    I love this store and I loved this app. BUT once you reach the max points there's no motivation to use it. The app doesn't reset points or have any other benefit at maximum outside of a birthday shot and order ahead. I wish the point system had some ongoing program.

    I have been using the app for 6 months and used Nekter as part of my health regimen that helped me drop 35 pounds and continue a healthy nutritional lifestyle. One aspect that needs improving, you must enter your credit card every time you go to a new store - which is annoying. Nevertheless, the app overall is good. I find it useful if visiting the same store repeatedly and you can earn credit towards your purchases after 9 purchase, your 10th is free; you can’t do this without the app. There are kinks every once in a while with the store not receiving the order but the store always quickly takes care of it.

    Always great , staff are fast and friendly. The 8070 store always fills our bowls up and we appreciate that. The Nekters In Gainesville don't , and we didnt appreciate that.

    As others have said, works as described. The problem is that nectar does not deliver the product well once you are there. I have found at times I still have to wait quite a bit. And, when I don’t have to wait they have typically made it right away and it’s become soup by the time I get there. (This is related to the bowls) You’re better off to go in an order and wait if you want your items to be good quality. Of course if you’re wanting to get the free item after 10 visits you have to use the app, as far as I know, in which case just make sure you go right away after you order and be OK if there’s a wait.

    The app is most everything you’d expect from a foodservice app, and does provide standard drink options and loyalty point tracking. I typically add more customizations when I order in store, so unless I’m in a rush and need to order on the way, I don’t use the app. If the app developer could add all of the drink options to the customization menu, or even a “notes” area, that would greatly improve the app experience for me (and I’m sure others). Outside of that, no real complaints.

    Trust me the order before you get there is not very convenient. By the time you find your card or gift card, place your order, enter the card number, the PIN number, 25 minutes for the drink to be ready, another 10 minutes after you’re there because they seem to never be ready is a hassle! For some reason you can’t add your card info so you have put it in each time is the most annoying to me. Other than that the app is good and quick with earning rewards.

    Not the easiest App to order from. Payment should pick up my GPay from my phone instead of me typing it again. Order should have a Comment before paying if I need anything special. Also I should let me know if the store closing at the begging of my order not after I go through the whole order. App needs major re-woek

    The app malfunctions in many ways and will charge your account for drinks you did not want. I’ve had the app charge me twice for the same order. I’ve canceled drinks and still been charged. I’ve used their rewards system and had my reward points deducted and my credit card charged. Here is the kicker. If you complain in the store, they tell you that if you used the app, you have to complaint through the app. When you send the app a complaint, it generates a complaint number and emails that they will get back to you within 3 business days and they never get back to you. I should have been done long ago.

    So the app updated today to a new points based system sort of like AMC theaters system instead of the punch program it had before and because of it, I know have to make over 3 additional juice purchases in order to earn a free one. “You asked, we listened” really sounds made up when they fixed something that wasn’t broken. Also. I just realized I have a gift card I can’t finish using because the app only allows you to use it while ordering with the app only and can’t be used to pay a total with any other form of payment. It’s either all or nothing.

    Love Nekter smoothies!! But this app has some bugs. Keeps saying network error when I try to scan my receipt in for points. Also even though I'm connected to the internet anytime I try to make a change to my profile it says no internet connection.

    First of all this is not a user friendly app. Second when I place orders many times the order looks correct on the app but is not correct at store level. I have had issues with some of the offers in the app such as not getting my bonus cards. I now will not purchase gift cards in app that have an offer attached to them. I have multiple times reached out to Nekter customer service in regards to not receiving the offers that were stated in app and they never get back to me. Needless to say it’s just a trash app.

    i used to use my Nekter app ALL the time, now whenever I’m trying to “sign in” it acts as if I’m signing up, and when i enter my email it says it already exists! Well DUH I’m trying to sign in not sign up!! then i click the option to “sign in” because that’s what pops up next after it recognizes my email(as I’m signing in), then app shuts down. Y’all need to update and fix bugs, I’m tired of buying $10 juices without receiving rewards because the app won’t work accordingly.

