sent me the tracking info for the other everything seems fine one week later Fedex changes the delivery date to “pending “ i said ok whatever maybe they’ll deliver it a day late no problem well one week later delivery still pending than i get an email from newegg saing that they just found out the item wasn’t in stock so they’ll give me a full refund SERIOUSLY 2 weeks to find out if the item was in stock! And what the hell was I tracking than for those 2 weeks hahaha so they said wait about 3 days to see the refund on your account 4 days later i had to contact them and guess what i had to wait 20 minutes to talk to Emma thank you emma by the way.

    Did not expect what was a PC parts store to also become an auto parts store as well. For my PC needs, has been good, they don't have issues verifying my address like Microcenter, who has not fixed that issue in the last 2+ years. I don't agree with some vendors taking your money, and not providing viable tracking methods. Overall, a good experience!

    No idea why my order was cancelled as I had the funds to pay for it in fact I legitimately put in two orders both of which were cancelled; so I ended up losing the deal that it had on cyber Monday. It being reduced to 1370, now back to full price at 1700, on top of that customer service was taking an absolutely ridiculous amount of time with about an hour and thirty minutes of total waiting time. Without even being connected to someone to at least figure out the reasoning for the order cancellation.. I also signed up for Newegg premier, receiving a free year due to military service, but am now going to cancel it. I don’t care about the free year as it won’t matter if none of my orders are going to even be processed properly. I am also going to stop using this service as it only served to waste my time when I could’ve gone to another online store to buy a laptop or at the very least get decent customer service. Completely ridiculous. Update: they have suspended my account... yep real professional

    As much as I love Newegg, this app has been a terrible annoyance. I recently bought Breath of the Wild on switch as a Christmas present for my best friend and had it sent to her house. I’ve since then made three orders for a new pc I’m building and I used the app to place the orders. When doing so I made sure that only my address was selected for shipping. And even at the end before finally placing the order, it showed only my address. Well, I was looking at my orders tonight and where are they shipping to? All the way to Florida. I live in NY. It was using my best friend’s address. Once things have been shipped or packaged, there’s no way to change the address. This has now caused an extreme inconvenience to me as I was expecting these packages by Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I work 70 + hour work weeks and having these few days off for thanksgiving to build my pc meant a lot to me. However, no I cannot do that. Newegg recalled my order. I have placed a new one, but I doubt I will be receiving the items in time. I am adding a star in here because they did honor the sales price, though they initially did not want to. Newegg app devs, please fix this issue. That and sometimes the app will just freeze until I click my home button and then go back in and it freezes again and I have to repeat this process to get the app to work. PLEASE FIX THIS.

    This may be just my luck, but I’ve been waiting about a month and a half for a laptop I needed for school. At first, they had to delay shipping because of fires in my area which was fair enough. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. Upon arrival, the item they sent me was a keyboard and of course I requested a return and had to return the item to Newegg and am still waiting for my laptop. I’ve emailed them multiple times for updates on my return, but no response thus far. 2 stars because they are returning the item without trying to squirm out of it. Edit: Downgraded to a 1 star due to more complications on Newegg’s part. They sent my return without a house number on it. As a result, I had to chat with an agent, who apparently edited the address and messed it up again. About to talk to them about this order for the 4th or 5th time at this point, but who’s counting?

    Really a terribly interfaced app for a company which supposedly prides itself on keeping up to date with all the newest technology trends. It is impossible to copy tracking numbers from the app. There is a bug that tells you it is copied, but when you go to paste it in the safari search bar *nada*. The reason one might need to do this is because it is impossible to find up to date tracking information in the app itself. On top of that, the tracking info that the app does display is not up to date with the actual info displayed on the mail carriers website. Just another case of software engineers desperately trying to keep the use in their app by “providing” all the details of a specific order in the app itself. When this doesn’t work, the app has now created a problem: I cannot leave the app with correct tracking information of my shipment. Newegg PLEASE FIX THIS

    I will admit I should have noticed is was not a part of cart at payment, but I critically created a list of items I wanted to build a PC. I used the wish list program and when I got all my money and the parts I wanted all together, I clicked the “add all to cart” and the started getting mass amount of emails the next few days about separate invoices that made the entire process confusing because I thought I got all the parts and was very excited. I sat down today to start building and noticed I’m missing one of the most important parts of a computer, the GPU. It was a part of my list but not a part of the payment. Because I’m moving soon I don’t see the need to quickly order the last part that should have been processed in first place. I probably will have to wait to build my PC until after I move (3 weeks) and it’s so deflating.

