Mar 5, 2019 very easy to use this app. but suddenly its been crashed and says the app has been banned me. i have changed my password as they suggested and promoted. but still no reward (500mb free). feeling bit down. used to be more efficient.more -

Nov 3, 2018 After update to version 4.3, I can't use this app anymore. Are you sure this update is for bug fix? It seems to create a bug instead. Version 4.3.1 still can't be used. Please carefully check bug before release an update! -

Jan 19, 2020 I enjoyed the convenience up until the recent update on the 15th of January. For some unknown reasons, I am unable to update and use the app anymore. Please fix this issue as fast as possible. -

Oct 5, 2020 One of the worst apps offered by a Telcom. Will often not open, especially if your internet package on a device has failed, even when running 2 sim cards both with data plans.
What’s Groovy
Like it but there are stupid clicking sounds when you flip the screen or do something. It annoying because it stop my music every time. Should remove it or have options to turn off

One of the worst apps offered by a Telcom. Will often not open, especially if your internet package on a device has failed, even when running 2 sim cards both with data plans.

Useless application. Always asking for fingerprint scanner but don't work at all. Try to log in manually but it always crashes.

Only works on 4G not WiFi, so made to use up credit (i.e more sales for them). Not user friendly for non-Lao readers though it says now it does Chinese (better than English I hope).
