I downloaded this and other ags interactive games on my new phone. It is really slowing during spins. Inset the phone down during a bonus of five free spins because it takes that long to get through five spins. I contacted tech support and they suggested checking the memory on my phone or reinstalling the app. None of which would work. more

I have this slot app. I spend hours playing the games on this app because they are fun. I do , however get very disgusted with the site conveniently going down when I’m playing tournaments to win more credits .i will get a free spin winning a million or more, then site goes down and when it comes back up my points are gone. This has happened numerous times. My other complaint is the free 200,000 coins after watching a video doesn’t come up when I tap on it even though I haven’t reached my daily limit of them. I also think the free tournament wins should be more bc the minimum play amount on most games is so high that even if u place in a free tournament it’s not enough to play on . After two spins u have used all your credits u won ! I wrote this review mos sho. Now I have another complaint. I’ve paid 500,000 $ to play the 10X Diamond tournament and both times it took my money but fsiledyonlad the game. Plz reimburse me the million I paid to play more

Games are fun to play with lots of challenges. But often when you win a bunch of coins the game freezes, forcing you to close it without collecting your coins. As you must buy coins for real money with your reward only virtual by winning tournaments or more play coins, a frozen game is very frustrating. The bug needs attention as one reviewer noted above. I have a new iPhone so the problem is not mine. In the last three days different slots have frozen so I will not play until it is fixed. I lost too many winnings! more

First off I have had to call Apple several times due to you double charging me when I purchas points and now I bought your $49 point batch and I increased my points up to 2 billion points and this morning I tried to log in using Facebook as usual and I get an error message that says the site isn’t up yet and I don’t have the right to use it. What is going on I can get on using Apple but I lose all my points that isn’t fair my points should go with me if I have to move. The last time something like this happened I lost all of my points. I better not lose them this time or I will post on Facebook that you are unfair and steel points when players points get to high and you double charge. more

No help getting it restored. I was given a small portion of my coins ( some of which I paid for). I was told the case was closed. It has taken me months to play this games again. Update I am now having the same problem as everyone else that played via Facebook….can’t access it, After many years of playing, I had well over 14 trillion chips, 1000 scratchers, and high app and game levels. I had to start over as a guest with only 10 million chips and everything else at zero! What a ripoff! Numerous emails have been unanswered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP! Don’t waste your time or money on this app. They just made major changes (dropped them BIG time) to the value and choices on the scratcher cards without any warning or notification. I have 760 Royal Reels scratchers that are basically worthless now compared to what they very recently were. Half the time they don’t pay you for collecting the required charms on the challenges they have. I played this game for years, but it just isn’t fun anymore. more

I’m trying to figure out when exactly you went from one of my favorite games to play to just out right thievery. I have been playing for a couple years now and though you keep adding games, and challenges you also make the challenges impossible to win without repeatedly buying tickets. And then each spin costs up to 40 tickets? This is ridiculous. Now I rarely play because I’m tired of being ripped off. A few months ago, I noticed that in Tournaments, winning lines didn’t pay. I reported it and they acknowledged it was a problem but didn’t reimburse me for lost credits. I played again today and they never corrected the problem. 20M credits lost due to faulty games. If you play tournaments, (I suggest you don’t) watch closely. You are likely being cheated and they won’t reimburse you. more

The game freezes a lot and is down often. Bonus safe feature fluctuates in cost to buy. 2 hour bonus wheeI amounts also change every do often, up- down, have never gotten explanation for that inconsistency. I save my scratch cards to redeem when game gives a 10x scratcher value promotion but 3 times in a row I have not gotten the 10x value. Have reported to support and all they say is thank you for letting us know. This wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t buy but I do and so now it’s a matter for the FTC. Will not buy anymore from them. more

