I am amazed by the huge improvement of this brain training app. I’m quite big on brain training apps and the philosophy behind them which is why I’m picky with what to install and be committed to. Neuronation has always been one of those apps that I’d install and recommend when somebody would ask for a brain training coach. Sure, back then, there were issues like it used to lag most of the time and the exercises were monotonous to a point where I questioned myself whether I was actually improving or not. So there was a point when I just decided to uninstall it and try a few apps there for for my brain workout. But one day, I realized that I should go back and see if it has improved and my decision was right! It’s really great and I enjoyed every workout that they offer, especially what they believe to improve a certain area of mine. I can’t say thank you enough for those who worked hard to better their app. Keep up the good work, Neuronation. You’ll definitely help a lot of people in the long run. 🙂👍🏻

App works flawlessly. Very professional. I love the fun initial assessment to know how I'm going in several categories of cognitive function, such as memory, speed and attention, with plenty of real life examples to help understand why some workplace scenarios and interactions may seem more confronting than others. Fun, engaging and challenging brain games to improve weaknesses, reward strengths and improve overall confidence. Everyone can benefit from this. I'm impressed. Well done team!

So I downloaded this app like a week ago, and I am actually quite enjoying the experience so far. This app helps you memorize and analyze patterns that can be more challenging the more you advance in each sequence. This game can help those who have trouble memorizing and could help those who have dementia and other brain-like disorders. The game keeps track of how your responding and calculates them in categories (such as memory, willpower, flexibility, focus, verbal fluency, etc.). I highly recommend this game to anyone who wants to improve their memory and brain power, seriously a great game for young minds, too great in fact that if children tried it out, they’ll have minds that are equivalent to professors (ages 4+)! 😃

Most of the training exercises created for each of the areas of the brain is very good in improving that region. Regular daily training has resulted in noticeable improvement in my deteriorating brain thanks to smart phones and computers doing most of the brain work for me. The reason I have removed a star is because the verbal training tries to improve your vocabulary skills which to my understanding is your current memory, knowledge and understanding of words in the dictionary. Just like any word game, 4 scrambled letters can make up more than one word. However the game requires you to guess the exact word it is thinking. So even though you entered a word that is accepted in the dictionary it is not correct based on the game which then makes this test inaccurate in measuring ones skill and knowledge of vocabulary. This needs to be fixed.

Really fantastic app, will be buying premium when I can afford it. Not necessary to do so but I would like to support this app. I can really feel my brain has had a good work out after using this app, it's challenging and fun and knows what you need to work on most using the In depth test :)

I enjoyed this app for about a month after I first signed up, then got a bit bored with it. A year later, without any head’s up from the developers, an $84 charge appeared in my credit card bill. They will not offer me a refund, but are happy to discontinue my service and give me a “voucher” for a friend. I think this is really dishonest; they would be happy to continue taking my money for years and hoping I wouldn’t notice on my cc statement. A reputable company that had a good product would offer a full refund to dissatisfied customers. Maybe this is the way of the world these days, but it truly turns me off to such enterprises. I had much better experience with LUMINOSITY and found them much more upstanding.

A bug on the app turns the screen black when the memory test is executed. The first two rounds of the test it runs ok, but when it starts the last one the screen goes black. This bug has turned the app useless.

  • Best brain app! Nov 20, 2020

I’ve had this app since it first came out years ago and have seen how it has changed through out the years. I simply love the exercises that clearly get your brain going and thinking it’s constantly prompting you to get better as well as letting you know where you stand compare to the rest of the users. All in all it’s a great app to truly get your brain going even if it’s just a couple minutes a day it feels like a game yet you know your exercising your brain so it keeps it fun. I actually started deleting games and using this app more often working the brain and having fun

Really great. Love the ongoing assessments and revised training plans. Feedback on how you're doing is really encouraging, as you can see your progress. Definitely recommend if you fancy giving your brain a little daily workout.

Good app, with a varied amount of games on the free version. It gives you a personalised evaluation of your strengths which I think is pretty accurate. I have had a few buggy issues which is why I have rated as 4 star not 5.

All the buttons in the games to small to use them. First thing you have to do is to solve the task, next job is find out the smallest button with the correct answer. And the second step is much more difficult than the first one!!!!!!! Fix it it please. Make the most big buttons as it only cloud be!!!! On the first versions of the app the buttons were with normal size!!!! And kill you UI/UX designer!!!

This app has some interesting short exercises that may help improve concentration. However, I find some of the instructions lack clarity and I have to fall back on trial and error to work out how I am supposed to play a game. If not for that, I would upgrade to Premium.

Half the games are interesting, the other half not. When you start a new game and you are reading the instruction/trying to understand them, the timer is already on so you lose too many seconds. They should start the timer when you press "understood" after reading the instructions.....it's ridiculous.

  • Nice app, getting worse Oct 18, 2020

This app with no doubt is amazing. However, each time I update it, more and more games are getting premium. Now it’s practically impossible to use it for free. That’s frustrating. I hope the developers change their strategies because now it seems that the only thing they are looking for is to get the users to pay for premium. That’s not cool. that’s not neuronation.
