    Amazing app so easy to use. Very fast and reliable at setting the alarm modes. Much better than the adt, yale and other competitor applications. Has much more features and functions, much faster connection etc.

    Verisure, this is another second rate app, and, because you didn't send a notification about the change to your users, those who rely on automation of apps (such as those with disabilities) will have had their security compromised through no visibility of the app blocking use of the old(also not very good) app. Please remove the block on the use of the old app, and check with your customers before you make changes that could affect their security.

    Absolute dog poo!! Can't believe I am paying £40 per month for this. Reason: unable to access app from remote location. We have been away for the weekend. Verisure response was that they will fix the issue when we are back in the property. So much for security and peace of mind. Good thing we were not away for a week or more...

    Almost a week I can't open the application, we can't watch the camera, we can't activate and deactivate alarm, call service centre few times but we had no luck.,disappointed.

    How is it possible that you are not looking at all these bad reviews and listen to your clients needs? This new app is utter rubbish. Why replace a functional one with this? If this doesn't get sorted soon you willhave to collect your alarm from my rubbish bin outside.

    App is absolutely useless. Set the alarm but app still states disarmed. Take ages to refresh and then fails. Live chat does not connect. Does not even deserve 1 star.

    Every time there is a new version the old app just stops working and comes up with weird message asking us to check our Internet connection. And the problem with this app is never ending.

    The app is slow and it always forget the password. Often the activation/deact8vation of the alarm fails so it's useless
