    can you please add an english UI, alot of your customers are international students. it would really help if we had an english UI untill we can fully understand french.

    I find this app good (much better than the bank itself, which is absolute disaster) but what is strange is the location of cle digital - in settings. Having in mind that pop up notification sometimes comes late, it is not intuitive to find the pending operation.

    Not very user friendly, not supporting the finger print. (Thank you I found the fingerprint option later.) if there was a english menu it was better.

    This app is OK, it’s not great. Sometimes it tells me that the service is unavailable or that I cannot access the app at that time. When I tried to add beneficiaries to send money transfers to, it tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable. There doesn’t seem to be anything temporary about that fact. It’s pretty lame that I still have to physically go to the bank to take care of things that I should be able to do on the application. Also, it’s 2019, it would be great if there was a way to deposit checks via the application as one can certainly do in other countries. BNP is supposed to be a great bank but I find it to be incredibly average and often a hassle.

    Update: search for "mes comptes erreur technique 81" for the fix. Thank you. This app is not working. It is just giving error 81. Even the support is broken. Other bank apps are working perfectly.

    Just average good but far far from being as good as it should. And this one is way better than the horrible other apps from BNP which looks like prehistoric times from first iPhone. Le’t think this is a first minimal viable product and then the innovation team will perform a better version.

    Online verification is way too bad. You can't even transfer minimum amount of money coz of this and there is not even an option to choose through SMS varification.

    This bank is so bad that I wouldn’t have expected anything better from their app. Very often the services are “momentarily unavailable”. Sending a message is possible 1 time out of 20. Other operations have the same problems... I’m planning to leave this bank and if you are new there I would suggest you one thing: run as fast as you can. I’ve never ever seen such incompetent counselors before. The director of my agency isn’t any better, it’s very disappointing... they could get an award for being this bad, it’s out of this world!

    this app is so good but please why can't I do instead money transfer to order bank even to BNP user I can't do instead transfer why?? it's take two to three day before they see the money please resolve this for me

    What happened with the finger print authorization? This app sucks, I'm using it for many years now and it's not getting any better with time. Just more problems with each terribly heavy update. C'mon people, hire better developers, you have the money, we pay way more than deserved!

    I use this app daily and for years now but I have to write a review to say I am so fed up with this app I can’t believe BNP can’t afford to fix its many glitches and bugs. Every now and then maybe but constantly and for weeks I’ve found errors in the temporary balance amount shown. It is simple math to show my current balance and then the charges that are to come. It has limited functionalities and I am just amazed that a bank of this level can’t provide a working app for its customers.

    Rubbish - Repeated problems on and off over the years with digital key when making on-line purchases. Incredibly frustrating when traveling for work and on a timeline for products to be delivered. Using Google pixel phone running latest software and version of the app. Digital key is sent to phone. Double tap to open and instead of verifying a purchase, it diverts to opening the app...... Rubbish! Perhaps add in the app an OBVIOUS option to verify key? If an option is already there, I've never found it as my understanding of the french language is limited. It's typically good enough to navigate web sites and apps, but not this one!
