    The biggest problem I had with working out at home was no direction, but this app is amazing and it works every part of your body, I do different exercises from the app on top of walking and I’m seeing a difference in my body! Perfect app especially if your just starting to work out and don’t know where to start

    I have now been using this for one week straight. I like that I can connect it to my apple health app, this way it gives me a step count daily. I also like that it tracks (estimated) calories burned. There are several things inside the app that you can track to help you stay on track, or to see where you might need improvement. Such as, you can record your weight daily, water intake, how many calories burned, step tracker, a reminder to exercise, even an option for a quick workout. So far, the only downfall that I have encountered is that sometimes the app closes out in the middle of my session. So, I have to go back into it and click through the things I have already done. This might seem like no big deal, however once your heart rate is up... it is important to keep that pace to burn calories (cardio), so it’s a pain to have to stop, and start all over and it really being able to reach the full potential. so I wish they could get this fixed. Other than that small annoyance, no complaints as of yet.

    They are short little exercises 10 minutes or under it’s worth your time if you do not do them all and you’re not trying your hardest it even tells you how many calories you’re burning each minute I very much recommend that you do this to thank you

    I don’t really write a review for things but I really like this app. It keeps me on track with not just working out but when I should be drinking water do I can reach my water goal. I would recommend it for any one with a busy schedule because the workout are short and can be done anywhere.

    Great app. It's perfect for those who want to start excercising and begin that lose weight journey. Now obviously, you aren't going to go from round to washboard abs, but that's okay. It does help you lose some weight and gets a person in the habit. The only thing that should be changed is that you can't put a reminder really early in the morning. I have to get to work before the sun is up so my only choice is to set the reminder after I go to work. All I ask is that we get more time options.

    I have been reading 1 star reviews and I have been using this app for some time. People saw no changes. Each workout in the 1 month plans is 2-7 min. I set aside 1 hour of my day to workout and I do each day workout plan back to back until I complete 1 hour. I managed to finish a 1 month workout plan in 3 days. And I have seen a lot of change in my body. I really like this app and how it has different to things you can focus on. Another thing that I liked was the different levels of intensity.

    I understand that you have to get money by using ads but I had to reopen your app like 10 times today after watching a 30 seconds ad (I watched them like 10 times sonar I kept reopening the app) and I’m still not able to Complete my work out. Other than that it was actually helping me to lose weight.

    The workout for day 1 was great. I would really like to use the app, but every time I click on the workout for day 2, an ad pops up and then it goes to a blank white screen. It won’t let me go to day 2, so I’m not sure how I can use the app.

    This app is a piece of trash I clicked the drink water button and I said I drank 12 freaking cups of water🙄🙄 then it won’t let me adjust my time and I want to be superrrrrrr skinny and this app is annoying

    Great idea to get women motivated, (like myself) whom have been struggling with their weight. I use to lose 2Lbs gain 5Lbs This app has helped me with my energy level, what foods to eat, what exercises to do and how often to do them. It asks a series of questions like what your ideal weight is, what area(s) you prefer to work on, what food you like. In order to help you with what exercise and foods works best for you. I highly recommend it!

    IT is really good and help me a lot, i even started feeling the loss on second day only . the best feature is that there are extra's for more workout. but only thing i dislike is that there was mentioned that it also gives voice coaching but it actually didn't happened. one more feature i loved was animation and video both . if i don't understand anything with animation i can see its video. last thing i hate is there are only answers of common questions, what if i wanna ask something else .

    This app is amazing! But, there is a lot of ads and I mean a lot. It gets in the way of the screen and is basically impossible to skip. Keep up the good work!

    I just started this and i think it's pretty good! The workouts i got were a little too easy but thats why i repeat it and do it again. It also gave me a quiz that gave me my body type and came with an informational video for the best way for me to lose weight :) the quiz and video came from a website called V shred
