    App seems ok, however as others have mentioned it would be nice to see an option in the settings to switch to English language.

    App freezes on initial screen. Previously it worked flawlessly, but in recent month or two it stays stuck on the startup. Update: Upon quick reply from the support, this issue was resolved and the app continues to work normally. Thanks!

    There should be a obligation on O2 to provide an app that will install on older devices. Some older phones will not update to Android 5.0, and users have no way to monitor their data/call usage day to day.

    changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars, their support explained that 5 gigs welcome bonus is going to appear in the app within 2 days, got me a piece of mind. current balance refreshing is still pretty slow thus 4 stars not 5.

    It is good indeed, but it's a shame that a company as O2 does not give the option for english language in all the countries they operate. I don't understand most of of the app.

    This app is just horrible. Loading data takes forever. App crashes often or data are not loaded at all. After 2 years it's still not optimalized for iphone 6/6s (Plus). I don't understand how a cell phone operator can provide so bad app like this.

    Please finally add login via Google account, fingerprint, or at least remember the phone number. I would gladly give it 5 stars but I'm disappointed that such a large company isn't able to invest in such a fundamental feature.

    After the update, there is no option of doing one-click payments with a previously remembered card, which was the best, most time-saving feature. Uninstalled.

    Great experience? no way. Bad working cache forces you almost everytime to do operations over sms (refresh does not work, neither deleting app cache). Useless notification(it never show right numbers), the type of notification could be like google weather or translate. I will be happy to add stars after you fix the problems. Your generic answer does not work :( .

    Same as other o2 brand "Radost" this app is full of bugs. Same errors on both my phones when I try to turn on/off some services. On prepaid card, when you run out of your credit for subscribed service, it will auto turn on option for one day internet without possibility to turn it off and it will do it every single day until your account is 0eur. App will then logout you, widget will create errors and you'll be SMS spammed to renew credit. Bad experience overall.

    Total Rubbish, resets password every (frequent) update.. Also doesn't allow mobile data to allow online payment. With no warning that your remaining balance is not sufficient to buy mobile data. So have to find wifi to top up phone. Absolute joke of an app!!!! P.s only sends notification of exceded daily limit after you have already been charged!!! Top up has tec problems & doest function half the time. Worst app i have ever reviewed

    Yet another month has passed and yet again I have failed to open your app. Changing the operator as soon as my contract ends. Paying loads and still have to experience inconvenience every month to pay my bill.

    It will be great if the app could support English language and not only slovak. Many foreign students and foreigners in general are using your services and it is hard to understand the language without Google translate. Thank you

    It will be great if the app could support English language and not only slovak. Many foreign students and foreigners in general are using your services and it is hard to understand the language without Google translate. Thank you

    Have to reinstall the app every month. Every month its stuck on the loading screen without the possibility to enter. The app it self ia great, but this "feature" kills it

    Totally unreliable, freezing and/or not uploading. I have contacted customer service through "chat" several times - no response. Uninstalled/installed the app too - did not help..Payment for my service was processed on 3rd attempt.

    23 Nov 2019. Giving you 1 🌟 star. I cannot log in. I even changed the password on your website. I can log in. How do I check my balance I added 8 Eur credit & it didn't show. Why dont you have this app in English? I am happy yo change my review to 3. Only because I got a reply. The credit got shown ONLY after I uninstalled the app, and re-installed it. I shall give you a 5, when you fix this, and make an English version. One year later, still waiting for English version. How difficult is that?