On the free play games with x# of credits to make xxxx# of credits, it is nearly impossible to win. I can’t even get to second level. Don’t know how to get extra credits for second chance “boost”. This game would be much better if every time you spun the wheel it didn’t land on all of the little numbers. It is usually 2500, 3000, 3500 or 4000. Seldom does it ever stop on anything else. I think maybe the odds need to be changed where there are equal chances of landing on the higher amounts. It is getting discouraging for sure. When you bet big you will lose more rapidly,only to drop to a lower number and have your winning percentage increase, but you will never get ahead. I can only give this two stars because the games are actually great but as far as those side games at the top such as, the treasure hunt, winning a certain amount of billions for scratch-offs have become terrrrrible! The treasure hunt barely wins and then the tickets for more spins or to start over are now RIDICULOUS so no need in using all those tickets and you know you’re still not going to win! I’ve played many on line slots and this is one of the worst slots. I purchased over 2 billion credits and was betting at least 10 tens the minimum, but did not win by much. The free games were very difficult to obtain even though my bet was at least 8 million credits or more. Often times the wins were only 10 to 20 times the bet so winning was less than exciting. In terms of game sisal, I don’t like the set up and the graphics were less than appealing. I will not be playing this slot again. more

This game is okay when it's not Frozen. After reading it's reviews. I see I'm not the only one with this issue. The pay out also is lousy, once you spin and hit, after about 20 losses, it hits a mere 20% of your bet.

I use to like this game a lot. Recently I would play all week to get to day 7 on the bonus spin. Then for no reason it would reset me back to day 1 even if I played at a couple of hours earlier!! Contacted “support” that was quick to respond but offered no explanation or any other help!! I actually made an in-app and purchase too when I first started playing this game, I enjoyed it that much. more

Have played for about 2 yrs. Up to15x bonus spins; over 3 billion chips. Suddenly, I couldn't play any Pick Your Fortune specials. Support notified; got no resolution; email sent saying problem closed. Tried deleting and re-install but nothing is saved unless you go thru Facebook! The app doesn’t let you scratch the scratchers it just freezes up. This is every time I get a scratch off. I go to click the scratch off card It freezes up and I lose my scratch off with nothing 😕. I am given this game Lion Storm a poor rating because if you get the bonus round on your last spin for example: 1 bonus in column two, 3 bonus in column three and 1 bonus in column 4. this was one of the first apps I used 4-5 yrs ago. then it was great, now there is an ad everytime you switch games which is bad enough. now this app stalls or freezes when starting up. ive about had it and unless the problem is fixed i will uninstall. maybe its because i wont buy tokens. more

Keep an eye on the people winning almost all the games, they are all the same ones, ringers so game don't have to pay off, and takes everyone else's points, so they can get us to buy more points, just sayin. Update I am now having the same problem as everyone else that played via Facebook….can’t access it, After many years of playing, I had well over 14 trillion chips, 1000 scratchers, and high app and game levels. I had to start over as a guest with only 10 million chips and everything else at zero! What a ripoff! Numerous emails have been unanswered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP! Don’t waste your time or money on this app. They just made major changes (dropped them BIG time) to the value and choices on the scratcher cards without any warning or notification. I have 760 Royal Reels scratchers that are basically worthless now compared to what they very recently were. Half the time they don’t pay you for collecting the required charms on the challenges they have. I played this game for years, but it just isn’t fun anymore. more

really unhappy with your game. playing bingo and you never get a win, yet same people get it over and over and over again. strange when you play any denomination you have the same players yet they are playing lower denominations than you, yet they win big. This app is a total rip off! You can't win big after getting to higher levels! Then they promise to keep bonus wheel at higher payouts and then took it off! Instead of 6B you get 6Thous! This was supposed to be permanent for higher paying players! Always ripping me off! Over charges as well! Then filed several not one or two but several cases that haven't been resolved for them taking my money and not giving me what I paid for! What a pathetic waste of money! It lets you win some on the initial free chips. Then, once you lose all that, you have to buy chips. As if it's not bad enough that you have to pay real money for "chips", then they tighten it up where it's harder to win. Those chips you just paid $4.99 for will be gone in no time. I’m trying to figure out when exactly you went from one of my favorite games to play to just out right thievery. I have been playing for a couple years now and though you keep adding games, and challenges you also make the challenges impossible to win without repeatedly buying tickets. And then each spin costs up to 40 tickets? This is ridiculous. Now I rarely play because I’m tired of being ripped off. I have been adding other games that are similar but are far less blatant in their money making ploys. I do not recommend this gAme anymore.
