    Continued to find that reports are inaccurate (based on known or report from web UI), and find that several features just missing (add users for instance). No issues with the application crashing or hanging, but have not found it to be functional enough to be useful.

    App is a little oversimplified compared to the already simplified dashboard. You can't tag a VLAN on a switchport from the app. I often end up opening the dashboard in my mobile browser to make some changes.

    Been using this app to monitor our switches. Have not had any issues as of yet, but the information provided is limited. It would be nice to be able to see what port # and which switch the clients are connected to when viewing the client details. Also would be nice to see what client is connected when viewing the port details...

    Please make it easier to log in. It's difficult to login when 2 factor authentication is enabled. Also it would be nice to refresh the "view local connection" instead of having to exit the app to get refreshed information such as AP signal strength. Thanks.

    I just can’t wrap my head around this bizarro Meraki behavior. The app goes TWO YEARS without an update - TWO YEARS. The first thing you see on their website is a marketing image of some business person holding the latest iPhone, using their app. False. Meanwhile, in reality, we’re all screaming in exhaustion while yanking our our hair...in hopes someone will let us know they’re still alive at headquarters who’s working on this stuff. Two years without update, then an update! (**But behold - it just breaks everything and doesn’t keep you logged in anymore!). Why are all of the enterprise/pro customers (*with highest ARPU) getting shafted? Meanwhile, MerakiGo is front burner...someone please explain what they are doing over there...how asleep at the wheel can you get?

    Pretty worthless for use with MDM. It used to reflect active and online clients with a Green indicator and that stopped working months ago. Been promised it will be fixed since last October and it's now January 2017. Data warning limits are sporadic and 12-15 of my 50+ lines have to be manually reset at the beginning of each month. They promised a fix there also...still waiting. Glad I only signed a 1 year contract on the MDM as I won't be renewing. For a company that is owned by a giant like Cisco they should be fixing problems not making excuses and promises they can't keep. Still no updates and now the maps appears not to work either...

    You can’t do any real management of your network with this app. The UI is atrocious, it constantly logs you out, and you might as well just use the website. A serious question: why aren’t you duping the Meraki-Go version and bring it over here? It looks great! This does not. It’s boarder line gala advertising when it comes to the iOS app. *PS if this is a single dev managing the app, I get it - you’re probably resource constrained and have little support, so I feel for you and please understand this is no way a poke at you. If this is a team, you all need to get this straightened out.

    The app for the camera system is pretty useless. You can view live footage but you are unable to do maybe 75% of what you can via the web. Because of this I just login to the web page with my phone.. 😑

    It does what it can. It isn't as developed as the actual web portal, unfortunately- this app would be much more amazing if only it had more administration abilities vs just an passive observation app.

    Great, the latest release disables paste in the password loging field. If you use a password management system like me, you are going to have to type a 22 character random password one by one. I rather not use this app, thank you.

    Used to be good but increasingly out of date and doesn't support MXs properly, as an example it randomly selects either the active or passive member of an HA pair. Come on Cisco, please give it an update

    Come on Cisco, pull your finger out and update this app please. Its a fantastic tool, but increasingly out of date and now I'm getting a warning when running it on Android 10.

    You can use it to view the status of your network and System Manager clients but if you add another device you have to log out and back in to refresh it, if you want to make any changes you can’t. I just expected so much more from a company that is all online.

    This app is rather useless as measured by how often I can get the information I need and/or achieve my desired objective. Usually what I’m looking for is either not accessible from the app or I get so frustrated with the brain-dead UI/interaction design that I give up. Given the length of time this app has been getting bad reviews and has never been improved I’m not holding my breath waiting for Cisco to give us something better.

    App needs real developers. Video feed stuck at “checking direct stream” for weeks now and noone cares to fix it. No updates for app that sucked in the first place. All developments have been super slow and are still at features from 90s, when all other competitors have gone too far ahead. Close the Meraki branch if you don’t plan to keep up with the product, updates & fixes.
