I love this app!! the designs really cute and accessible. I would like to see some more gender neutral options and it would be really useful to be able to 'favourite' custom phrases from the search tool
  • Great support team - Great app! Oct 9, 2020

My son is speech and developmentally delayed. That being said, we work with a few different ways to communicate and an app like this was suggested. I downloaded over my cellular network, and I had no audio. I went home and deleted the app and re-downloaded on WiFi and the issue resolved. I did contact support between problem and resolve and they were SO kind. Never, ever had support like this and I work for one of the biggest tech companies in the world! While this app is a little advanced for my three year old, we’re only on day two and he’s starting to catch on! It’s wonderful to see his eyes light up as the board says what he is thinking/wanting and it helps clear some of the frustration. Thank you LeeLou!! Amy

I really like everything on this app. It would be nice to have gender-nuetral options in the people section such as, sibling or just a singular parent option. I also think having an section for pronouns would be good.
  • There is no bathroom cards? Feb 4, 2021

With non verbal kids, it is a vital part of communication to express when they have a need to go to the bathroom, in car rides, school and in life in general. Can we add a free pack that is for potty? What do I do to add it myself? Is there options to add what we need to the packs? Ie “chicken soup” or etc? Bathroom cards are vital please help.

I really like this app, I dont need it often but when I do its really easy to use and cute as hell. only thing I'd add is under the "me" section it would be cool if u could have an option for pronouns like "she/her", "he/him", "they/them", "she/they", "he/they", "he/she", "he/she/they" and "I use neopronouns" as well as an option to ask for someone elses. I think this is important for any context but especially since identifying as trans or nonbinary is particularly common in ppl with asd

For some reason it only reads.out the name of the pack. After that it does not read any of the listed text. It does not repeat either. None of the functions work

This app is simply genius. The concept of this app is excellent. The app has great user interface. The concept of learning to speak is truly useful because of the clear voice and pronunciation. It's just awesome.

Used to be great but now missing letters in description and various text. Most of the headings and even settings miss the last letters of the word :(

It seems like a great idea but I think having a custom option for packs that kids use more often would help very much
