    Literally the best online ordering app! I have it set up with Google Pay and the entire experience is frictionless. No long menus, loading times, or entering card details (with Google or Apple Pay). My order is placed in seconds from start to finish. Not getting paid or anything for this review, just happy this is a breath of fresh air compared to other food apps.

    Can't get a refund for any discrepancy. I tried once and they couldn't figure out how either. If there are such problems the company could afford at least a free pizza but instead I gave pizzas back and lost the purchase all together as the cashier's would have had to look at the camera to determine if the pizzas had actually been purchased by me that day and even from their store.

    The app is easy, fast and efficient and my orders have always been within the time frame given. I haven't tried the delivery service but using the portal is faster for me coming from work.

    Convenience, easy use, food always ready! The Little Caesar’s app has always been very easy to use, very convenient and my food has always been ready on time or early and placed into the pizza portal ready for me to pick up, which is wonderful because the food is always warm and ready when I arrive as the pizza portal keeps it warm for you! The Little Caesar’s app is without question the best restaurant/ food app out there due to its convenience, easy use and never having any issues with ordering my food and having it ready when I arrive! Other restaurant apps I have experienced issues with from ordering my food, to paying for the meal and trying to use a different credit card then the one “on file”. With the Little Caesar’s app, I have never ran into any issues whatsoever! A++++

    I don't like how the app forces you to use Apple Pay instead of manually enter a credit card number. What if I wanted to use a different card? I also don't enjoy how the app doesn't tell you from which pizza location the delivery will be coming from. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. So you are forced to use this terrible app. Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. You have to figure out which location it is and call if you have a question or alteration on the order. Dominos, for example, tells you when they're firing up your pizza, when it gets out of the oven and keeps you updated every step of the way. Little Cesar's app logs you out and you can't check on your order, it just resets which is very irritating.

    I ordered pizza in Machesney Park Illinois last week and it was definitely a 5-Star Pizza! Service was impeccable and it was honestly the best pizza any of us had in quite a long time. Perfect! Tonight, being between Beloit & Janesville, I looked at the menu and the first thing I saw was Online Orders not accepted at this location. Then, I noticed there was nothing saying I could build my own pizza. Finally, there is no place that lists what ingredients are available to go on the pizza. That being said, my guests and I looked at the menu and we wrote down our preferred order. Upon calling the Beloit, Wisconsin location, exactly half of what we were ordering, is not available at that store. The kid working and answering the phone was not familiar with the things I was asking for. His response was that they couldn’t offer those items because there’s no key on the register to ring it up. That’s not a good business practice to have an online menu for people to order from and not stock half of the items that are advertised. Beloit Wisconsin I’m sorry but you only earned 2-Stars. Step it up!

    I placed an order on the app at 6:58 p.m. and went to the store to pick up. The app told me my pizza would be ready between 7:15-7:20 p.m. and that a notification and an email would be sent when the pizzas were ready, and I could just use the pizza portal in the store. None of these things ever occurred, and when I went back into the app to show the clerk my order on the app, it was gone. Even now at 11:30 p.m. it shows no orders ever placed on my account, but I am logged in on the account I ordered from (I only have one account). What if I needed a refund or to report an issue with my order? I was lucky that this location was overwhelmed and just started handing out pizzas left and right without ringing them up or checking receipts/apps/etc. Otherwise I would have ZERO proof of my order other than having to show them my bank statement where I was charged for the food. Super inefficient app but luckily an even more inefficient restaurant.

    The app does not know if the store is open. If a store is closed for any reason, u will still be charged. There is no customer support for little ceasars, u will have to get a bank charge back. App does not know if the the store is out of something. Local store by me has beem out of garlic sauce for over 2 months. Still able to buy it, my store will just give u nothing if they dont have it and make u ask, then try to charge, then make u explain. Garbage app, garbage company, barley ok pizza.

    The concept is great but the app and support are buggy. My location is always busy and on a Friday night they never have pizzas ready due to demand. Figured this app was the answer. Ran my errands and placed my order using the default location which was my store, and I thought the only store. Placed my order, paid and drove towards the store. Fifteen minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I go in the store and they have no record of my order. They mention a store across town and that some orders had gone to them. I check and sure enough it had. I drive to that store and oddly there was still no pickup number and hour later and I go in and ask only to be told “yeah we just put it in the regular warmer and not the pickup machine”... I said that was kind of the point, they could not refund my money so I took my cold pizza and left. I will check in later to see if it improves but it’s only as good as the location

    I usually get two different kinds of pizza and/or chicken wings every visit a few times a month and I am highly satisfied! However, the thin crust pepperoni that they push all the time on the TV ads, never looks like it when you get it. The only problem that I have with the TV picture to the actual item I received is the crust is always burnt beyond recognition around the outside. I think they should either put cheese and pepperoni right to the very end Or turn the heat down. In the very beginning my pizza did look like the picture on the television, as in the amount of pepperoni on the pizza but lately someone is skimping on all the toppings and when you get and pay for extra pepperoni, that pizza needs to be covered like a carpet!

