    If you aren’t going to pay the 49 dollars year don't even bother downloading, they launched some sync feature to have the dashboard(main page) up to date with the expenses and incomes, that means the main page will show you outdated info even tho you entered everything manually WITHIN the app, while this Sync feature isn’t connected to a bank this makes no sense at all

Now the APP runs normally. • ✔PROS: Mobills has excellent quality, great capabilities, comprehensive features, intuitive report, well organized pro&beautiful UI, ease of use,& so much fun to play. I appreciate the Devs' hard work for all of these. • ✖CONS: 1. No multiple currencies for Accounts. 2. No end-date of the recurring transaction. 3. Not fully translated into English. 4.     I’ve been using the app for a few years now. The development of its functionality has come a long way since then I am overall very happy with the service. Having said that there are few bugs especially on the translations that have been around literally for years! I have submitted tickets with screenshots and explanations to the team who keeps promising that those will be fixed and they aren’t.

    Having spent more than an hour entering our accounts (over solid 45Mbps Wi-Fi), performing multiple syncs up to cloud, LOST ALL ENTRIES despite the app saying all successful! Support’s answer: “sync process can get stuck sometimes”!!! Get stuck??? We’re not talking about the birth of an elephant! Their instructions? REENTER all entries into web-version of Mobills and resync iPad! NO BACKUP, NO RESTORE - ALL DATA LOST - just reenter all of your data for a SECOND TIME!!! Unacceptable incompetence for a PAID app on iStore - management should be ashamed!

    Took a while to get used to but this app gives the option to reset your information and start from scratch. I did this at least 3 times 🙈 til I finally got the hang of it. It is very detailed and keeps me very organized. I removed one star because of the subscription. I would much rather pay a flat one time fee because I won’t utilize all the premium features but for now the free version is great!

    Editing and downgrading my review to three stars. Still the best financial app I have ever used. However technical support is unusable. Replies to my support questions are in the Portuguese language. Unfortunately I do not speak Portuguese. I have asked for replies in English but still haven't seen them. I prefer not to use a translating app. Too bad. It's a great app but I'm unable to log in after purchasing a new device and installing the Mobills app on it.

    I’m a year subscriber and I love this app. It’s a great way to keep up with monthly expenses. I use it to remind myself of what I paid and didn’t pay. Only problem is that after the recent update the “paid/unpaid” toggle feature went away. It is unusable as if I was not a subscriber. I paid for a year earlier this year and it should be still good. I paid a bill today and tried to mark that expense paid and it wouldn’t let me. A new bug i guess

    I love everything about the app. Granted it took a while to set up everything but when I was finished I went to my watch to check for setup and it kept giving me a message to log into my account on my phone which I did. I just finished setting it up and my budget and account info. I was in my account. Not sure if anyone else had a problem but it’s a shame because out of all the apps for budget on the watch this one was the most promising to me. I even googled a fix for it and couldn’t find anything. Not even someone else having the same problem.

    Add in the PAID version. Terrible. Not being enough, the adds are in Portuguese. It used to be a good app. No longer. Takes long to launch, much longer than the previous versions. Many animated icon to pollute my screen. I AM A PREMIUM USER!!!!!

    Not usable to me. There are quite a few banks available, but no credit unions or cashapp support--which all of my accounts are. Maybe in the future this will work for me, but it might be a while.

    So I just downloaded your iOS app; I’ve been interested in checking it out for awhile now, but haven’t bothered because more often than not, most personal finance apps don’t support my small PA credit union. Unfortunately it doesn’t look as though I’ll even get to find out, anyway. I tried creating an account and everytime I would fill in the form and hit “register”, I would just get a pop-up that said “warning” and then nothing. Help would be awesome.

    It's an amazing app, visually beautiful and gets the work done. But the sync is almost non existent between my two devices (watch and iPhone) Furthermore, everytime I open the app on my phone it greets me with a 'you've been long gone' message which is weird when I've used it only minutes before Lastly, for some reason the language keeps switching back and forth from English to Espanol Please fix this, I would never stop using the app otherwise

    After syncing my devices, both iOS, the balance for my primary checking account is different on each device and is impossible to correct. The Droid version allows for custom recurring expenses/deposits, yet iOS does not. Either version should allow for, at the very least, typical payroll periods, i.e. weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually...then true custom feature, nice as it may be, would most likely be unnecessary. Features such as running balances/future estimated balances do not add up properly and do not seem to make sense. When you increase the subscription cost, these features should be automatic and not need to require constant user troubleshooting. Please respond by completing these fixes and notify me when they will be done.

    Mobills PRO user. Web app account balance is different from iOS app account balance. Account balance is also different between two iOS phones with same account. Account balance went up to ~50x (no exaggerations!!!) the actual balance randomly. There’s one expense that I’ve edited 5 times (again, no exaggeration), but the edit just won’t stick. TOO BUGGY. I’m uninstalling this. I want a refund!

    When you pay for it, it kind of works. When you don't, it doesn't. Kinda goes against its own purpose this way. And it isn't cheap.

    Very good app, despite of web version sometimes works using another flow. This experience is not good because seems that the app is not synchronizing our data with web, but I know it does. I guess that this occurs especially when we use credit card integration and pay some value in advance. The app recognize the payment, but the web does not. This app helps a lot and I the 4 star represents a lot of trust and incentive to improve these bad experience, because I use it to do many things.

    Overall I really enjoy using the app and how simple it is. This recent update on 8/5/2021 is causing me problems opening the app though. All I can see is the loading screen forever unless I force stop the app or restart my phone.

    I’ve looked at every personal finance app for my iPhone and this one really has the best outlay, theme, overall “look.” But for life of me, I can’t figure out how to set up syncing w my bank. EVERY other app I’ve tried does this- in fact, for me, it’s the foundation of everything else. If I’m just not seeing it, please help. If for some reason, this isn’t a feature (how can that be??) please rectify soon and I’ll look to improve rating. Thx!

    I use this app for one month registering all my credit and debit card purchases. Suddenly I received the message that those options are inly available with the Premium Version. I can also not access any registered transactions anymore. This is really anoying. I will now delete the app as it is not useful anymore. And I lost my time to register tx-actions, i have no access to anymore. Not nice.

    I have been using this app since 2017 the free version and everything perfect it fits with my needs and I didn’t need anything else. Now they even put a limit to the transactions I can record??     I signed up for the 7 day trial of their premium service and I was charged immediately. I tried to cancel the subscription via the App Store the same day (today)and was told that the cancellation would apply for next year! Crappy product and deceptive unethical practices
