So far, so good
Jan 2, 2021 I have now been using this for one week straight. I like that I can connect it to my apple health app, this way it gives me a step count daily. I also like that it tracks (estimated) calories burned. There are several things inside the app that you can track to help you stay on track, or to see where you might need improvement. Such as, you can record your weight daily, water intake, how many calories burned, step tracker, a reminder to exercise, even an option for a quick workout. So far, the only downfall that I have encountered is that sometimes the app closes out in the middle of my session. So, I have to go back into it and click through the things I have already done. This might seem like no big deal, however once your heart rate is up... it is important to keep that pace to burn calories (cardio), so it’s a pain to have to stop, and start all over and it really being able to reach the full potential. so I wish they could get this fixed. Other than that small annoyance, no complaints as of yet.more -
Jan 17, 2021 Still only using the free version but very much considering buying. Am loving that is has 3-15 min workouts I can do everyday without thinking. Am varying up which body area to work on and can fit it in my routine (busy working mum of 2) and just feel like it's enough to strengthen me over time and wake my muscles up. Not recording my weight at the moment as have no scales and wish it was called something different. So cliche. Great app. Although I'm sure there is more to it I haven't found.more -

Dec 26, 2020 This app is great! It's seriously amazing. I love using this app while I am working out. There are lots of exercises for arm, legs, abs and booty. I am young and I wanted to start to workout, but as I was in quarantine, I was worried how to start. Then I found this app. You seriously need to try out this app.When you wanted to open a unlock a new workout you need to watch an add, more than that there are no ads. So I am rating it 5 stars😃more -

Aug 28, 2020 I RECOMMEND... this is my first day and man ... I’ve sweated sooo much more than I sweated at a gym ( equipment ) . I truly believe this will get me right

Aug 23, 2020 This app is a piece of trash I clicked the drink water button and I said I drank 12 freaking cups of water🙄🙄 then it won’t let me adjust my time and I want to be superrrrrrr skinny and this app is annoying

Nov 9, 2020 So far so good. Very smooth transition. It also doesn't keep just on exercise routine. It does different ones to make sure to get results. It tricks the muscles to keep them from getting content and be immune to your goals. I like that it talks to make it feel more personal. I recommend especially for those that think they don't have time or energy. This makes it too easy not do something for yourself.more

What’s Groovy
this app is great!! I'm still in high school so when I would want to exercise but my mom would be going to the gym, I would take out my exercise equipment and use this and during quarantine it was great because it helped me keep off weight!

What’s Subpar
Not for "beginners". Cannot adjust order of exercises, unable to swap out exercises (important for people with back or other issues) water tracking is frustrating. You need to tap it, then it requires you to go back in to add another one. I didn't see a difference between paid and free. There were more parts I was a fan off but these are enough
