    Or possibly an English version app would be so helpful. I’m sure there are a significant amount of expats living here that would appreciate this, me included! There really is no reason not to offer this.

    When something is working fine don't fix it. New interface is really slow, bogus and feels unfinished. I had to clear data and run initial setup again. Now ok.

    App will not connect with my KPN subscription. Says I am not connected to my KPN WiFi BUT Thuis app says I am connected to my KPN WiFi. ???

    The app keeps asking for authentication and resets to the first screen while I'm busy checking some options or checking wifi quality. This means you have to start all over again. Getting the mobile usage data takes way too long. It feels like downloading 100 mb of data while the usage date cannot be that much, so pretty bad optimization. Oh and the wifi optimization? It just says oeps we can't help you...why include the function at all?

    Created a login at “mijn KPN” I am unable to upwaardeer. Tried my credit card, PayPal nothing works!! Absolutely worthless and frustrating! Also your “KPN Prepaid app” is useless. Tell customers what works if they use your prepaid services.

    One of the most horrible apps I (need to) use. It takes a lifetime to load, has a very skow response, and UX is clearly not meeting the flow of my logic. It's apparently really hard to display info in a clear way.

    Family sharing options are optimal. Excellent overview of data, invoices and costs. Sometimes confusing in connection with laptop interface and "koppelen of ontkoppelen" of an account.

    Prima app, kunt makkelijk bundels zien en opwaarderen. Onder je tegoed zou het fijn zijn om een maandoverzicht te hebben van uitgaves aan sms/bellen en internetten.
