    All works perfectly on my Samsung s10 on wifi, but the moment I switch to mobile data, it won't connect to the app. Api unknown error is displayed as an error. If I have it connected through the wifi and then instantly switch to mobile data, is show error 403. Thankfully this service has a useful website through which you can unlock the car.

    Happy with mywheels, tried many other sharing services and for short rides it is awesome to use. Cars are very nice and clean. Maybe at discounts for long rides +50. Using another service for that.

    English localisation is much appreciated. The fact that you can calculate extra kilometres with a slider is quite useful, tho the text is a bit confusing saying that you have to pay extra, but it's already included in the total. When zooming out there is a point where it shows too many cars and could not see the map clearly. Props for this version. It is way better. I'll see tomorrow how does it work with the car itself.

    It would be handy if, when location services are turned off, the map falls back to the address/city that’s registered in one’s account. Currently the app shows me Utrecht on startup every time, which is somewhat annoying. The old app did this correctly, so why didn’t you copy this in the new app right away?

    too raw - now I don't see immediately cars available nearby (like available today/until 2pm etc) - it's quite useful - booking doesn't calculate renting time (e.g 10:15-12:30 showed 2hr15mins) - shows 2 cars available - zooming in - in fact only one for selected time window - no option to add calendar entry for a booking - some messages in Dutch even I use English version

    Super praktische app en dienst als je geen zin of goede reden hebt om zelf een auto te hebben/kopen. De mogelijkheid van de app voldoen prima aan de eisen die je zou kunnen stellen/verwachten van deze dienst.

    The app does not work for me while I am on mobile data. I cannot log in. I keep getting "er is iets misgegaan". I had to use the web version to get the car started. Pretty annoying.

    Idiotic app. 'Automatically' checks your data to see whether you're a 'risk' as a renter. If it arbitrarily decides you don't make the cut, you lose. I've never had any problem renting cars, I didn't even pay yet, and all my info was filled in perfectly. But now, I can't rent a car and have to make other arrangements. The kicker: they know their system is terrible, because they won't allow you to call them about it, only email on workdays. Terrible.

    Incredibly unintuitive registration process; to get into more detail - they let you register fully, book a trip for which you pay accordingly only that they notify you that your account needs manual verification by an employee during working hours. Not only I cannot book a trip, but they take your money 😬

    We try to rent a car on Saturday, we already paid but then they said they should check manually my driving licence, but only they are available on weekdays so we can't use the car and they don't want to return the money. Don't try it.

    Waardeloze app, als je je aanmeldt kan je wel een auto reserveren en betalen, maar je kan er niet mee weg rijden omdat je nog een poststuk moet opsturen ter verificatie. Stonden we dus mooi te wachten bij de auto, zonder resultaat. Daarnaast krijg ik nauwelijks nog fysieke post, app direct weer verwijderd. Genoeg andere apps die wel normaal werken.
