    I love this app! Youre able to keep track of the amount of water you have drank each day, and i love that because i need to drink more water. It also keeps track of your days and reminds you when to workout. The ONLY thing that i want you guys to add is, you should be able to pick body parts that youre working on losing weight in that area. Which puts workouts all together to work your whole body. Ex: im focusing on losing weight on my legs, waist, stomach, and arms. Other than that, its great!

    Great! I spent a year at the gym trying to lose weight and saw very little results, but after not even two weeks, I've already lost a couple of inches! There are lots of different workouts, so you can target whatever area you like, but I think as long as you do the daily workout that is provided, and 30 min of walking or some type of cardio, you should see results. I'm very glad I found this app!

    It's alright. For some reason, I prefer the original 30 Days Workout app than this one that's made specifically for women. I just wish that this had an option where it can sync to any period tracker app you have so it can adjust the difficulty according to the phasrs in your menstural cycle. Just an idea, since it's already made for women specifically.
