    We are pretty satisfied by the App overall. An English Version would be so much better. One thing tho, we cannot access to all our Messages in contrast to the Web Access.

    Absolutely useless. Nine times put of ten I'm unable to finalise an operation because the notification does not appear on the app.

    Just average good but far far from being as good as it should. And this one is way better than the horrible other apps from BNP which looks like prehistoric times from first iPhone. Le’t think this is a first minimal viable product and then the innovation team will perform a better version.

    Worst ever experince with BNP..its almost 3weeks now that i have recieved my card but their application is not working and even they dont know that why it is not working.the card is of no use for me..0 star

    This bank is so bad that I wouldn’t have expected anything better from their app. Very often the services are “momentarily unavailable”. Sending a message is possible 1 time out of 20. Other operations have the same problems... I’m planning to leave this bank and if you are new there I would suggest you one thing: run as fast as you can. I’ve never ever seen such incompetent counselors before. The director of my agency isn’t any better, it’s very disappointing... they could get an award for being this bad, it’s out of this world!

    Hi can you please fix my virements I can't transfer amount to another account it's Sean contacter voter conseiller. I been to the bank branch they said In our system it's active ok it's problem in your mobile apps so how can I fix this problem let me know. Thank you.

    I use this app daily and for years now but I have to write a review to say I am so fed up with this app I can’t believe BNP can’t afford to fix its many glitches and bugs. Every now and then maybe but constantly and for weeks I’ve found errors in the temporary balance amount shown. It is simple math to show my current balance and then the charges that are to come. It has limited functionalities and I am just amazed that a bank of this level can’t provide a working app for its customers.

    Rubbish - Repeated problems on and off over the years with digital key when making on-line purchases. Incredibly frustrating when traveling for work and on a timeline for products to be delivered. Using Google pixel phone running latest software and version of the app. Digital key is sent to phone. Double tap to open and instead of verifying a purchase, it diverts to opening the app...... Rubbish! Perhaps add in the app an OBVIOUS option to verify key? If an option is already there, I've never found it as my understanding of the french language is limited. It's typically good enough to navigate web sites and apps, but not this one!

    I've tried apps from different banks along the years, so in comparison, this one is appalling bad. You can't get a clear statement of your expenses as they are in different pages, it's very confusing as to the logic behind this. You also can't seem to have the balance of your account either, because they're things they haven't been withdrawn yet but put down as "a venir". I wish they could make this app more user friendly. One statement and everything goes in it in real time.

    Update: search for "mes comptes erreur technique 81" for the fix. Thank you. This app is not working. It is just giving error 81. Even the support is broken. Other bank apps are working perfectly.

    (English comment below) 25 Septembre 2020 : Apres 18 jours, et grâce a l’aise du service technique de Comcast, j’ai enfin compris la cause du problème et trouvé un moyen de le contourner. dans mon cas, Le problème réside dans la livebox de Comcast. Sur l’iPhone, if faut désactiver le wifi et passer en mode cellulaire pour que l’application Mes Comptes marche. Sur l’internet, if faut désactiver le xFi Advanced Security dans la livebox de Comcast, puis la réactiver après la déconnexion au site BNP. | 25 September 2020: After 18 days, thanks to the Comcast Technical support, I finally understood the root cause of the message “Service indisponible” and found a way to work around it. In my case, the problem is the xFi Advance Security feature that is turned on in my Comcast cable-modem box Way around: for iphone: disable your Comcast wifi and use cellular mode. Don’t forget to enable Cellular for the Apps Mes Comptes. Way around: for internet: Disable the Advanced Security feature in xFi by navigating to More and selecting My Services. From here, select Disable under xFi Advanced Security and follow the on screen prompts. And turn it back on once you are done. Bilan au 15 septembre 2020- 23H45 PDT (San Francisco Time) apres 8 jours! Je ne peux toujours pas accéder à mes comptes Une autre journée s’est écoulée et toujours pas d’avancée, ni du côté de l’application Mes Comptes qui indique toujours « Service indisponible », ni du côté de l’internet, qui indique toujours Secure Connection Failed. 11 Septembre 2020 Cela fait maintenant 4 jours que l'application "Mes Comptes" affiche le message "Service Inaccessible". Malgré réclamations et envois de demande d'aide technique, sept envoyés par moi, un envoyé par ma conseillère, un envoyé par le service DSP2, je n'ai pas reçu un seul appel ni email ni message du service Support Technique. Après plus de 80 heures !

    So I cannot log into my account because a pop up has tells me the App needs to be updated. When at the App Store anothe pop up message tells me the update is not available in my country (USA) or region... Someone needs to be told BNP costumers travel outside of France...

    Horrible app, just horrible. 10% of the time, it is down. In cases of emergencies where you might need to transfer funds immediately, it may take you days to access it. When it is down, the website tends to be down as well. It's just an overall poorly designed and run app. Please don't bother answering my review, instead spend time working on the app.
