    I purchased a Linq Apple Watch Band and could not get it to activate on my account. I emailed customer service and was expecting to wait a couple days for a response. I had a response within a couple minutes! I now have the Linq business card as well as the watch band and love them both! No need to carry my old and outdated business cards with me anymore and explain to potential clients that “these cards are old and I had them before I made my website..my website is the same name .com”. That got old very quick and I no longer have to do that because everything is in one place! I have looked at a lot of different brands of cards before deciding to go with Linq and I’m happy that I did! You guys are awesome!

    Good idea but the whole thing relies on a feature almost no one uses yet... The phone needs to have the nfc reader on which is the feature used to pay with your phone. If the phone doesn't have that activated (and 99 times of of 100, it won't be) nothing will happen when you put the linq card under the phone. So, linq has a cool concept, but is based on a feature almost no one actually uses in their phones.

    Linq has been such an amazing addition to my business!! As a small business trying to get started I was trying to get my name out there while also trying to be financially cautious. Not only has Linq saved me money on what I would typically spend on business cards but it has allowed me to really get the word out there effortlessly! In addition to an incredible product, the customer service truly blew me away. I was able to get my questions answered quickly and everyone I spoke to was extremely personable. I cannot wait to see what they come up with next and will be telling everyone about this amazing company! Thanks so much Linq!!

    basically perfection! I used to use the Dot card but I recently switched to Linq (bamboo card) and the difference is incredible. You can do SO much with Linq and the fact that there's a dedicated app makes it much easier to setup

    Linq allows its users to quickly share just about any type of information with someone by simply tapping your nfc enabled device to the linq card. This ability revolutionized how I connect with friends and clients, aswell as business partners. It’s much easier than telling them your social media accounts or giving them your number, this app has everything in one place and the best part is that other people don’t have to have the app to use linq cards!

    Business cards can be annoying to keep track of. I‘ve personally run into a few moments where I wish I could share my contact info with someone but can’t find a business card on me. Being able to share my info simply by tapping my phone against theirs with the Linq “Tap” is a game changer. With one tap, I can instantly share all my contact info that they can save to their phone without having to download an app or sign into an account.

    I absolutely love this product. Every time I use it with new clients or folks I meet, they feel like it’s a magic trick. Great way to get people to my pay applications and social media. I had some snafus with my bracelet, and I contacted them on Instagram to report my situation. Within 24 hours, they not only sent me 1, but 2 bracelets for compensation! A great product with great customer service goes a long way!!!

    I have multiple Linq products (watch band, bracelet, custom cards) and I’ve never had an issue with either. The networking experience that this service provides is phenomenal. And it really gives me a leg up against the competition as this is a post-COVID world friendly contactless product. Honestly, this is lifetime brand for me and I can’t wait to see what Linq comes up with next.

    After paying over a thousand dollars to the company who designed my logo for them to add an additional size (that fits the Linq banner) I CAN NOT upload a photo unless I crop it. Fantastic waste of money but whatever. That wouldn’t bother me so much if I could actually add the photo after cropping it so it looks somewhat symmetrical and centered, but no, it just sits there, endlessly, on the “100%” uploaded screen, day in and day out, with no option to click “done” and finish the profile edit. Simple things aren’t even functional, how is anyone supposed to support this?

    Big THUMBS DOWN. This was a disappointment. The linq card is marketed for being a fast way of transferring your contact info to someone who DOES NOT NEED to have Linq app downloaded. However, I was embarrassed time after time at networking events where the card does not work after multiple scans. NOT A GOOD LOOK. I decided to get to the root of the issue and experimented with friends. After multiple phone tapping, card sliding all over the surface of phone, nothing popped up, until they downloaded the app. FALSE ADVERTISING. I’m taking my business to another brand. This was a very negative experience.

    I thought this was the coolest idea until I actually got the device. I thought it would pull up a safari page with your info that could be saved to your phone. Instead it makes people you try to share contact info with get the app! Most people done know about this product so it completely defeats the point of getting this device. I should’ve got literally any other brand that makes this product like popl who connect to a page online and doesn’t force you to get the app. I would not recommend this product. HUGE design flaw

    The only problem I have is with the bracelets. They stop working after a short period of time. And the fact that people don’t know how to set up their phone to be able to read the items that will take you to your linq site.

    I was disappointed to learn only after purchasing more than one linq card that whoever I wanted to network with had to have an nfc reader natively in their phone. So any iPhone 7-X has an extra step (that is especially nightmarish to explain to older professionals). It still works, of course, but I reallllly wish this was clearer in their advertising. A “one tap” networking product is not necessarily what you get.
