    I found that you can't be logged into your account on a computer and try to log into the app at the same time or you will get the busy server message every time. Unfortunately, the camera doesn't adjust well in the app when trying to capture the receipt therefore you may have to resubmit receipts by fax or mail. Or you can retake an upload to the computer. Over the app is convenient and still needs some improvements.

    1) Save/pre-populate claim information. For those with repetitive claims it would be nice not to have to re-enter info. 2) Display account balance when submitting a claim.

    Says username/pw is wrong, but they work fine on PC. Had to reset pw and reinstall. Hopefully it makes claims easier!

    This app worked well with my iPhone 6, but is now useless with my new iPhone XR. It won’t let me login as it says it doesn’t recognize my username/password, though neither has changed and both work fine with my account online. Even though it’s now useless, it’s getting two stars because it was working well with my old phone.

    I use this app so I can manage my flex spending account that is offered through my employer. I rely solely on a flex spending credit card that I use to pay for co-pays and prescriptions and other medical related expenses. Some types of transactions require that receipt be submitted for proof of payment. It’s very difficult to determine when I need to submit a receipt. Often times I don’t realize a receipt is needed until my credit card no longer functions. I wanted this app to help me determine when a receipt needs to be sent in but it’s absolutely worthless for that use. As I write this at the end of 2017 the app shows miscellaneous card transactions from 2014. I only see a portion of my card swipes from this year and I have no idea if the receipt is needed or not. I’m not sure what the purpose of this app is and I hope that it is re-written in the future to provide at least some usefulness to the end-user. This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used and almost mirrors their horribly written website.

    The app used to be fantastic, but for the past month I have not been able to log in. I constantly get server unavailable. This needs to be fixed ASAP! PLEASE!

    My family was excited when this app was first announced. However, this initial excitement has quickly dissipated as we've experienced server delays that keep us from uploading receipts. Recently, the app has been running receipts loaded for "verify benefit card use" as claims and has been double billing our account. When I called to report and resolve the issue the customer service was horrible. The supervisor I finally spoke with mocked me and accused me of using the app incorrectly even though I had proof (screenshots) of the app confirming the receipt had been uploaded as a verification and NOT as a claim. I do NOT recommend using this app or giving this company access to direct deposit money out of your HSA. They have lost our trust completely.

    Every update to the app causes it to lose my credentials and Touch ID functionality. In addition, the app shows transactions needing receipts but not the ability to click on a transaction and submit a receipt. Have to back out and go through another menu. Grateful for the app but need these things fixed.

    This app has not worked for me once. Every time I've tried it the servers are busy. I've uninstalled it multiple times and still doesn't work. Worthless, broken, don't bother... Update: the app only sometimes let's me login. I've submitted a claim, but can't check on the status because I can't log in. Not great.

    It's easy to view balances and to submit receipts for any proof of purchase or use but when submitting an out of pocket expense it's a different story. The problem I have with this app. Is when submitting a out of pocket expense it would be easy if they also had a selection on what expense it was for like example: dependent care or health.

    Great idea with the app. It just seems silly that you can't stay logged in or use your fingerprint to log in like nearly every other financial app. I don't remember all of my usernames and passwords so this hinderance makes it so much less useful for me. Cmon, myFlex!

    I was pleased to see this app option to access my FSA account, but it processes photos and claim info. so slowly that it times out. I had to resubmit a claim 4 times to get it into the system! Please work out the glitches!!

    For the last 3 days I have been trying to upload some prescription receipts but I keep getting "servers busy try again later!" It's convenient to do it by mobile but I guess I'll have to do them online. Not happy!

    I downloaded this app to help me submit my flex claim. Yes, I had read the reviews so I made sure to make my pictures of the receipts bright and clear. My claim was still denied. They said the pictures were too dark and couldn't read the dates. I had no problem when Wage Works used EZ Receipts last year, but Myflexonline this year hasn't made me happy one bit. Thanks for delaying the payment of my money, not yours.

    It is great when it works. I have set up the app to use Touch ID. Each time I go back to the app none of my login info is saved and the Touch ID function does not work. I also have submitted receipts through the app and I still get emails saying receipts are needed. It is so frustrating to try and work with this app. Please, please make proper updates!!
