This app is the absolute bare minimum someone would want for the watch sold by these folks. The watch is surprisingly versatile but is constrained by inability to add numbers to the phone book via the watch. The fitness tracking is pretty much a joke - but it’s sort of there. It would be nice to be able to send sms messages from the watch as well. If they could focus on fleshing out the watch’s surprisingly solid communication abilities via decent software on the watch (or in this app) then they would easily sell 10 more in my neighborhood alone. My kids LOVE these watches but we are hamstrung by the lack of usability.

T55+ watch is not connecting to this app. Kindly help. It did connect on the first day but after unbinding it is not connecting again. I've tried restarting and uninstalling / reinstalling options. Can you please help to resolve this issue.

Please add watch custom watch faces which are more like the animated real time watch faces. Customized wallpapers are good but that becomes a static thing.

Why wouldn’t it be a universal app/watch? We don’t use the metric system in the US, we use miles, feet, pounds, Fahrenheit...really disappointed that even the headings are poorly translated/displayed. This app is the equivalent of dial-up internet or a rotary phone. Poor instructions, poor app, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took me a month to get my watch and they didn’t even provide tracking as prompted. I had to keep emailing because the website showed delayed with no reason, estimated delivery dates from weeks ago and no way to actually track the package.

👎🏻Unnconnectivity of downloaded AK76 Fitness Apps from phone to watch; 👎🏻 Useless Android Bluetooth Connectivity feature, the device & watch just won't sync, even with many attempts; 👎🏻 I cannot use the phone-watchcall; message prompt; & other sync features. 💔 Hence, due to unconnectivity of watch to phone, it DEFEATS my major purpose of buying, that is, to monitor my health & fitness regimen via the supposed claimed sync feature, while I'm doing my work-outs. 🙂 Please improve.
