    I decided to download this app in order to send postcards to my students when schools were shut down for an indefinite amount of time due to COVID-19. I reached out through email to the company to ask if they would offer some kind of discount to help out a teacher on a budget and to my surprise, they gifted me $15 in credits, which helped tremendously! My students were SO excited to receive their postcards in the mail. When I needed to add more credits, I accidentally chose the $100 in credits option and was horrified when I realized what I had done. I immediately reached out to the company to tell them it was a huge mistake and in no time, the $100 was credited back to my credit card. Their customer service is unmatched. I will definitely use the app again and recommend anyone I know to use it, as well!!

    I'm Suspicious. My phone keeps spontaneously restarting when I have this app downloaded. Maybe it's not the app, I don't know, but something seems fishy here. **UPDATE** It's not the app causing my phone to crash, it's just my crappy Samsung A51.

    I was super excited to try this app! Honestly it is amazing. The days of buying postcards and finding a post office in the city you are visiting is over. Most of the time we take so many photos when traveling or going places, this app allows to utilize those pictures! Every time I travel now I can be bored at the airport flying home and create a postcard of the photos I took and send to my loved ones! Love sending ones of myself to my Grandma, and she loves getting them. It is so cheap and easy! The best app for printing photos so far! Whether its thank you cards you want to make to send with a photo from the event or other, it is so quick, thoughtless and easy! I highly recommend!

    I was excited to use this app at the recommendation of a friend. I made my postcard and went to check out. In the process, my under $5 order became over a hundred dollars when some tiny box (that I never even noticed or saw) needed to be clicked. The app immediately charged me another $100, taken right from my account. This caused the fraud department of my bank to text me immediately. They called me to inform me this money had been pulled. A hold was placed on my account. I had to go to my bank, fill out fraud paperwork, replace my debit card, and all that means with having a new card and new number. The hold caused me to be unable to make two other needed purchases before I got it straightened out that we’re extremely inconvenient. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. I am sure this is a nice product and I really wanted it to be something I would use again and in the process maybe a I would have even spent over a hundred dollars on future products. My advice is never to use it, due to what feels fraudulent and suspect in their practices (obviously my bank thought so too). Just be straight up. Good business does not include such foolishness.

    Customer service is poor. Can’t view previous orders except in “design” type mode. The status is very small and when you want to review your order, it takes you back to this design mode. Less than 30 minutes after submitting my order, I realized I had made a mistake. I emailed for support, and it was like 10 hours or so before I got a response. I immediately responded and then the next morning I had a response from support in the middle of the night. I proceeded to complete the action that they recommended, which prompted me to re-purchase, which wouldn’t stop my 1st order just generate av2nd one. Emailed them back and received no answer. A status email was received during that day that my order was delivered to the post office, so I guess no changes for me! Might consider using the app in the future, but it will be awhile to get over the service and also pending the quality of the postcards. We’ll see what comes in the mail in a few days!

    I was very excited to come across this app because it was an easier approach than going to the nearby CVS. When I received my first box I was slightly disappointed; the photos were of a subpar quality and the matte effect they apply to the photos results in an unattractive fuzzy look. The app constantly crashes which takes you straight back to the beginning. This is frustrating once you’ve chosen 30 pictures and edited them. Furthermore, there is a glitch within the system to give feedback or get help. I am immediately prompted with a message that informs me that I have no email connected with my phone. All in all I do not recommend this app or company. Update: I continued to order from the company in order to use my credits. However, the quality and service has become worse than beforehand. Photos were received multiple days later than intended and had scratches on them. The photo box wasn’t completely put together either. I regret spending my money on this poorly run company.

    I am not happy. At all. It was advertised that I could send a card and have it received Just in time for Valentine’s Day! Clicked on the link in the email to send the card. At the check out it asks what day you want it delivered so I selected February 14th. February 14th rolls out and I get an email saying my card is now in the mail and will arrive in 3-6 days. Excuse me? So I sent in a complaint and their complaint department told me they don’t have delivery dates just send by dates. No apology, no solution on how they are remedy the situation. That is not how to handle the situation. At the very least you should have said yup we worded the option incorrectly. Change the wording to send on this day instead of deliver on this day. There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE. I understand mistakes happen but this is not the issue I’ve had with your company. But don’t worry there will not be anymore after this as you will no longer have me as a customer. Thanks for ruining my holiday.

    The quality of these cards and options are both good! However, its multiple weeks until they are recieved. I orginally got this app to send postcards to my friends and family during my month long trip. I was happy they are sent out from the USA,thinking that would make it quicker. My first cards sent in the first few days barely beat me home. It's a great app in theory but takes way too long.