    This has happened to me more than once now, where I am ordering more than one item in the iOS app, and when I try to complete the order using ApplePay, it only applies ApplePay to the first item in the cart, and attempts to charge any remaining items to whichever credit card is on file with NewEgg. This seems to be a pretty significant bug in that it will try to charge you money from an account other than the one you requested. In my case, because the non-ApplePay card on file was expired, the charge was declined. None of the “update payment information” methods allow you to use ApplePay either, so the “fix” was to cancel the order with the declined charge and try ordering the item again as a single item shopping cart. Will update rating when the bug is fixed.

    Won the shuffle one time. Sent me an email around 630 saying I had till 730 to buy it. So I missed it. Worst window to buy something especially when I signed up at 11 to buy it. Now trying again to enter shuffle and it says error. Something went wrong on their side. The prices for the shuffle are better than the scalpers. But good luck winning. Seems like a scam.

    Do not trust the order shipment tracking on this app. I ordered 10 different items to build a custom computer. The case was delivered on Wednesday. Everything else was scheduled for Thursday delivery. However on Wednesday as I use the app to access my order it shows each item in a list, and clicking on any item will show it was Delivered already. Only the case was delivered. Everything else won’t be delivered until the next day. Newegg website shows it correctly. Their app is completely wrong and misleading. Obviously this caused me much heartache and grief, thinking my items had been delivered and either stolen or misplaced. Gee whiz app developers I can’t think of a worse mistake and this is unacceptable. Please fire yourself. Update: now end of day Thursday. All items have been delivered. App still has wrong info. Worthless!

Lots of random cheap quality products line priced with good to great products (e.g. a $45 mouse that the scroll wheel broke after three weeks... Turns out, the base was metal but internals were very cheap plastic parts and the seller would not accept RMA or Exchange the mouse.)

    I was just getting into a computer building hobby when I came to this app. The interface is easy to use and the filter options make looking for the parts that I am searching for very easy. My only hang up if I had to have one comes from the computer building perspective. I would like to see a compatibility filter that narrows part selections to what items will work with other items. I.e. identifying a motherboard to filter compatible RAM. I understand that this is a very complicated thing to create and manage with the ever changing computer component market but it would make looking for parts much quicker and less cumbersome.

    Excellent experience mostly. My only complaint is when scrolling, sometimes a title bar or add bar will make the screen shake or not let me go down smoothly. I have to flick up and zoom down past several items. Then I can scroll back up. If the problem bar appears at the top again it takes control again and snaps to the top.

    I have bought Computer parts for several years and I continue to do so on an irregular basis. I have tried everyone’s Inside & Outside specials, however I don’t have any qualms with the purchased products from Newegg’s stores. I continue to build as the Technology advances, so I am compelled to build a better “Mouse Trap”, if possible. Newegg makes it that much easier for me to get the “Right Stuff for a reasonable price and then, stands behind its Merchandise with an Ironclad guarantee.     Pretty good movile app, UI/UX leaves a bit to be desired, but that's only in comparison to best-in-class newegg website that blows all other sites away for comparison shopping. App is much more responsive than most other store apps and honestly is the goal others should strive to have.

    I love the Newegg App…They have all my order status updates and wish list details easy to access by swiping, and then the recently viewed items right at the top when you login to the app. It’s so much easier to browse and shop, especially since they have relevant products showing, along with videos and reviews linked to each page! As a mom, I barely have time, so I love that I can easily ask Siri about my shipping status and Apple Pay makes it so much easier to complete my purchase in one-click! Thank you for making this so user friendly for anyone and everyone! :)

    Did not expect what was a PC parts store to also become an auto parts store as well. For my PC needs, has been good, they don't have issues verifying my address like Microcenter, who has not fixed that issue in the last 2+ years. I don't agree with some vendors taking your money, and not providing viable tracking methods. Overall, a good experience!

    Mostly works well, though newegg shuffle notifications dont always come through and the menu to search is not intuitive or user friendly. (Edit 11/23/21) newegg shuffle now mostly works so upgrading to 4 stars. Still not the most user friendly to navigate.

    Sellers do not always have the products they're selling you, for instance i received a set of low quality fans when I purchased the premium quality ones. Seller refused to correct the issue. I lost $80 I cannot recommend this app. However. NEWEGG themselves, customer service is top notch! My experience is becoming more satisfying knowing that they stand behind their Application. Even when sellers lie.

    Great store for computer stuff, app is mostly great, but some of the promoted items are super obtrusive (covering other items, for example) when searching. You also can't do landscape mode, which is usually fine, but trying to compare more than two items is inconvenient.

