    This school and the lectures are good but you guys should work on your videos, the file sizes for the videos are too large. work on the file size, reduce this because some of us here don't have time to download large files. just a lecture is taking close to 200mb to download a lecture, it is damn too much.. please also state it clear that your courses are 16weeks and not 4weeks, don't confuse people.. Aside that everything is fine...

    Sorry cannot give this even 1 star, but of course they won’t allow no rating at all, go figure. While I’ve been taking the graphic design course and now onto the advanced one, forget about working on any type of mobile device! There’s no sound, plus when logging in, it only takes me to the first 8 courses, NOT into the advanced ones. While the video may be live, the course itself is not. No matter on mobile or desktop, this is a Shaw issue. I’ll be deleting this app since it’s useless. Only in vertical, cannot convert to horizontal, no sound, doesn’t login properly. Just like everything with Shaw, the courses are pretty good, but lack of customer support, live events, or help of any kind...totally non existent. I’ll just continue as I’ve been doing, in my own home office, on my own time since interaction doesn’t exist. The whole thing isn’t worth any more than what I paid for it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    The App keeps closing on me whenever I try to see my profile as I thought I had lifetime membership yet am being asked to confirm payment of additional courses being able to access this info would be nice. Most Courses are easy to access and informative, some of the lessons are blocked, unsure why. The problem here is not the quality of the content but the usability and reliability of the app compared to others, otherwise I'd have given it more stars.

    Not very robust and not intuitive to me. Also no way to contact support, sales, or visit full website. But there website lacks in these areas as well so I don't know if it would do any good. Also can't see what you've purchased, what's been fulfilled, and what's outstanding yet because there is no transaction history on either the website or the app. Functional.

    However, I have no way of accessing module 2 for any of the courses. There is so much I want to learn but I am not getting access to anything but the beginnings of the course. If the first module is 4 weeks that is all I get, they say there are four modules and I can continue on to the next module but I don’t see another module to move on to. This is frustrating, because I waiting for a chance to learn this information, and it isn’t there. Response after support respond... still can’t access the second and beyond modules. I have done a few courses and I still can’t access the deeper modules. I love the information but none of the classes have access to anything after the first 8 classes except the ultimate courses. And I am a premium member since January I believe.

    What gives??? the past 3 weeks, CONSTANTLY you guys are spamming my phone with this MASTERS promotion! I've declined it every time for like 4, 5 times a day! Don't make me turn off notifications, because that's how I get my courses sometimes, but this is driving me angry!

    Am extremely disappointed. I was assured, twice, that my subscription would be extended two weeks so that I could complete a course and not have to renew. However, no extension was added, and I've been charged another 3 months. When I reached out to customer support and explained the situation, I was simply told that there are no refunds. The issue is NOT sorted out. You're telling me that I needed to cancel my subscription to receive the extension, yet I was never told this before. Disgusting.

    Webinars started out great but as soon as you need to contact them they have numerous roadblocks so your not able to get someone on the phone or a reply by email. I wanted to continue with the diploma but it took over a week to get a reply and it was after I had expressed disappointment on a peer chat. One of their main course rules is the importance of customer support and how crucial it is to respond to all and any communication but they don’t even follow those rules. I’m extremely disappointed in the company!! If I thought they actually gave proper support to their clients I would’ve loved to finish the certification which is why I paid to start in the first place.

    The app is great. Your continuous marketing pitch is damaging your reputation and is truly irritating. I bought the lifelong access a long time ago but you continue to try and sell it to me. Your digital marketing person needs one of your courses. On the other hand, if I have not bought your offer by now I probably won't.

    The app won't load any other courses besides the one in which I already have a diploma. It just spins when I tap Add Course and does nothing. I'm also getting bombarded with ads about Masters courses. I thought I already had a lifetime membership. Also, why should I pay extra when I can't get the app to work? I emailed support and nobody has responded.

    I was unable to join the webinar on the phone app once the webinar was over I was still unable to see the recording. On my tablet I was able to join the webinar but the video was too small and would not enlarge to full screen I was unable to make out the writing.

    I love the website, i absolutely LOVE the school and classes, that is why im so bummed i cant access it anywhere. I was really excited for the app... however no matter what i do, or settings i change, or deleting or redownloading the app, i Do NOT have sound. I wrote an email to Shaw academy and they said it was my device problem... however this is the ONLY application on my phone that has this issue. Ive literally been through ALL of my background settings and NOTHING makes the sound work. I emailed the school again telling them nothing worked and i never heard back the second time. I don't even think the department that was responding to me oversees the app itself, and i don't know if they passed my concern along to those who might be able to take care of it... Id really like to use this app, so if there is anyway to fix it, id appreciate that very much. I’m in the U.S. using an apple i-phone.

