Really enjoying simple apps !
Hello ! I’ve been in a stump during quarantine and have had this app for at least a year and finally decided to use it ! It’s a beautiful app that it’s cute, simple, yet clean and helps me vent out about my day to day life. I write in this app with my Apple Pencil cause typing doesn’t do it enough justice. I love re-reading all my emotions on a day learning about myself and getting/planning my life ,events ,goals, and assignments. I think this is. Wonderful app if you don’t wanna spend a lot on journals I think the stickers they give you and letting you add pictures is even better to customize it your way! I use a lot of cute cheesy quotes and pics for my entries and day to either enjoy the small things or remind myself it’s not the end of the world! So please enjoy this app with everything you can as it has brought me so much joy and organized thoughts ! 💻❤️ -
this is the one!
after using MOODA for a few months now, i can confirm that it’s my favorite journaling app i’ve discovered so far. the design and aesthetic is very cute and clean. i feel comforted when i use this app, and i love choosing between the different emotions. the ability to personalize our journal with different backgrounds and fonts is nice as well. i do wish that we can add more than one photo to a journal entry. sometimes i take more than one photo a day that i want to include. i also think that there should be some way we can download all of our entries? in case we want to keep them in our files for the future. otherwise, great app! -
Really Good!
This is probably my 5th mood tracker, and the first I actually want to use. It’s minimalistic interface makes it much more approachable and easy to fill out—it never feels like a chore. I think that over time this will help me a lot to see how I usually feel, which is a really nice feature. However, I wish there were a few more moods to choose from. For example, I wish there was a confused mood, a neutral mood (which would be a little below calm), and a tired mood. For now though, it’s definitely still worth a purchase. -
Great app
Honestly I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did. As I’m horrible at writing in things like journals or diaries. But my therapist insisted that I write about how I’m feeling everyday. As understanding my emotions and then coping with it is very hard for me. I’d even used an app like this in the past, and it was very complicated. Mooda though is very simple and chill. I understood how the app worked right away. I loved the soft calming pictures and fonts. I will most definitely be using this everyday and will recommend it to my friends! -
Love using
I love using MOODA, but I do wish it was optimized for predictive text. Just a little thing, not really a big deal. Overall it’s helping me keep track of my state of mind in a way that’s really helpful and genuine. As someone with a mental illness, I’m finding it useful to jot down my moods daily, and the (adorable) faces offer a unique and interesting way to glance at the way your mental state fluctuates (or not) day by day and throughout the month. I’ve never kept a mood diary, but this one is one I look forward to using every night, even when I’ve had a bad day - it’s nice to have something to look forward to. Love this app 👌.

idea suggestion?
love love loveee this app it’s probably my favorite one BUT may i add a suggestion ? :-) it would be really cool if there could be an option where it’s almost like a polaroid wall layout of all the pictures we’ve used for our daily logs! i really hope the developers see this and think about this idea because i just think it would be really cool to see

A tiny suggestion!
I love it so much that I immediately shared it with 6 other friends who also loved it! I’m a UX designer myself and I’ve been thinking about to design and build an app for long because I’m in need of one, until I saw this app! A little suggestion would be.. It would be great if there’s a date under the face on the main interface! That would be easier for matching up the date with the mood when reviewing it! Again wanna say really like it and thank you for building such an amazing app!

Need more choice
I really like this app. It’s simple to use and really cute. However, it would be better if there would be more font style in Japanese and if I can switch the app language within app. Currently, this app relay in device language so I have to switch my device language to Japanese when I use it. Also English has many font style but Japanese are not. I spent same money on this app as English user so I feel they need work on other languages equally. Other than that, this app is really great! I highly recommend if you write in English. -
UI detracts from app
So as a UI/UX Designer myself I can understand the need to make your app unique in design, but the UI in this app is just terrible to look at. It’s really distracting. I dig the simplicity of the app and how simple it is to add your moods, but unfortunately the interface design just was too hard to look at, so I uninstalled the app. I still give this app 4 stars because of its simplicity and function - but the form is not great. -
Amazing but...
I love this app allot, it’s actually great for self care and stuff, but something that does get a bit annoying in my opinion is the lack of self auto correct, it doesn’t even capitalize an “I” when you start typing. Everything is completely manual, this is no big issue, but the implementation would be amazing! Thanks for this great app otherwise

Not letting me edit an entry
I have been using this app for two months now. The app is great. I love how it gives you different emotions to choose from and you can also edit it if you feel like the wording is a bit off. As of recently, I have not been able to copy/paste my entries (because I also keep a digital journal). I am not sure what the issue is but I would like for it to be updated. And now I am having issues with editing my entries. It is not letting me add more to it. -
Cute, could use some improvements..
I’d love if this app had more moods to choose from, had an option to track mood by morning/noon/night of each day, and maybe track triggers like (work, home, school, commute, play, etc). I know that’s a lot to ask for! But adding more moods would be a great start. Feel like it’s not quite worth 99 cents right now but looking forward to the updates that are on the way!
