    This app provides in detail a workout program that in my opinion will get you in shape for any law enforcement, fire fighting, EMT, or military career. If your reading this I truly hope you give it a go and see what results you get from the program. I started at 235 as a power lifter and I’m now down to 205 lean and I’m in twice as good of shape as all of my friends and family who have been lifting for years. Grant it I can’t back squat 500 pounds now, but that’s not the premise of this program. It’s to prepare you for war and in my NONE professional opinion, I believe it has. Good luck and don’t forget, the only easy day was yesterday.

    REALLY GREAT!!! Iwould give more stars if possible. I need a good PT for my profession so the quality of my training is a question of health (and life) of me and my client. This app is easy to work with, effective and doesn't need 3 hours a day. Stew definitely knows the stuff! Btw: there is more from him (also high quality products.) Thank you Stew for sharing! You will never know how many people you helped...

    If you’re trying to get into BUD/S and build up ur PST score to get in and not have a lot of resources this is the app. For the full workout program it’s only 30$. This is very cheap and worth it in my opinion if you have discipline. If you can complete this course without skipping a day (aside from rest days such as Sunday or Saturday) I would say you’d be in top tier shape and ready to know anything out of your way. Even if it’s just for football or track give it a shot. Absolutely love the challenge.

    If you master all the routines in this app, you are guaranteed to be in much better shape. This is as true for prospective BUD/S candidates as it is for civilians. There are no gimmicks here, and you’ll learn very quickly that you can blast muscle groups to sheer exhaustion using just your own body weight, or low-weight dumbbells. You might not look like the ‘cool’ guy in the gym, but probably won’t care much when you’re jacked out of control, with a world-class level of fitness. Who better to teach than a SEAL using real PT techniques from BUD/S?

    This alone is something that usually people would charge you a grip for!! And it’s knowledge!!! Stew Smith has done not only an amazing job at putting it together and especially with everything it includes!! In addition, it’s a blessing because it will drastically help me prepare for the future and again it didn’t cost me a fortune better yet it didn’t cost a dime, which shows the character of those who had a hand in creating it!! I can’t say thank you enough!!

    I just want give a big shout out to Stew Smith for making this app available to the world for no cost but the push of a button. I have utilized both this app and one of His books in order to see if being a Navy SEAL was a fair endeavor for me. I strangely encourage those of you to check out His book. The Complete Guide To Navy SEAL Fitness. It is a guide complete with a program that has a very high success rate of finishing BUD/S if followed through with completely. I believe the success rate is around 80% with PROPER PREPARATION.

    I have a dream of being in the military, especially being a navy seal, I am 16 and was 290 but now I am 260 thanks to this app, I have been pushing myself harder and harder everyday using these workouts and I can slowly see change in myself and slowly see my dream becoming a reality, thank you for making this app because I can honestly say I was heading down a bad road of being overweight, this app saved my life and gave me motivation that I’ve always needed to keep pushing, it’s great!

    It's not necessarily the exercises because you look up what they are. What's REALLY frustrating is that they are poorly written out on the schedule plans. When you want to follow these workouts, you find yourself frustrated at the format and spacing of the words. it may tell you something like 5 sets run 1 miles - repeat Repeat 5 times 5 min scissor kicks it's like what do you want me to repeat?The run or 5 min scissor kicks? Seems lazily typed like this was a quick cash grab.Waste of Money

    Bought the first week through the forth and i open it and all it is, is a bunch of workout i never heard of. theres not even any spaces between the workouts. No chart showing the kind if workout. Total waste of 4 bucks.

    As a person who strives to be in law enforcement this provides a great program to get me there there and keep it. However I do wish there was spoken instructions because sometimes I can get confused. Unsure about paying for the extra stuff but it’s enough.

    I love Stew Smith. Good guy. I follow him and Jeff Nichols on the Tachtical Fitness Report. I think this app could improve by showing how to progress with using the same body weight or free weights. Say I’m doing 7 sets of exercises and my max on push ups is 80 in 2 minutes. Okay so do twenty 25 percent of that ONLY 3 to 4 times a week and increase 5 percent each week for ______this long. Then when to take a break on them and when we can go back to increasing the volume or rep amount.