    Ok. So I’ve been a user of Newegg since-well, almost like forever. I’ve always loved their service and the special things it offers, like PowerSearch. Love that! But my main gripe is that their app is HOT GARBAGE. Especially recently, it’ll keep telling me it can’t find results for a search query even if it just worked a few seconds ago! WHAT THE HELL NEWEGG? And from there it only gets worse. It tells me to go back to the homes creen and then things start disappearing from there! Then I can’t even access my cart, my wish lists, anything! And then it force logs me out and I can’t even use the app anymore. I have to delete it, log back in, and get what little work I can in before the app does it again. And this isn’t even a rare occurrence: it happens EVERY TIME!!! So my message to Newegg: Get a REAL developer to make this app. You guys clearly can’t handle it, and I’d much prefer not having usinn this amazing service be such a hair-pulling frustration in an otherwise perfect service.

    I like their deals but you need to get your s*ht together when it comes to customer service and shipping though another conpany that doesn’t have Fedex Ground on the name. here’s what happened so i order an office chair they sent me the tracking info for the other everything seems fine one week later Fedex changes the delivery date to “pending “ i said ok whatever maybe they’ll deliver it a day late no problem well one week later delivery still pending than i get an email from newegg saing that they just found out the item wasn’t in stock so they’ll give me a full refund SERIOUSLY 2 weeks to find out if the item was in stock! And what the hell was I tracking than for those 2 weeks hahaha so they said wait about 3 days to see the refund on your account 4 days later i had to contact them and guess what i had to wait 20 minutes to talk to Emma thank you emma by the way.

    I am a completely blind smart phone user and as such I use the Apple voiceover screen reader built into my iPhone 10 S. I was informed that the shopping experience with Newegg would be better through the app and so I download it. There is a problem however, as it seems this app is not optimized for accessibility and use ability with screen meters. I can shop, but that is about it. It looks like there are some issues with unlabeled controls and edit fields that I cannot interact with. Try to add an address can’t do it, try to add my credit card information can’t do it, try to check out and I can’t do it.

    As much as I love Newegg, this app has been a terrible annoyance. I recently bought Breath of the Wild on switch as a Christmas present for my best friend and had it sent to her house. I’ve since then made three orders for a new pc I’m building and I used the app to place the orders. When doing so I made sure that only my address was selected for shipping. And even at the end before finally placing the order, it showed only my address. Well, I was looking at my orders tonight and where are they shipping to? All the way to Florida. I live in NY. It was using my best friend’s address. Once things have been shipped or packaged, there’s no way to change the address. This has now caused an extreme inconvenience to me as I was expecting these packages by Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. I work 70 + hour work weeks and having these few days off for thanksgiving to build my pc meant a lot to me. However, no I cannot do that. Newegg recalled my order. I have placed a new one, but I doubt I will be receiving the items in time. I am adding a star in here because they did honor the sales price, though they initially did not want to. Newegg app devs, please fix this issue. That and sometimes the app will just freeze until I click my home button and then go back in and it freezes again and I have to repeat this process to get the app to work. PLEASE FIX THIS.

    This has happened to me more than once now, where I am ordering more than one item in the iOS app, and when I try to complete the order using ApplePay, it only applies ApplePay to the first item in the cart, and attempts to charge any remaining items to whichever credit card is on file with NewEgg. This seems to be a pretty significant bug in that it will try to charge you money from an account other than the one you requested. In my case, because the non-ApplePay card on file was expired, the charge was declined. None of the “update payment information” methods allow you to use ApplePay either, so the “fix” was to cancel the order with the declined charge and try ordering the item again as a single item shopping cart. Will update rating when the bug is fixed.

    Research what you're buying... Just like Amazon now... Lots of random cheap quality products line priced with good to great products (e.g. a $45 mouse that the scroll wheel broke after three weeks... Turns out, the base was metal but internals were very cheap plastic parts and the seller would not accept RMA or Exchange the mouse.)

    The app crashes every 30 seconds or so when I’m on low power mode and even off low power mode it does it quite consistently seems to struggle to even just go from page to page at time (where the crashing usually commences) I’ll go to my history then quickly to something else and it’ll crash go to my cart then back to the menu *crash* also would be nice if I could check my cart then go back to the same page I was just one currently just puts you back to the home screen having to dig through the deals again the reason it’s such a big problem is cause I’m up in Alaska and they never say before I put it in my cart wether or not It can be shipped here so I often go between menu’s

    App crashes about once as minute when scanning products for the Newegg Shuffle. I'm guessing that moving super slowly and cautiously would help prevent some crashes but I rarely get through a shuffle selection without several crashes.