    It would improve the overall experience if you had a navigation video. Where to find things. I got several early emails saying it would be great to get a call going prior to the call yet found no way to do that. Conversely I took test one only to find out later the materials were available after class. Opening this up would have improved my test score as I learned the answers to 2-3 of the questions therein.     I forgot about my trial and now it expired. Went to the courses tab and non stop loading...went to the website and I can’t find any info or syllabus etc.. no intro video and what not... also the Popup that o assume is the last step before trying to buy the course DOES NOT LET ME SCROLL..so I can’t buy courses. Can’t log out of the app so I had to delete and reinstall the app. Ok so now I have ability to just make a new login for another free course? Cool. Now I see syllabus. I chose a course. Instantly regretted it after hearing the video introduction. I really hope the audio and teacher is not this bad. I want to go back and watch more course intros before choosing but I can’t... Surly these have been filmed before and I’m in the mood to start lesson 1 but I can’t...bollocks.

    I installed this app and trying to login. Error reads wrong password that I reset 30 minutes prior. I tried to reset it again and put in my email which says it is invalid. I am registered and receiving emails from Shaw academy to remind me that the course is tonight at 7pm. They called me earlier and gave me instructions to download the app to get it live. How am I going to do this? I cannot login or reset password. I am kind of frustrated with this situation. I guess I will miss my first lesson. Please fix this app before 7pm. Aug. 20.

    I downloaded this app just to leave this review. I took a few lessons with Shaw Academy which were provided free by T-Mobile. Since those lessons I did consider joining, but after the barrage of text messages and emails I’ve received over a course of a few weeks I will never consider doing business with Shaw academy. Any company who expects to be taken seriously after spamming potential customers is fooling themselves. I will consider reporting them to the FTC if I can’t get the texts to stop.

    I haven’t even taken the course yet and I almost don’t want to. For the last 3/4 days I have been solicited or reminded of this course MULTIPLE times. I’m talking like 3 emails a day, texts.. I was excited to take this class but with being “reminded” 30 times, it has taken the “I’m looking forward to it” out of me. I guess I’ll log on and see what it’s like. Hopefully I don’t get another reminder that the class starts in 15 minutes 🙄🙄🙄

    I found it very fraudulent from them to simplify charge you after the trial period is over . With out any notification . Since I made a payment with a credit card. I only notice withdrawals after probably 6 months . I just believe that they should be more honest and send me notifications month by month .

    At first they were great, but my course ended and now they SPAM my phone with “sales” every single day! No option to stop on the website either. Even changing my number to BBB didn’t help. Worst mistake I’ve ever made! Am considering filing a lawsuit against them for all their harassment!!! If I could attach a picture, I’d show how horrible their spam is! DO NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO CONTACT YOUR MOBILE DEVICE! There is no way to stop it!!!

    I registered for a course in English and the videos I get are in French. I can’t even find a way to switch to English in the app or on the website. Now, I have to be at the mercy of contacting customer service and hold on the phone for hours before I get to someone who probably would not be able to figure out why that happened in the first place.

    The information given was all over the place and not always related. The only "interactive" thing about this class was a template message that popped up halfway through the class and said "User, you are doing well." Really? Then the class cut off in the middle of the homework instructions. No thanks.

    When I joined the response was swift. If I had a problem I got response, even a phone call. No that I became a premium member. It has dried up. It’s 2 weeks now I cant log in to the scheduled lessons and after the last APP update AND NUMEROUS TIMES TO LOG VIA APP, it simply says “contact support” when I write to enquire from the support team, I don’t get any response at all. Something must change!

I am completely disgusted with this website. I can not get in touch with anybody via email or phone number through this website. All the phones are "disconnected" and the emails are invalid. DO NOT GET.

    You can only use the app for one part of many things that need to be down when taking a class. When you aren’t taking a class the app gives annoying notifications at least 10 times a day. It forced me to delete the app for being so annoying!

    all these annoying notifications, I paid lifetime but seriously I'm thinking to uninstall this app .. I just declined 5 notifications 👎 it seems to be getting worse.. used to be 3 backdated .. now fresh 10+ a day ? I decline and here pops another one ? I searched your settings in app, there isn't an option to turn off your offers.

    I paused it once, and tried to come back to the lesson. When it was scheduled to end, tho it was pre-recorded & I was the only idiot interacting on Labor Day, it cut me out & won't let me finish the lesson till tomorrow. Ruined holiday dinner. Thanks for nothing.

    I took one lesson on management and leadership and it felt like I was watching a video. Professor doesn’t respond or anything to the classroom chatroom. While it is very informative, it does feel very fake.
