    why oh why cant we upload pdf’s having to print out an electronic file in order to take a photo seems counterintuitive and wastes wood pulp resources.

    This app works for me to submit the claim and take a photo of the receipt right away when I buy something eligible. That’s especially useful for OTC items accepted by my medical spending account.

    The new design looks nice but I can't select 2017 for a new claim. The selection screen says 2017 but when it goes back to the main window, it reads 2018. Usually the app is quirky but works. Can we go back to quirky?

    The bugs mentioned in previous reviews seem to have been resolved. The apps speeds up my claim processing quite a bit. Otoh, the app could use some "user design thoughtfulness." For example, the date of service needs to be entered twice, even if there was only a single day. No option to easily copy over the start date. There are a few similar quibbles, that acclaris could _easily_ identify and resolve, if they convened a few user groups. In general, their user interfaces are sub-par, despite Acclaris' role. It's hard to understand why it can't be better.

    After getting past some initial quirkiness with the user interface controls overlaying one another (be sure to hit Next or Done) to dismiss keyboards and/or spinners so you can access the fields they cover) things went a little better. The receipt submission process was a bit un-intuitive, probably because I entered multiple line items in my claim and the submission process didn't make clear whether the images I was 'submitting' were for one of the items or for the entire claim (net: I submitted the entire claim before I had scanned all receipts). On the plus side, with this app, I'll be more likely to enter smaller, single-item claims throughout the year rather than batching them up as I am used to. Net: a definite improvement to the old way of entering claims. Takes some getting used to due to poor Ux choices

    This app has potential. But one thing that makes it unusable is that when you select something from a pull down (ie, when entering a claim, the first thing you have to choose is Dental, Medical, etc), the list of choices won't go away after you select one, preventing you from seeing or clicking the continue button. Maybe it's an iOS 8 compatibility thing? No way to send feedback within the app, either, so the only place to complain. Is here.

    Picture of claims is always off. It cuts off the right side and you have to re-submit. Better to use paper form and fax machine.

    Two issues I noticed immediately. 1) I can’t paste in password. Since I use a password manager and have complex passwords this is terribly inconvenient. 2) When I attempt to turn on TouchID the app immediately closes and due to issue #1 makes using the app very frustrating.

    You can't sort your claims. They are listed in apparently random order going back years. In order to find a current one you have to scroll through pages and pages to pick out what you are looking for in the current year.

    Wanted to check a claim status. Figured I'd try the app instead of getting out the computer. I use a complex password stored in a password manager. This same password worked fine on the web site many times. On the mobile app it locked me out. Either it's unable to correctly paste the password from the password manager or some of the characters in the password are breaking it. In any case now I can't get in on the mobile device or the web site. Not a great user experience.

    This app used to work, albeit not the best user design, but stopped working since iOS 10.1 was released. I've contacted Acclaris multiple times, first being told to uninstall and reinstall and then finally acknowledged their app needs to be updated and advised me to watch for update to be coming out - that was over a month ago.
