    I’ve never had anything but great experiences with this app. I do all of my configuring on my computer with the web app, but this is always a great/convenient way for me to see how my portfolio is doing.

    This app lets you do everything you would need to do on a desktop site. Very useful for life on the go. It also has great tools that are helpful to understand how well I’m saving for retirement.

    Updated my phone to Samsung S20 and now the app will no longer open. Worked on my Galaxy S8. From other comments, looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. Please fix.

    I have had accounts across several major retirement players, and everyone else’s app is a ton more functional than this thing. It’s useless. You can’t set up Face ID, can’t change your password, can’t do anything useful with your account. You can just check your balance, and that’s it. They send you to their crappy website for the rest. {Website is a mess, btw. Always locks me out even when I enter correct credentials; so painful to have to call them to be let back in.} In stark contrast, Fidelity and Vanguard apps (and sites) are fantastic. I can do whatever I need to with my accounts, easily and quickly. Voya and TIAA-CREF are okay, but leaps and bounds better than this. Oh, and this sad kindergarten-level TRS app is not even formatted for iPad. Have to look at a tiny little window in portrait mode only. Terrible!!! Clearly, they hardly put any effort into this thing; they want to manage your money, not give you the tools to do it. A serious reason to transfer my accounts away from them, asap!!! The hassle factor of access across both web and app platforms is enough to drive me away. Clearly our company didn’t vet their capabilities before signing up.

    Please fix the app, it has been months now!!!! Will not work anymore on my new pixel 4a. Just shows the loading screen and then closes. Tried reinstalling several times over two weeks.

    My employer chose TRS to administer the 401k program, which forced me to interact with TRS. I have to say it is the absolute worst financial services app that I have ever seen. In keeping with the lackluster, half-assed capabilities of TransAmerica in their services, their app is literally completely unusable. Multiple deletions and reinstallations yield an app that still crashes on load, and is completely worthless. Their two factor (website and app) auto system is ridiculous and overly complicated, working only every third or fourth time. I can’t wait to be done with these idiots. If you are a company (especially a tech company) please, for the love of all that is holy, choose someone else to administer your plan.

    App is not working. Worked on my old Galaxy S7 but after upgrade to new Galaxy S51, will not launch properly. Would be nice if company would give us an idea of what is happening. A respectful thing would be to simply state "We are aware there is a problem many users are experiencing with this app. We are working on it. Check back for progress." Without such a response I feel like this app may be a Trojan. It is worse than just not working.

    An excuse for an app. Looks like it was done as a high school project - essentially it seems as if if the web pages were thrown into the app ( note, the web experience is also nothing to write home about). There is a grey bar at the top of the app! In this day and age to not have a app with a truly app experience is shocking . Don’t download just use the below average website

    A lot of people complaining about the app, it does just enough for me when I just want to take a peak. Anything beyond that I’ll hop on the computer. The rating is for it crashing non stop when I open it now. Not sure if there was an Apple update or something that broke it but can’t use at all now.

    I run my house from an iPad. That means I am left with the phone version of your app. It works, but the experience is not up to par with today’s UX standards. I must use the app in portrait, and there is not an appropriate icon size loaded, so I must adapt from my preferred landscape UX, and I am left with an ugly Apple default icon on my screen.
