    Thanks for fixing the app, I can login again without a hitch. I'm very pleased with MyUS app, it compliments your services nicely with ease of usage, high kudos to your app designer I raise a glass to you. Some of the features I'd like is support chat as its tedious to switch between app and browser as well as full screen pictures for the requested photos taken at login including the ones in the summary at the end. Thank you MyUS for giving us easier access & a window to endless possibilities.

    I highly appreciate the idea behind MyUS. The website is flawless and even at this time, they’re customer support is helping very well. The only problem I have is whenever I open the app and go to shopping calculator or account settings, the app crashes instantly. I have uninstalled and installed the app but there is still no difference. Can someone please fix that? I’m using an iPhone X on iOS 13.5.1.

    This people are too expensive to use. Their shipping costs are high and on top of that, you will still pay another charges before it will get to you. I thought their service is straight to you without anyother cost.. Am done

    I cant ship my items from my suite because the app keeps hanging. It used to be a very good company and good app but now its a nightmare dealing with the app. The last time my items arrived they were also very dusty. PLEASE CHOOSE QUALITY OVER QUANTITY AND STOP EXPANDING. The service used to be really good and its sad to see the quality of service dropping

    Just for attention and having and answer I gave 1 star, I can always change to 5.... I downloaded the app but I can not sign in... There is only log in option and without sign in how can I log in? "something went wrong" as app says.. You have any answer?

    I can't sign up , only log in!!! I tried reinstalling but didn't work , im disappointed ! I really need to buy stuff and can't find a shop that is worldwide and good!

    Excellent app and love the new design. Only problem is that they doesn’t include the 2$ simple photo option for packages that I found only on the website, I hope it’ll be added in future updates.

    I think this app need for update first they need to add nonfiction when receive new packages and we need for mor tools in the app like to add chat on it to contact live with customers service especially when we have issue with package like what’s happening with me right now 🧐 I don’t know how to solve this problem without chatting with the customer’s service and understanding the problem we faced, not like that I don’t have any idea how solve the problems with them!! 🤬

    The app and the service works but you have to figure a lot out on your own. If you need to ccontact support for anything then you have to do it through the chat interface (bottom right bubble) via the website and not via the contact form or app.

    Been using this app for the 2nd time already. I loved that they credited $20 for the first time because of shipment delay. Gave 3 stars because of no notifications available when shipment is ready. When I realized, my parcel has been delivered already.

    This company is the best shipping company I've ever dealt with, but the application needs to be updated to be in full functionality. The app really needs to be updated because as you know people know adays don't use laptops and personal computers like before . They use cellphones to do all their life aspects such as bank tractions , etc. I'give 5 stars if update the functionality of this app.

    On History Details page, Pls make it DEFAULT to display content photos CORRESPONDING to EACH package that was grouped into a shipment. Otherwise the page is meaningless for me to just stare at a listing of generic category names without any photo to identify the shipment contents during checking/tracking. Photos are crucial for item differentiation especially when I use this service for medical/health supplies. Items under the same category can be completely different things. The app view is supposed to save us from the laborious process of clicking deep into the website.

    Myus is an excellent way to shop in the us but they promote fadex as their partner, it worked before COVID 19, but now Fadex has just showed how inadequate and frustrating they are, it took them over 2 months to get my shipment, DHL although more expensive did the job brilliantly 3 times over during the Fadex colossal failure, then Fadex over charged me for their incompetence $200, mind you my shipment was priority standard with insurance.. just go with DHL to get the best of Myus. Now the app is unnecessary since they have a great website. Myus ! just cut ties with Fadex. It is becoming a bad mark on your record.

    The new interface definitely looks better and cleaner, but for some reason the loading time between pages just takes forever; sometimes up to ten seconds. I tried the same thing with website and everything went perfectly. They really need to do something about the loading issue.

    It used to work fine but after the last update of iOS, there is something wrong. I tried creating shipping request but it keeps asking to update my account setting. I also tried the web based site but it goes on circle and the screen become slow response and jammed.