    No idea why my order was cancelled as I had the funds to pay for it in fact I legitimately put in two orders both of which were cancelled; so I ended up losing the deal that it had on cyber Monday. It being reduced to 1370, now back to full price at 1700, on top of that customer service was taking an absolutely ridiculous amount of time with about an hour and thirty minutes of total waiting time. Without even being connected to someone to at least figure out the reasoning for the order cancellation.. I also signed up for Newegg premier, receiving a free year due to military service, but am now going to cancel it. I don’t care about the free year as it won’t matter if none of my orders are going to even be processed properly. I am also going to stop using this service as it only served to waste my time when I could’ve gone to another online store to buy a laptop or at the very least get decent customer service. Completely ridiculous. Update: they have suspended my account... yep real professional

    This may be just my luck, but I’ve been waiting about a month and a half for a laptop I needed for school. At first, they had to delay shipping because of fires in my area which was fair enough. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. Upon arrival, the item they sent me was a keyboard and of course I requested a return and had to return the item to Newegg and am still waiting for my laptop. I’ve emailed them multiple times for updates on my return, but no response thus far. 2 stars because they are returning the item without trying to squirm out of it. Edit: Downgraded to a 1 star due to more complications on Newegg’s part. They sent my return without a house number on it. As a result, I had to chat with an agent, who apparently edited the address and messed it up again. About to talk to them about this order for the 4th or 5th time at this point, but who’s counting?

    Really a terribly interfaced app for a company which supposedly prides itself on keeping up to date with all the newest technology trends. It is impossible to copy tracking numbers from the app. There is a bug that tells you it is copied, but when you go to paste it in the safari search bar *nada*. The reason one might need to do this is because it is impossible to find up to date tracking information in the app itself. On top of that, the tracking info that the app does display is not up to date with the actual info displayed on the mail carriers website. Just another case of software engineers desperately trying to keep the use in their app by “providing” all the details of a specific order in the app itself. When this doesn’t work, the app has now created a problem: I cannot leave the app with correct tracking information of my shipment. Newegg PLEASE FIX THIS

    I will admit I should have noticed is was not a part of cart at payment, but I critically created a list of items I wanted to build a PC. I used the wish list program and when I got all my money and the parts I wanted all together, I clicked the “add all to cart” and the started getting mass amount of emails the next few days about separate invoices that made the entire process confusing because I thought I got all the parts and was very excited. I sat down today to start building and noticed I’m missing one of the most important parts of a computer, the GPU. It was a part of my list but not a part of the payment. Because I’m moving soon I don’t see the need to quickly order the last part that should have been processed in first place. I probably will have to wait to build my PC until after I move (3 weeks) and it’s so deflating.

    Won the shuffle one time. Sent me an email around 630 saying I had till 730 to buy it. So I missed it. Worst window to buy something especially when I signed up at 11 to buy it. Now trying again to enter shuffle and it says error. Something went wrong on their side. The prices for the shuffle are better than the scalpers. But good luck winning. Seems like a scam.

    Do not trust the order shipment tracking on this app. I ordered 10 different items to build a custom computer. The case was delivered on Wednesday. Everything else was scheduled for Thursday delivery. However on Wednesday as I use the app to access my order it shows each item in a list, and clicking on any item will show it was Delivered already. Only the case was delivered. Everything else won’t be delivered until the next day. Newegg website shows it correctly. Their app is completely wrong and misleading. Obviously this caused me much heartache and grief, thinking my items had been delivered and either stolen or misplaced. Gee whiz app developers I can’t think of a worse mistake and this is unacceptable. Please fire yourself. Update: now end of day Thursday. All items have been delivered. App still has wrong info. Worthless!

    Apple Pay issues with app. I purchased 2 products, 1 with a warranty so a total of 3 items including the warranty. Used Apple Pay. Approved the purchase. Total was apx $45, however new egg then broke apart the transaction into 3 transactions causing the additional transactions to be declined thru Apple Pay. So now Apple Pay shows 3 charges. 1 was the warranty, it approved. Then my actual products. They both show denied so I find the email from Newegg stating I need to revise my payment. No option to use my Apple Pay. So I use the card that was linked with my Apple Pay and revising one revised both but now in my order history it appears I have been charged for the warranty that was already paid for a 2nd time. What a horrible experience. And customer service is closed on the weekend.
