Dec 21, 2019 I have shopped with Net-a-Porter since the very beginning and they have never failed to deliver the finest in both products and customer care, always presented exquisitely. The app reflects all aspects of this perfection beautifully, it is user friendly, reliable and it just works the way you want it to. Whatever I am looking for, I always check Net-a-Porter first - there’s no one I would rather be loyal to. And no.. I don’t get a discount for writing this review ;)more -

Personal observations of a longtime customer
Feb 15, 2018 I have been on this site for years and years 2005 or 2006 maybe earlier . The good old days :) I used to be a vip customer but now -a -days there are many choices online. I don’t find it’s curated as cohesively as it used to be . The clothes selections seem more random and they don’t all fit together both in placement/ order on site and as a grouping altogether. Sometimes the choices make no sense to me and I am quite the fashion person in a more laid back way now ,but I certainly have the knowledge ,and the eye. It used to be a little more funky ,which appealed to me more , even in high end labels , but I guess that’s a financial decision . I still purchase and look every Monday Wednesday and Friday but don’t find the experience as stimulating to my creativity . Thank youmore -

Cart is Fickle
Jun 28, 2018 I have on a few occasions found something I really love, put it in my cart, and without warning me to check out or lose the item, the items would get deleted while I was browsing for other items. Bad system as it leaves the client feeling annoyed. It does not really allow you to select standard shipping, even on sale items, which makes me feel like they should just delete the options. Shipping is consistently delayed on next day orders. Good presentation, quality products, fair return policy.more -

If you like to shop over the course of several days (like I do) you will have to completely empty and refill your cart before ordering as it seems the items expire?? It let me fill out all my payment and shipping then claimed my cart was empty. Nothing I wanted was sold out and I had to re enter all my info. Expect a little better from luxury shopping. Might as well just stick to the website. No benefit to the app.more -

My only complaint is that I have a large wish list and it is very difficult to delete items. You can’t delete multiple items at once and the system is slow and finicky when deleting.more

I can’t view or save things to my wish list
May 14, 2019 I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can’t considering I can’t purchase my most loved items because I can’t see them! I thought it was just a glitch with the app but it’s been this way for months. I stopped using the app and today I logged onto the website outside of the app and realized that now I could see my wishlist but nothing I had been saving in the app had actually saved. What gives?more -
Wishlist not working or tracking orders
Jul 24, 2020 I’ve loved using this app so far but for a month or so the wishlist is not working. It makes it hard to keep track of the items I want to buy (main use for it is easy access to the things I’m highly interested in when I’m ready to buy) . And I can’t track the orders I’ve placed using the orders button. I have to wait for an email with the tracking number.. kinda annoyingmore

Inexperienced but not looking for the hardest working app otherwise. Still learning the operations and basics but as a while. .. graphics along with purpose of building it's rating should have received more productive conclusion

What’s Subpar
I’ve been shopping at Net-a-Porter since 2012. I loved the site. The merchandise was great and so was the customer service. I just ordered four pairs of shoes last week and heard nothing for almost a week. So I called which is always a pleasant experience in the past. I was greeted by Tony Soprano would proceeded to tell me my merchandise was being held up by unforeseen circumstances. The government wasn’t allowing my shoes to be sent. Really? That is not an unforeseen circumstance at this point. It is known. Why was there no notice on the site or an email informing me when I placed my order? He couldn’t even tell me when they thought they’d ship, so I cancelled my order. He said he ‘would see if I could cancel.’ No apology, nothing. RIP Net-a-Porter. You were great while you lasted.

Only complaint is — have some sales and discounts for good customers. See Shopbop — when they offer their “a few times a year” 30% off, I usually empty my “wish list” into the cart and have a party. -

Love what they did with the app - so much to enjoy and the selection seems even better. It’s difficult to shop for clothing shoes accessories online but this app makes it so much easier. Many broken features
Lots of problems on the app, it always says wishlist in unavailable and the order history page barely loads. Wish list is an important function. I usually just have to switch over to the mobile brower.
