Each location you are ordering from for delivery or carry out should list every item available in store. Example if you have 8 drink selections in store but only list 4 online to choose from in 2 liters I ordered few days ago my delivery person was kind enough to call me she didn’t leave store until she reached me to get a replacement drink selection the ones listed online I selected were out of stock which happens but maybe a sub note on drinks could work or give all selections gives more to choose from hence taking risk to run out of the 4 selections you list online because people are unaware you have more to choose from unless they physically come to the store. Idk maybe just me but offer same for delivery as you do in store please if u have a lot more than a few selections might not run out so quick. That’s just me.. other than that app is awesome and works flawlessly!

Used to have a problem with the app on my old phone but everything works great now! I love that my favorite items are super easy to re-order and payment method is stored. Equally nice is walking past everyone waiting to order/pickup their pizzas and snagging mine quickly out of the pizza portal before the guy at the front of the line has even finished placing his order... Ingenious device!

The only problem I have with this app is it cannot process payment everytime I use Apple Pay so I have to enter credit card details manually and then it works just fine. I live in Southern Nevada where there is only 1 little Caesars pizza location in town. So it’s often very busy. People end up waiting in line for up to half an hour to get a pizza. In fact I can’t remember a time when it’s not busy. When Little Caesar’s finally came up with an app so I could order pizza on my phone I thought I’d give it a try. I placed my order with my credit card, went shopping and sure enough I stopped by little Caesar’s and there my pizza was waiting hot and ready in the pizza portal!! No waiting, no lines. It’s like first class service Italian style. The app was incredibly easy to use, my order was 100 % accurate and ready on time. Why didn’t they come up with an app like this a long time ago. This is how easy pizza ordering should be. So for anyone who’s a big fan of little Caesar’s pizza this is a must have app. I eat a lot of pizza. So The little Caesar’s app has a permanent home on my phone.

App mostly works. When shop is super busy it won't let you order but doesn't tell you why. Also please add a comment line for special requests. PIA to call after making app order to give special instructions. Besides that cuts wait time if you don't get the basic hot & ready pizzas.

  • Little Caesar’s App- A++++++ Oct 1, 2019

Convenience, easy use, food always ready! The Little Caesar’s app has always been very easy to use, very convenient and my food has always been ready on time or early and placed into the pizza portal ready for me to pick up, which is wonderful because the food is always warm and ready when I arrive as the pizza portal keeps it warm for you! The Little Caesar’s app is without question the best restaurant/ food app out there due to its convenience, easy use and never having any issues with ordering my food and having it ready when I arrive! Other restaurant apps I have experienced issues with from ordering my food, to paying for the meal and trying to use a different credit card then the one “on file”. With the Little Caesar’s app, I have never ran into any issues whatsoever! A++++

  • A few nuisances that make app annoying to use Apr 11, 2020

I don't like how the app forces you to use Apple Pay instead of manually enter a credit card number. What if I wanted to use a different card? I also don't enjoy how the app doesn't tell you from which pizza location the delivery will be coming from. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. So you are forced to use this terrible app. Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. You have to figure out which location it is and call if you have a question or alteration on the order. Dominos, for example, tells you when they're firing up your pizza, when it gets out of the oven and keeps you updated every step of the way. Little Cesar's app logs you out and you can't check on your order, it just resets which is very irritating.

Horrible app! Every time I enter my home delivery address, the app shows my address, I tap on it, then I'm told "Oops, there's a problem finding your address." I tried multiple times, restarted the app... Still same "Oops" response. Don't waste your time with this app.

I ordered pizza in Machesney Park Illinois last week and it was definitely a 5-Star Pizza! Service was impeccable and it was honestly the best pizza any of us had in quite a long time. Perfect! Tonight, being between Beloit & Janesville, I looked at the menu and the first thing I saw was Online Orders not accepted at this location. Then, I noticed there was nothing saying I could build my own pizza. Finally, there is no place that lists what ingredients are available to go on the pizza. That being said, my guests and I looked at the menu and we wrote down our preferred order. Upon calling the Beloit, Wisconsin location, exactly half of what we were ordering, is not available at that store. The kid working and answering the phone was not familiar with the things I was asking for. His response was that they couldn’t offer those items because there’s no key on the register to ring it up. That’s not a good business practice to have an online menu for people to order from and not stock half of the items that are advertised. Beloit Wisconsin I’m sorry but you only earned 2-Stars. Step it up!

