    I was getting the correction error as well. Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same thing. The day the survey was to begin the app opened up. That may be the issue for others as well. You have to wait until the day your survey begins. Hope this helps!

    I have been reading some of the older reviews and evidently the IT folks were listening, used this app for two weeks, one week we were camping in very rural country, even extended roaming connections allowed quick loading and UPC scanning.

    No option to go back to the day before to record “no snack” but there are options to record snacks for previous days. For accuracy we should be able to go back at least one day. Works pretty well otherwise.

    Edit: It started working the next day, and has been working okay since then. So far, no problems that I can see. Not sure what corrected the issue. —— I am getting Connection Error and Internal Server error when trying to start the app. Restarting shows Loading Data... and then fails. It is a few days into the study period already. Any suggestions? (If we get it working, I’ll increase the stars.)

    Participating in March 2020 program however I cannot access entries for 2020, as I only have access to 2019. Hopefully this will be resolved right away as I have enjoyed participating in this program in the past.

    Last Stinking Day... my phone updates & the app crashed?? I Get CONNECTION ERROR, Restart App and try again. Well it’s not working. Now what?? I recorded in my Snack Diary Every Day. I Couldn’t do anything the day it ended so what now?? I didn’t do all this for nothing. Really frustrating.

    This app does not work after a couple days. It asked me do restart because it does not have a connection I have done this many times and I still can't get in to finish my snack diary.

    I this app is okay but when it comes to scanning the barcodes I'm literally standing around waiting on the app to recognize the barcode. The app needs to be adjusted so that it recognizes the barcode faster or communicates with the user to move closer or further back. Update - App won't work. Emailed both parties concerning issue. There should be a website back up for this problem.

    AN ERROR HAS OCCURED PROCESSING THE REQUEST. PLEASE RESTART THE APP AND TRY AGAIN. This is the message I get each time I try to open the app after install, reinstalled, force stopped and nothing worked. Samsung S9 phone upto date on software.

    Does not work. Every time I try to open it, it gives a connection error and says to restart the app. Totally useless app. Sorry 1 star is the lowest rating or would give it 0 star.

    It was okay. I had almost no problems using the app. Just one day where it went completely wonky and started giving me weird questions. I just backed out of the app and restarted it. Side note. I only got this app because of the National Consumer Panel. And now, it's not letting me in saying connection error but I'm done with the snack diary so bye bye app.

    I’m in the middle of my survey and I get a connection error. I’m afraid to delete it on account of losing my data. Not a good way to do things part way through paying surveys.

    This is not so much a review as hopefully a possible fix for some users of this app. I find that for whatever reason, this app cannot abide running alongside any type of monitoring app (even if it does not use a VPN). If I don't force stop such apps, the My Consumption app will give me all sorts of connection errors.

    All most at the end of my trail and it wanted me to restart the app if I do i loose all of my data that I have input over the past week and halffix the bug or problem

    If you cannot open app, go to the settings and clear the data. This tip helped me. If the next button doesn't appear at the bottom, minimize the app, then open it again. It should appear.

    Has been working for me from the beginning, about a week ago. Very old school looking and the bottom next button dissapears when you use the camera function to take a barcode pic. Have to exit the app and go back in and then the bottom buttons are back App is not done well at all. Again, it is working for me everytime but this app is not well made visually and was made cheap.

    After I submit the snacks, it gives me a “loading” page that never stops. Have just uninstalled and am reinstalling, but if this doesn’t work then I’m done. My time is valuable. I am not wasting it on an app that doesn’t work. I just reinstalled it. Now there’s nothing but white pages when I click on the snack diary and on every other link in it. Thank you so much for wasting my time.
