    Could be much better! Some suggestions: a) improve performance ;) b) improve visuals and c) the tickets should also present the expected/scheduled arrival time. review #2: 1) the performance has been improved; 2) I still think that it would be important for the in-app tickets to display the expected arrival time.

    Why I can't buy my ticket directly and show him to the bus guy! If is to see the schedule I go to the website! Don't download!

    This app just turned into a disaster. Initially I used it for all my tickets but as of recently it just automatically crashes and does not open at all despite all my attempts to clean cache, uninstall the app etc... It's sad because the company, on one way seems to be improving (new fleet and new website) but then on another way it seems to ignore its customers, namely the neverending flow of bad reviews of this app that does not get a reply nor an app update as well as ignoring customers emails.

    It used to work well with some minor bugs here and there. Now, on Android P, it simply force closes every time I try to open it.

    Be careful! The App is terrible and due to permanent malfunctions tickets were charged me 3 times! Contacted the company for reimbursement and they are not answering me. Better to not use this dangerous app that steals you money.

    Man, this app is terrible... lack of usability, lack of functionality, lots of bugs.. it seems that was created to a college's project and abandoned just after the grades... There's no even an option to sign up from the app.

    The application is so-so, their service is horrible. Customer service almost useless, drivers that are rude and unprofessional. Baggage keeps getting stolen and no refunds (although they say they do...) if you're thinking about using rede Expressos just don't, use rapida verde (rodotejo) instead. Não recomendo, bagagem é roubada e ninguém se responsabiliza. Condutores que de profissionais não têm nada. Utilizem rapida verde (rodotejo) muito melhor