Won’t give even credit to me after it was delivered to a wrong address by a door dash driver, which is not said that they use any where when ordering, and the only response I get is that I manually selected the wrong address so no refund can be issued. Mind you I’ve had issues with door dash specifically doing this before, so I’ve learned to double check before ever placing an order. I’m just hoping that the pizza I also had on my order that I bought for an essential employee gets delivered to the right person and that the DoorDash driver uses that tip wisely even though I tried to text him directly to see if he’d fix the mistake and did not. Lastly, the delivery fee that I paid and could have avoided if I would have used DoorDash directly, I hope it goes to someone who needs it. Not that it matters but you lost a loyal customer from a technical fault in your app and because of 3rd party usage that is not apparent when ordering and unwillingness to fix your mistake in a global time of hardship.

Literally cannot use the delivery function because the street address auto fill in doesn't recognize my house exists and you can't enter anything different than what comes up. New house developments are a thing that happen and whatever address map function you guys are using does not work.

I usually get two different kinds of pizza and/or chicken wings every visit a few times a month and I am highly satisfied! However, the thin crust pepperoni that they push all the time on the TV ads, never looks like it when you get it. The only problem that I have with the TV picture to the actual item I received is the crust is always burnt beyond recognition around the outside. I think they should either put cheese and pepperoni right to the very end Or turn the heat down. In the very beginning my pizza did look like the picture on the television, as in the amount of pepperoni on the pizza but lately someone is skimping on all the toppings and when you get and pay for extra pepperoni, that pizza needs to be covered like a carpet!

Excellent. I only use the pizza portal option that is simple, straight forward and exceeds my expectations. Occasionally, the pizza is a minute or two early so there is usually no wait time.

I use this app all the time. For the most part, not bad. I only wish there was a way to customize items so that you get exactly what you want the way you want it. For example: if I order a crazy combo, I should be able to choose marinara sauce or cheese sauce. I have to call my local store after placing my order to specifically ask for the change or ask to exchange when I get to the location which defeats the purpose of an in snd out experience. I would give 5 stars if it gets fixed.

Its a good app they need a separate section for the sauces because Caesars wings looks to similar to Caesars sauces next to each other. Crazy sauce doesn't have the same Caesar like the other sauces do so it really makes the other sauces confusing.

The app is simple to use. A customizable box should be added to the menu items not just a customizable pizza i.e. add extra sauce to Slices N stix I only gave 3 stars because it a seems the one I order from has trouble getting the orders from the app so it can be a hassle and long wait time once we go for pick up. If we use delivery we might not get the order.

Does the job fine but a massive oversight is the lack of a order notes section. I wanted to remove a topping from a pizza due to dietary restrictions. Ended up having to call the location to add the note. Kind of negates the point of this app at that point.

Solid food ordering app, love the fingerprint access and ease of use!.... Unfortunately, since a recent update possibly - past month or 2 - - I get error when trying to place order right after inputting my home address, everything is same as when I have successfully placed many many orders previously, have tried reinstalling, have tried new account with different email address, no good, imagine LC is losing much business as I am sure I am not only person having the issue (Android, Motorola G7)

I took an opportunity to re-review the app. If you want stuffed crust, or deep dish on a create your own pizza look to the upper right corner and click on the box with squares within it and that will get you to that option. A little confusing so I give the App a 3/5 it should be changed so the minute the first person comes on after downloading it, they can find it.

  • Make a LITE SAUCE option Jun 20, 2019

    By MommyKCQ
I really love using apps for pre-ordering food. I can get some shopping done, order my food, run by and pick it up, and wallah! But my family always prefers lite sauce on our pizza, which there is no option for. In fact, I’m not sure you can customize anything on this app. So, we are left to calling ahead, and our local Little Ceasar doesn’t answer the phone, half the time. PLEASE add a “lite sauce” option to your app. And for people saying other pizza franchises apps are confusing... really? lol Just learn how to use it. I love that Dominos lets you choose every customization you can think of. And the exact amounts of what you want on it. And you can even do halves. Easy peasy! All I’m asking Little Ceasars to do is have a LITE SAUCE option. Is that really that hard?
