I just transitioned to the new App. It is well laid out and easy to navigate. Using it today i noticed a few things that may need attention. I did the in-app preregistration for a procedure I was having. When I arrived at the registration desk I had to give all of the info again. When asked why, I was told that I should have told her I pre-registered. I would have thought that she would have had all of my info pre-populated already. Either that or she should have asked me. There really was no way for me to know that it was my responsibility to advise. Second, on the app Under devices I cannot add my cell. It shows my iPad already but not iPhone. No add button. The app also shows a remote proximity auto advisement feature on check in at the hospital. I toggled that ON but it won’t stay toggled ON. Not sure why it won’t stay activated. Anyway the site is very current and intuitive. I like it.

Easy to navigate, easy to find desired information, and provides helpful tips and notifications. Great App!

I love this app. It's so much faster than calling for an appointment, and it was just a few clicks and it pulled my information from other services (including a medical study I'm in). Finger sign in is great. Only improvement it needs is to be able to push notifications to my phone for new messages. I have keep checking back to see if I get an answer. Edited to add, I just got one, so I went up to 5 stars. I didn't get one for a message earlier and didn't know it worked. No issues now.

I use this app almost every week my account mostly and also my husband. Love the fact that I can upload receive and print documents. Which is better because if it's mailed to me it would take longer or I will have to go into the office. I have made appointments I have reviewed lab work.

App works OK on my iPad and iPhone. My two major complaints are: 1. The app logs out automatically after a few seconds after switching screens to another app and I continually have to login all over again. Once it’s open, let it stay logged in. Or, have a setting that allows user to choose how long they want to stay logged in. 2. I continually get popup reminders after logging in stating I need to schedule this or that test or appointment when I already have those appointments scheduled. I called my AdvocateAurora’s doctor’s office and they tell me to ignore those popup reminders as the app has bugs.

There are some bugs/limitations on the app that prevent it from being 5 stars. I'm unable to enable push notification even after reinstalling the app. So I have to rely on my emails or just check to see if something new comes up. Secondly, it only allows images to be upload and downloads certain test results or files as TIFFs. I then have to use the browser version of Livewell to upload documents such as PDFs and to properly see what was sent or uploaded for me.

I really appreciate being able to look at the website to get the up-to-date information regarding my medical records. This is so helpful to keep in track of medications, appointments, and overall information from my physicians. Being able to keep in touch with my medical team is so important to me, and I am so thankful for that...

I downloaded this app and it worked immediately. All of my data from the MyChart app was there, it was easy to set up and easy to navigate. Maybe an older version had bugs but this one certainly doesn’t. I had a harder time finding a nickname that wasn’t taken to submit this review!

The app is as useless and confusing as the full patient portal. I was told that I could find up coming scheduled lab tests, type, date, time but could not. I called the hospital looking for help and the phone system went on and on and I ended up in a voice mail system. There is a lot of stuff there that I have little if any interest in and probably will not use. You will need “a Portal to manage your Portals!”

I want SO BADLY to like this app. It's well designed and fairly intuitive. I like the extra features. But the point of MyChart is to make my life as a patient with doctors in multiple networks EASIER. And even if I can see connected test results etc, having an app for just advocate that won't let me message my other doctors or switch facilities to do so is annoying and takes up space I could be otherwise using more beneficially. If the app is updated to allow messages to other medical care providers than those within Advocate Aurora, or a "switch account" function is added like in the basic MyChart, I'll happily convert and give this app 5/5 stars. Until then, I have no use for an app that will only let me contact a doctor I don't even see anymore, even if it has many convenience and awareness features.

