  • COVID-19 info Jan 27, 2021

Okay but more info on vaccines locations is needed. Since I live 35 miles from Summit WI. Most of including my primary Doctor at Summit Aurora Clinics and there are Aurora locations closer to my residence. Which Aurora am I programmed? Who is determining priority? My doctors don’t, I am old 80+ with medical problems yet sons 60 and 50 (teacher) have been contacted personally by certain locations and awaiting codes to schedule. It would be nice to know I am on a list other than one that combines many locations. Thanks,

I just transitioned to the new App. It is well laid out and easy to navigate. Using it today i noticed a few things that may need attention. I did the in-app preregistration for a procedure I was having. When I arrived at the registration desk I had to give all of the info again. When asked why, I was told that I should have told her I pre-registered. I would have thought that she would have had all of my info pre-populated already. Either that or she should have asked me. There really was no way for me to know that it was my responsibility to advise. Second, on the app Under devices I cannot add my cell. It shows my iPad already but not iPhone. No add button. The app also shows a remote proximity auto advisement feature on check in at the hospital. I toggled that ON but it won’t stay toggled ON. Not sure why it won’t stay activated. Anyway the site is very current and intuitive. I like it.

Every step is not totally clear, ex. to schedule Covid-19 you have to select Office Visit, then Covid vaccination shows up.But you can just go back and start over, until you get it right. I am very pleased I was scheduled for a Covid vaccination by the second day I tried this. Also the new Pleasant Prairie facility was so clean, modern, well organized and such a wonderful, friendly staff. They are the first facility I have seen that has touchless doors where you just wave your hand to open.

First time I had to use it, the system disabled because of a problem with my sign in.. Dont think I entered it wrong and I couldn't read my username because live well displayed a message directly over the prefilled username. Very frustrating.

I downloaded this app and it worked immediately. All of my data from the MyChart app was there, it was easy to set up and easy to navigate. Maybe an older version had bugs but this one certainly doesn’t. I had a harder time finding a nickname that wasn’t taken to submit this review!

I want SO BADLY to like this app. It's well designed and fairly intuitive. I like the extra features. But the point of MyChart is to make my life as a patient with doctors in multiple networks EASIER. And even if I can see connected test results etc, having an app for just advocate that won't let me message my other doctors or switch facilities to do so is annoying and takes up space I could be otherwise using more beneficially. If the app is updated to allow messages to other medical care providers than those within Advocate Aurora, or a "switch account" function is added like in the basic MyChart, I'll happily convert and give this app 5/5 stars. Until then, I have no use for an app that will only let me contact a doctor I don't even see anymore, even if it has many convenience and awareness features.

It is a new app to me. I downloaded it because my provider said i should to register for my covid vaccine. I first tried to access the site at 3pm and i was unable. It took me from 5pm until 7pm to get on the covid vaccine sign up. Then it still only let me sogn up for Sheboygan. I went yesterday for my first vaccine and I did find people from all over SE Wisconsin there so perhaps that was the only clinic that had vaccine. I thought it was awkward to keep changing the date for my search.

App works OK on my iPad and iPhone. My two major complaints are: 1. The app logs out automatically after a few seconds after switching screens to another app and I continually have to login all over again. Once it’s open, let it stay logged in. Or, have a setting that allows user to choose how long they want to stay logged in. 2. I continually get popup reminders after logging in stating I need to schedule this or that test or appointment when I already have those appointments scheduled. I called my AdvocateAurora’s doctor’s office and they tell me to ignore those popup reminders as the app has bugs.

MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic is useless. My old MyAdvocateAurora would let me do a history of the test results, I could graph past test results, and it would confirm messages that were sent. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not confirm that the prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled. When you schedule an INR, a flu shot, or an A1c it sets up an appointment with a MA, which is fine with me, but doesn’t state what the appointment is for when you look at future appointments. As far as I am concerned it’s just useless information. It used to be a useful tool.

This is an app for a medical provider it is counterintuitive it's not easy to use and you can't even send an email to a provider through it. You can set up an appointment maybe if it works if somebody gets back to you. But overall the app is trash!

Simple, easy, comprehensive. Sometimes it takes a bit to find what you are seeking but I have always been able to get to what I need.

I downloaded the latest update of the LiveWell app and can no longer use it. This new version of LiveWell requires iOS 13 and iOS 13 does not work on iPhones that are 4 years old. Hopefully the developer will make a version of this app that works for patients that can’t afford a new iPhone.

  • Lots of fluff ... no stuff Nov 2, 2020

The app is as useless and confusing as the full patient portal. I was told that I could find up coming scheduled lab tests, type, date, time but could not. I called the hospital looking for help and the phone system went on and on and I ended up in a voice mail system. There is a lot of stuff there that I have little if any interest in and probably will not use. You will need “a Portal to manage your Portals!”

It works consistently. I wish they'd allow replies to a physicians reply. You need to start a whole new email to ask clarification on the same issue.

I like the ease of use once I am logged in. I would prefer Touch ID to not having to remember my password. Entering and saving payment card information is okay but using my Apple or Google stored payment information or taking a picture of the card would be more convenient.

Bad. I thought I could contact my doctor thru this app. It is not user friendly. Horrible for someone my age. Requested appt for Covid 19 vaccine and the app is totally misleading. Does not give me any valuable information that I can use to get appt. The whole system is a mess.

First off, the banner at the bottom interferes with the fingerprint ID, so you have to input your password every single time. Secondly, the app seems to have a built-in timeout, even if you are actively inputting information. So if you’re trying to input a message OR fill out the e-visit questionnaire, you get booted out with no warning whatsoever, with absolutely NOTHING saved. So you have to log back in and start all over again.

It doesn't let me sign in with my finger print. I always have to ask for the verification code twice because it never takes it the first time.

Again some advantages over the website however I cannot see what I’m even typing now. Most importantly you cannot print test results from the ap. The website offers comparisons from previous labs as well. Liked it for the virtual visit yesterday but needs improvement. Thank you!

Adding my daughter to my account as a (proxy) needed tech support before getting it to work. Also had livewell or zoom app problems, the first virtual visit didn't work at all. We had to reschedule it. After a second call to tech support and testing the zoom app finally got it to work the second try. Well atleast it worked for the majority of the appointment. Zoom decided to kick out the doctor and I ending the meeting, no warning. Thanks to the doc, called me and finished it over the phone.

  • Confusing Jul 25, 2020

    By Aurora app is confusing
Aurora’s app is my most confusing app. Since I don’t use it much when I look at “live well” I wonder “what is that app for?” The fingerprint log in does not work as easily as other sites so I have to look up my password. I would like for you to have an app that mimics your name. Don’t get fancy. Then, I want to be able to look up my test data easily. That is most important. I would like to be able to delete a doctor and his her little picture if I never saw and never will see that doctor.

I think the security of my data is lacking. I do not like so much of my medical information available on my phone. The app allows a 4 digit passcode, something that is far less secure than the Aurora login on my laptop, Is the app sharing or storing any of my data? I can't seem to find that. I installed the app because I was told that I needed this installed to be notified when I was able to get a Covid 19 vaccine. I found that was just not true and on top of that I found Aurora clinics were allowing scheduling for the vaccine by just calling and asking, days before I was told through LiveWell to try to schedule. So the app told me to wait and I would be called while there were Aurora clinics giving the vaccine on a call in basis. I am trying to find the most complete way to remove it.
