My daughter wants to play this game so bad. It is downloaded on our iPad Pro. Every time we open it, it goes to the loading screen and then crashes. We have tried closing the app out & restarting, restarting the iPad itself, and even uninstalled and then re-installed the app. None of these worked. It is still crashing. It looks like it would be a good game. If it is fixed I will update my review with a better rating. For now, however, I have given it one star.

Fix the glitch

I had this game when I was younger and it took me such a long time to find it again. I downloaded it on my old phone but every time I tried getting in it glitched me out and put me back on the Home Screen. Now I’m using a new phone and the same thing happens I also looked at some reviews and other people have the same problem. This is a big issue and should be fixed as soon as possible!

This game sucks. YOU CAN SPAWN MULTIPLE PRINCES BUT YOU CAN'T SPAWN MULTIPLE PRINCESSES HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?! Tapps games. I am awfully upset like REALLY upset about that please make it more fair for every kid. Thank you.

Every time I open the games it goes back to my home screen I purchased my doll house and the castle and both of them have done that since I got them I used to love playing a long Time ago when I had a different Device but now it has changed a lot please fix the issue/Problem I have tried constantly and it. Continues going back to the home page

I purchased this game and the packages that go with it and every time I open the game it forces to close. Is there any way I can reimburse for the charges for this game or can you tell me why this problem continues to happen and what can be done to fix this? I have tried to delete the application and redownload it and that did t seem to help. Thank you

I’m giving this 1 star because every time I try to download it always crashes and then I have to restart my IPad and it’s really annoying 🙄😫 If you know a way to make it work please tell me.

The app used to work great. My daughter loved it and we even paid to have all the extras. Now, all of a sudden, it keeps crashing. Won’t even open. Tried after an uninstall and re-install. Nothing. What a waste!