Just curious as to why this app wants you to answer and verify your info for pre-check in, upload insurance cards, e-sign documents and allow location notification to confirm you are there to “ speed” up check in but when you arrive you still have to stop by registration desk and many of the questions are redundant and they still ask fir a copy of your insurance cards🤦🏽‍♀️. They wanted me to sign some docs b4 proceeding to attend appt but I explained that I had already done that online and when she looked in Epic, there was proof that I had already and she apologized. Seems like one hand @ Live Well app and Epic are not seeing 👁 to 👁🤔. This almost makes me miss Aurora’s old Cerner software. Come on Aurora... Let’s get on one accord.

This app is terrible. It takes me the longest time to log in. Either they don't recognize my info, or I have to wait for them to send a code. Plus it seems to be constantly under construction but nothing seems to be fixed when I return. I'm un- installing and sticking with the website. :(

After many tries I was able to log in. I was told to log in with my previous password and user name. None worked. So I tried using all the codes sent to me via email. None worked, every time I typed it in I was told it expired and a new one was sent. Again it did not work. So I started over with a new user name new password and now it worked, well see if it will work next time when I log in. Not a good experience.

MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic is useless. My old MyAdvocateAurora would let me do a history of the test results, I could graph past test results, and it would confirm messages that were sent. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not confirm that the prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled. When you schedule an INR, a flu shot, or an A1c it sets up an appointment with a MA, which is fine with me, but doesn’t state what the appointment is for when you look at future appointments. As far as I am concerned it’s just useless information. It used to be a useful tool.

Horrible. I can't schedule over the phone and this app and online is Horrible. It has 2 covid options and flu. Then selected an appointment and there isn't choices for the specialist I need and it's a common one. I found the doctors when searched but I couldn't get any further. I will have to go to emergency room if I don't have any other option.

When you use the app to make appointments the times available on the app do not reflect the times available at the clinic. Had 3 appointments canceled do to this. The features on the app should work the way they are designed. Its not even a benefit to use half the time.

Aurora’s app is my most confusing app. Since I don’t use it much when I look at “live well” I wonder “what is that app for?” The fingerprint log in does not work as easily as other sites so I have to look up my password. I would like for you to have an app that mimics your name. Don’t get fancy. Then, I want to be able to look up my test data easily. That is most important. I would like to be able to delete a doctor and his her little picture if I never saw and never will see that doctor.

Sometimes the part that is worked out of shape the most is our minds, and this correlation with the mental, emotional health is tied to a general medical informational app I'm sure the results will be nothing less than genious. Great Job .... leading the way to good health.

I downloaded the latest update of the LiveWell app and can no longer use it. This new version of LiveWell requires iOS 13 and iOS 13 does not work on iPhones that are 4 years old. Hopefully the developer will make a version of this app that works for patients that can’t afford a new iPhone.
  • Should be able to compare previous test results Feb 4, 2019

On the website you can compare your test result numbers with previous tests; I have not seen the same function in the app. Also when messaging my Dr. in the app test result section I get no acknowledgment the message was sent; I am not sure it was even sent.

This is a really convenient app. Test results appear rapidly. You can make appointments, send messages to your doctor, see what immunizations are in your record and find out immunizations needed.

I like the ease of use once I am logged in. I would prefer Touch ID to not having to remember my password. Entering and saving payment card information is okay but using my Apple or Google stored payment information or taking a picture of the card would be more convenient.

Does the job - I wish it would save my password. I don't have this issue with any other apps so I assume it's this app and not my phone. It's also hard to navigate back to the main menu from certain pages.

First off, the banner at the bottom interferes with the fingerprint ID, so you have to input your password every single time. Secondly, the app seems to have a built-in timeout, even if you are actively inputting information. So if you’re trying to input a message OR fill out the e-visit questionnaire, you get booted out with no warning whatsoever, with absolutely NOTHING saved. So you have to log back in and start all over again.

Only thing I don't like about this app it just buff and it'd take too long to get in and they won't let you in at times just buff buff buff buff and boxing by to you have to reset it or close out the phone on the app it should become right on and then with the fingerprint it takes even longer cuz it buff buff buff that's very annoying when you trying to see something