    This app is phenomenal. I've been able to easily send picture-postcards to our friends and family while we've all been stuck at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our widowed grandmother has especially benefitted from this since her assisted living facility is not letting any visitors in and our family members used to visit her daily. I highly encourage the use of this app to brighten someone's day. Thank you so much, MyPostcard.

    Ordered X large post card, card was slightly thinner than regular postcard, pictures were true to photo, mailing address envelope was slightly thinner than expected, although card made it through the mailing without damage. The website takes time to learn how to use, everything has a learning curve. “Post Office Delivery” less than desirable, if it was the postal service issue??? This is third card I’ve sent. First one never received, I called company, they resent it and it was received in three weeks. The second delivery took 11 days. However today’s card was received within 4 business days. The customer service reps and responses to emails is by far the best of any online store/service that I’ve experienced, kudos to the company. The reason I’ve given Postcard four instead of the five stars is the overall “printing or mailing” issue.

    I'm not sure it worked. I did all the steps but then when I got to checkout, it seems to have lost is all. I did not get a payment screen or ability to enter the Google Guide code to send a free one so not sure if the postcard went. My balance has not changed. I contacted support and got some advice to save as a draft and then it worked fine. Shame I had to type my message again and look up the photo I wanted to send. I would recommend this app but remember to save a draft just in case. It did remember the address that I saved so that was good. The address formatting is not great so had to put the city name in the Zip Code field and Zip code in the City field so that the address would show up in the correct format.

    While I have only used this app once, I decided to give them a 4 star based on my experience thus far as the recipient hasn’t received their card yet because it just went to the post office today. However, in using the app, I found it to be very user friendly, although more frame choices would be nice. I have received an email regarding the status of my postcard, twice now. The first one was them receiving my order which seemed like they were talking to me & I was the only customer they have. It felt like I mattered is my point! Today I received another email letting me know the post office now has the card to deliver. If the card is delivered per their estimate & is liked upon seeing the actual postcard, I see no reason to up my star from 4 to 5. Time will tell!

    I love being able to send postcards with my own photos. And use this app fairly frequently. However, I find it frustrating that all of their postcards styles provide space for photos in square or landscape format. There is one postcard style that allows for very thin portrait style, but that still doesn’t accommodate the type of picture thatI am most likely to take with my phone. In addition, on the app they have a place where you can supply feedback directly, but three separate times I have tried to do that and the send button doesn’t work. I like the app, but if I found one that had more variety in styles of postcards available, I would probably switch.

    It was much easier than other apps I have tried. The problems I had were: (1) It would not let me sign up unless I went through my Google account. (Kept telling me it could not connect to 3G. I have 4G and wifi and did not work with either.) (2) It would not import my contacts even though it connected to them. (I had to manually write in the address.) (3) It did not show my return address on the card and found no way of adding it.

    I'm waiting to see what the quality of the postcard is, but the daily spam in my email and the constant app updates begging for me to add money to my account is really tiring. I would've probably kept the app if it weren't so insistent, but it's too much, too often. Interface was good, easy to use, and fun. I'm kinda sad that I'm uninstalling it. Blame the marketing team.

    I just purchased my first postcard. I gave it 3 stars because uploading photo was a little troublesome for me. I used other app before and it shows the layout, and the album at the bottom. Just click which photo and where to put it without leaving the photo album. Clicking a photo and going back to your album from the most recent photo was a little time consuming specially if ur layout has multiple photos. Also i wish there’s away to change the text on those pre-made card (greetings from...) because i see some layout that i like but from different county/city.

    The concept is great. However, I couldn’t get access to my photos through the app. I tried all the common sense diys first: reinstalling the app, going to settings to give access, etc. Nothing worked. Their support said when I installed the app it should ask for access to photos which it didn’t. I deleted and reinstalled three times. I went to settings and it wasn’t listed under apps that had requested permission. After several pointless emails with app support I just gave up. It’s very frustrating when an app doesn’t work it’s even more frustrating when app support works even less! P.S. I have several apps on my phone that access my photos with no issues. This is the first app I have ever had an issue with!

    It took awhile to fine a good card. They offer a lot of crude cards. I'm surprised when I found a nice card w/ plenty of writing room. They print my message & mail to the receiver. I deleted he app soon as I got done with it. 1st, I don't want the children in the extended family going through it. I don't want to read those terrible cards again. This means I'll never buy a card from them. I've read in other comments it takes months for the card to show up.
