    Easy to use app with many payment options. Activation is immediate after payment. The internet service area is very good in Bali, better than Telkomsel in West Bali.

    It was just fine until this morning that I was unable to open the app at all. It kept on automatically closed whenever I tried to open it. It's working again now.

    These past few days the app often freezed & needed to be forced quit, then reopened to use, which is bothersome. However I like the overall UI design & the fact that XL added several digital wallet options to allow in-app direct purchase of data plan.

    Useless app, it was good before, then can't login at all for more than 6 months, and lately SIM card signal on my phone unavailable, farewell XL 18/01/2021, (Edit Change to 4 star) and now the service 19/01/2022 seem getting better 🙏🙏🙏

    Doesn't work on Android 12: "myXL is not compatible with the new version of Android and was unable to start correctly" Edit 1.0: Nope, still doesn't work. Your 5 stars will be given deservedly after fixing the app issues. Stop begging for stars like that and start working! Even my other provider's app (by.U from Telkomsel) works on my new Android 12 phone -_- Edit 2.0: new update now works on my device. Good job.

    Down time server / maintenance shouldnt affect the ability to purchase packages or credits / No dark mode option. Response to dev: clear cache or restart did not have any effects. Its XL server thats unreliable.

    It is common for carriers to have an app nowadays where you can check your balance and plans. However, an app means it requires data access (if you don’t have WiFi), and XL’s own network is severely poor. Even with full bars, data is non existent. All I see is the signal on my phone switching from LTE down to EDGE and then it loses data connectivity altogether. However amount of data is pointless if you cannot even use it.

    No option to turn off Automatic roll on plan.... Services to many bad area coverages. Suck and steal money without permission. No Maya to answers or responses. Live person to call me. No robot.

    language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

    The app won't let you buy or view packages. XL literally cannot make a sale and they don't even know it. Has anyone in your company htrued to use the app prior to release?!

    If you just need your sim card for just for trivial thing like sms or call, that's great, you don't need to install this goddamn app. In fact, i recommend all of you just change your sim card. This app is just terrible, to the point that i wonder maybe they just randomly select person in their company with no skill whatsoever, just to save money. Or maybe even they didn't their pay their employee, that's why this app is SOOOO TERIBLE.

    sometimes the network miserable... i've lost all of the Acumulation of my package because I forgot to top up my number.. when there's not much notice for it. even if it says for 30 days, i never think the calender of february works properly..

    This new update sucks, even more slower than previous version. Some menus are lagging to open even device with 6GB RAM? You joking of course, do better and fix the smoothess.