    I agree with Rose Seabrook. The app would be perfect if I can add sausage to my extra most bestest. I don't mind paying the extra $2. I'll still rate 5stars because there staff is always friendly to me. They even gave me my purchase without my 3digit code (forgot my phone at home 😤) The employee was very helpful didn't question me didn't ask for my ID or debit card just my name sweet girl.

    Love the app and easy to use especially during Covid. 2 things that would be nice to have & missing from the app -> a "Special instruction" and "Add an extra ingredient" to an existing pizza fields other then using the "Ccustomize your own" option. When using "customize your own", the outcome in pricing becomes out of control and a LOT more expensive then if we order it in store.

    The app is pretty good but I do have some complants. 1: You should a seperate option to add gift cards to your account 2:When I use my location/GPS to find the nearest store it says "No locations were found in your USA search" And finally, 3:I tried to add a card a while back and after I put in all the info correctly it says there was an error. Other than that I think it's a great app

    The app itself is easy to use and works great! The problem is that it doesn’t offer the specials at particular stores. Also, when ordering from the app, they gave us a 20 minute wait. We were 2 minutes from the store. There were NO other customers at the store. So, we waited just a bit then went to the window to pick up the order. They hadn’t even started our order yet! The app told them to have the pizzas ready for the given time! They actually started our order early when we told them we were waiting. Warning, the stores do not necessarily start your orders when you make your order from the app! We would have been better off making the order at the store!

    Overall i enjoy the app its the only way i order since release. Lately i have an issue when trying to place order for deliver it says something went wrong when looking up my address. Updating app and restarting device doesnt improve. Had it happen before it comes and goes i guess.. My last order was delivery tho so idky it doesnt let me right now. I wanted to order delivery right now...

    Although there is an option to creat your own pizza, there is no option for altering a pizza already on menu. For instance, ordering the 5 Meat Feast with LIGHT CHEESE is not an option. Instead I have to order on app, then call to make sure the pizza I just ordered has light cheese. Which is redundant except for the fact that I’ve paid for my pizza online and only need to use the pizza portal when I come in for pickup. As if placing an order online and then having to call to make an adjustment isn’t tasked enough, I waited 10 minutes one time for someone to answer the phone and by that time, it was already too late and my pizza was already made with regular cheese. If customization was created on the app, OR a simple text box for COMMENT, then I would definitely rate the app 5 stars.

    Worked great until one day, it just totally broke. Ordered a pizza, got no confirmation message, never got my QR code, and order history has not worked either in-app or on their website. Just updated to the latest version (the app never told me there was an update available) and the order history still doesn't work. Too gunshy to order another pizza while it might lose my order to the aether with no way of reclaiming the order number, surprised this has not been addressed for a month.

    Convenient but no longer affordable. During the summer they increased the pizza price by about. 55 cents and the delivery fee has doubled. Dominos: 2 medium 2 topping pizzas with in app coupon delivered = $28.45. Little Ceasers 2 medium 2 topping pizzas = $26.28 delivered. Every couple of weeks you can find Domino's gift cards on sale for $5-$10 off. You also get points on each order which you can exchange for a free pizza. So running the numbers it's a lot cheaper.

    App works, but needs a special instructions section. I love the deep dish pizzas, but the normal cooking leaves cold raw dough in the middle. Only telling them to make it well done actuslly gets it cooked almost done, but they refuse to answer phone and app has no way to request it. If that is added, will change to 5 star.

    I really love using apps for pre-ordering food. I can get some shopping done, order my food, run by and pick it up, and wallah! But my family always prefers lite sauce on our pizza, which there is no option for. In fact, I’m not sure you can customize anything on this app. So, we are left to calling ahead, and our local Little Ceasar doesn’t answer the phone, half the time. PLEASE add a “lite sauce” option to your app. And for people saying other pizza franchises apps are confusing... really? lol Just learn how to use it. I love that Dominos lets you choose every customization you can think of. And the exact amounts of what you want on it. And you can even do halves. Easy peasy! All I’m asking Little Ceasars to do is have a LITE SAUCE option. Is that really that hard?

    Ok, this review isn’t for the app, but it’s for the darn service at Little Caesars!! When we ordered our pizza, we ordered some drinks to go with it, but they were out of the size of the cups, so my Dad asked for a refund, but the guy there said he couldn’t give us a refund, or should I say, didn’t WANT to?! He told us to call the customer service and my Dad did it while we were on our way home. After about 15 minutes, someone FINALLY picked up the phone, my Dad asked for a refund again, and the guy told us he couldn’t help us and to call another number. When my Dad did, they weren’t available. Some service! My Dad said he would never order pizza from little Caesars again if they don’t fix this problem! Also, something else happened, about 3 times, we order cheese pizza and we don’t get cheese pizza, we get pepperoni pizza! Stop this dang service or I will tell all my friends to boycott Little Caesars!

    I wish there was a way to give this zero stars. Worst app I have ever had. I ordered a pizza and the delivery guy took my pizza home with him. When I got a text that the pizza was delivered, it showed that the driver took a picture of the boxes in the back of his car. I tried getting on the phone with customer support, but they're an absolute joke. Waiting 2 hours just to get "um..well sir.. I dont know what we can do about that" is a freaking disgrace. Again, 1 star is being more than generous.
