Game renders itself pointless very quickly
You can only level your equipment up to certain tiers before you have to level up completely. I’ve been stuck on level 7 for awhile now because it requires rare manager cards which in my daily chests I haven’t gotten any and even spent in game cash on the epic chests that only gave me regular managers too. I can’t level up my equipment anymore so I can’t play anything in the game since I can’t level up without those cards. It’ll also ask you for 3+ chests to level up so you have to wait hours for that since you only get one every 4 hours. Even if everything is maxed out and you need to level up to continue playing, you have to wait hours and sometimes days to get one you need to level up. Also in most idle games, when you level up, it starts you over but allows you to build back to the place you were at really quickly. In this game when you level up, you just start over with nothing. Any money you accumulated is lost and you are back to square one. You can level your equipment up to the next tier now, but you’ll start at the bottom tier again and have to spend hours getting yourself up to that point again. The game has a good idea going but how they executed it is bad. Waiting hours and hours accumulating money while waiting for the managers cards or daily chests in order to level up, only to lose all of that money and start the game completely over and have to wait hours or days again to level up again. -
It is a fun game at first, then it gets boring. I was at level 26 then the game stopped loading. There is nowhere to save the game. I thought I would uninstall and reinstall install. The game started to work again but now I am at level 1

Stupid game, keeps freezing, and emerald mine does not produce any money, although all platforms are on tier 3 Now, starting again from the start (level 1) I have reached level 11. Now the game refuses to load, and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection

Love the game but been unable to level up for long time now. New levels not added. Unable to play really. Plus my camera is blocking my info at the top now that it's updated.

It’s ok
I played this game for about a day when I first got it obviously it’s going to move slow at first it took 2 minutes to get three hundred gold and I just thought after a day of play it things would start to pick up but they didn’t after a day the trucks took 2 minutes to get gold. it was still super boring to play they need to make it where it doesn’t take so long oh and also why do they have to “unload” it you already waited 2 minutes to get gold and yes I know you can speed the trucks up by taping them but when you tap them they barley anywhere. I would love to give this game a second chance if they just fix those things. It’s not all bad for instant it’s not riddled with ads always a big plus. -
Some Flaws
Update: After the last update, I was knocked back to stage 2. Worked my way back up to stage 10 where I am stuck again. The game wants me level up managers... the problem... the game is allowing any more manager cards to be collected! Dropping to 2 stars now :( Great game, I was hooked! But there are a few flaws that definitely need updating. You cannot prestige past level 11, because you have to fill 25 manager spots. It’s impossible since there are only 24 spots to fill and 3 of those spots, at the underground mine, have no qualifying managers. So, I am stuck at this point and since I can no longer prestige the game is slowing way way down. If this were to get fixed, this game would be an easy 5! -
Update (greed) made me uninstall
Really enjoyed the game, made it to rank 19 no problem and without spending money. Then this new update came out and made it so you need tokens (that you have to buy with money) to upgrade the managers, which was free before if you had enough cards. Oh and take a guess how you get the manager cards... that’s right spending money. Well you can get some from the daily rewards and ranking up, I’m sure it’s the same with the tokens, but I’m still disappointed. I understand the company wants to make money but this just felt greedy and like they are trying to add paywall.

Gave it a 1 to get deva attention on a game breaking bug
The game is fun for an idle game. There aren’t an abundance of ads, there’s no real paid as far as I could tell (up to Rank 13) and it passes the time. That said, about 3/4 of the way through Rank 13 and upon watching an ad, one that is a regular in the game, the entire game crashed. Ok, that happens every now and again. However upon reloading the game, all of the buildings reset back to Tier 1 with the exception of the vehicle buildings. What’s worse is that any and all upgrades to get to the next Tier was locked out. For those that don’t know, for some requirements to get to the next rank (and even in general progress) you have to upgrade your buildings in different ways. This bug locked me out of upgrading anything. I did ensure that all apps were closed and I did reboot my iPad 9.5, but that didn’t work and the bug was still present. In turn, this will lock anyone who gets this out of all of their progression. Even though I didn’t spend money on this, I would be upset if I had because I can already see the status quo reply of “we’re sorry, we are working on a fix, but unfortunately you will have to restart from Rank 1”. So “Buyer Beware” if anyone is going to spend money on this. -
UPDATE: emailed today finally and said nothing they can do Bought no ads and worked for a day and now I have ads again. I click on the no ads button in the store and shows I haven't bought it. But when tapped it says I already own it
