    The app cannot differentiate between parents, who hold the phone subscription, and childeren, who use the subscription. Both parties need to understand the usage of minutes and data. Only parents need to be able to adjust the subcription.

    The worst app ever. It does not list the calls that you have made. i just switched from T-Mobile to KPN, I am happy with the service. Your app is just not up to par!

    Created a login at “mijn KPN” I am unable to upwaardeer. Tried my credit card, PayPal nothing works!! Absolutely worthless and frustrating! Also your “KPN Prepaid app” is useless. Tell customers what works if they use your prepaid services.

    Can't find an option to respond to a 'dev reaction' of my review, but here goes: Router and mesh network have a different backend? Tsk. A 'superwifi punt' needs 8 mins to fetch some settings? Tsk. 'Maak mijn WiFi sneller' leads to a webpage that gives a 404 for multiple days already? Tsk. Dutch is the only supported language? Tsk. oh, and Ok is spelled Ok or ok or OK, not Oké.

    Family sharing options are optimal. Excellent overview of data, invoices and costs. Sometimes confusing in connection with laptop interface and "koppelen of ontkoppelen" of an account.

    The internet is no bad for 10 eu, but in Denmark i don't have mobile internet. In Netherland and Germany works well but in Denmark don't work at all.
