    Couldn't find a fingerprint scanner option. Just saw by accident that you have to set a 4 figure code first. If the app just told you that, you wouldn't have to keep searching.

    The app cannot differentiate between parents, who hold the phone subscription, and childeren, who use the subscription. Both parties need to understand the usage of minutes and data. Only parents need to be able to adjust the subcription.

    Ability to re-enable fingerprint (after adding a fingerprint to the OS) is not available anymore.. In a attempt to re-enable fingerprints (in profile > app settings > fingerprint), a reference is made to a section 'security', which does not exist (anymore?). V4.4.1

    Useful app, if you understand the Dutch language that is, but useful non the less. Unfortunately no support for the Android dark mode just yet. So be prepared for a lot of bright white light if you open this app!

    When something is working fine don't fix it. New interface is really slow, bogus and feels unfinished. I had to clear data and run initial setup again. Now ok.

    The TERRIBLE application is only in DUTCH .... been trying to cancel my SIM ONLY subscription for almost a year !!! no go , no response ...No way to cancel . what a shame when a company makes it impossible to part with them....

    Very bad application that sometimes doesn't start. Can't relate names in my contacts with the numbers I share MBs with. Should be able to remember how I share my bundle each month.

    Created a login at “mijn KPN” I am unable to upwaardeer. Tried my credit card, PayPal nothing works!! Absolutely worthless and frustrating! Also your “KPN Prepaid app” is useless. Tell customers what works if they use your prepaid services.

    Nice to be able te share MB's but the new app does not give an overview of actual use across users. It is also very slow to update regardless of network or wifi.

    I try to connect my product with mijn Kpn but is impossible. It asks for the last 3 numbers of my bank account and when I press the button to go further it dosen't work.

    The app keeps asking for authentication and resets to the first screen while I'm busy checking some options or checking wifi quality. This means you have to start all over again. Getting the mobile usage data takes way too long. It feels like downloading 100 mb of data while the usage date cannot be that much, so pretty bad optimization. Oh and the wifi optimization? It just says oeps we can't help you...why include the function at all?

    Downloaden, inloggen et voila: Een zwart scherm met daarop de tekst "de door u gevraagde informatie is niet beschikbaar" bedankt KPN echt heel professioneel! Hoe moeilijk is het om een paar gebruiksgegevens in een app te stoppen? Overigens is hun website waarop je apple iphone's besteld ook niet geschikt voor safari - techniek en kpn, een ongelukkige combi...