    Horrible customer service. Young black girl with nose ring had horrible attitude. Stated “we stop juicing 45 minutes prior to closing because we cleaned the machine”. This means no juice starting at 5:55 pm when the store closes at 7:00 pm. Well, what’s the point of running a juicing store that has hourly employees? Avoid this location at all costs. This place does not deserve people’s money with this type of service provided. I wonder how many customers they turn away stating they can’t make them a juice? What a great business model!!!

    I have some specific fruit allergies, so I wish there was a section where I could put that information and be able to request another fruit in place of bananas, which seem to be an ingredient in most, if not all, of the bowls. Also, my location never seems to have the app orders ready or they misplace it, so I’ve found it’s faster most days to just go in and order. Love the place, but not so hyped about the app.

    I took one step into Nektar and immediately all of my mental and physical issues regarding my health have been completely cured! I have been here 3 times now, and I have grown an extra arm and a third eye. My hearing has improved by 27% and I have begun to start flying, although I'm only in the first stages I could never have done it without Nektar!

    I LOVE my Toxin Flush (T-Flush) and buy one nearly everyday. The one I uploaded yesterday is missing; so I tried to rescan and still nothing. :( Oh I just saw someone else's comment and they said they buy multiple and only received one fruit credit! That's more than likely what happened to mine. Please fix; these are not inexpensive items and we should not be penalized for buying multiple items 😉

    I’m used to apps that let you pre-order and customize everything. This app is missing that. I want to have more than one protein serving as an add in it I want to remove a scoop of peanut butter from the top and those are not options. Ordering ahead is a great convenience, but only if I can order what I want. Keep trying. The products is great, the app, not so much.

    The app doesn’t work properly for all functionality. It gives incorrect error messages and some of the functions flat out don’t work. I tried to order with a gift card and if the gift card doesn’t have enough to cover the order you can’t use it. Should accept multiples payment forms so your gift card remaining balances aren’t worthless. You can’t reload a gift card because when I try it keeps telling me my credit card details are incorrect format which doesn’t make any sense. Also if you do reload the gift card you can only do whole dollar amounts again wasting money. Also the scan your credit card doesn’t work at all. I tired multiple cards.

    Do the math. The new rewards program is not good unless you spend an average of over $13.33 per visit. I took the 400 points and divided it by 3, which equals the dollar amount needed to spend to get a reward. then I divided it by 10, which was the original amout of visits it took to earn a free item. I rarely see people spend that much per visit. Furthermore, they converted my old visits at that equation to an amount equalling $11.67. if my calculations are off please correct me.

    I had a concern, wrote them and the only message I got was: “we have forwarded your email and someone should get back to you” Then closed my ticket 3 times. Every time I mentioned - “issue not resolved” each time I got the same answer - “we have forwarded your email and somebody should get back to you” then ticket closed. It has been 2 weeks! Use the app to shop but for customer service call the store because online they are useless.

    If I could give this app and it's poor customer service a 0 I would!! I have been having a problem for over a week with reloading my gift card. The delayed response I got from their corporate office is absolutely unacceptable and frankly incorrect since there are no in-store transactions going on currently because of the pandemic. I'm an extremely loyal customer, spending hundreds of $ at this juice bar. You have a very poor performing app, discount codes that don't work. You've lost a customer.

    I m disappointed with the non response that I am getting from Nekter app support. I had to get a new phone, and when I tried to use the app, it would not accept my password. Have been trying for several months to get someone at Nekter to respond to my request for resetting password. No luck so far. I even spoke with one of the store managers! I had over 1900 points in my account. I love the Nekter products, and I am still using, but I think the app customer response is poor.

    Worse app I've encountered thus far. Does not belong on Google play store. Added gift card number. Accepted ok and I see the balance of 53 but it says check the card number is correct and that it has sufficient balance. But I only added few minutes ago and it's showing up on the PAY screen of 53 balance. I took the screen shot and email the corporate office who said they will get back to me but never did😆 That was Nov 16. I'm laughing one more time reading the reviews. This app has more 1s than any other apps I've seen thus far. Totally useless. Does not give you the option to customize my special juice the way I like it so I always end up calling my order. It won't let me pay either. If you try to buy gift card at their website you will find out you will have to wait for it over snail mail. No ecard possible with them.
