    It won't let me check my plan's details. The app work ok for the most part but it lacks details, and values are high, especially considering that there are no signal bars almost anywhere. Edit: I keep losing small amounts of balance when I switch to another phone. I can't see my package's details and forcing me to update consumes data!

    I can't recharge with mada from the updated app also some plans not working my friend ask me to recharge his no. Not working either. The problem with the login I've changed my password and now works perfectly.

    Please change international minutes check method when we have to check Int minutes with sample mobile set we apply ** ** ** ** ** this so awkward. And wast of time. Must be Observe .

    Lebara is the worst internet i've ever used, im at the point that i just wanna throw may mobile bcoz its just loading loading, internet always come and go uufff really really weak and very bad!

    it's doesn't accept international Visa/Master cards, I've tried multiple cards and all of them are blacklisted!!!!

    Every time when I need to use this application it needs to update. My Moto G 2nd gen. Phone doesn't have enough storage to the process. What's the reason for this frequently update. Do I need to suffer from your trial and error? Or should I throw otherwise perfectly working my Moto g 2nd.gen. phone to keep this application. What do you think.

    It's very bad very expensive internet. I suggest nobody use internet with lebara sim. I used 8-10mb in 30 second he dedicated my main balance 14 riyal. Please don't install and use this sim card

    New update is not working properly. Apps stops working automatically. Please check the bugs. When ever i try to login with my mobile number and password it say welcome misba then apps automatically close. Why it is happening.

    Worst carrier ever used, people can't hear me properly. sometimes vouce drops for good time and sometime they hear robotic voice. always have all the bars but network quality is very bad ..... this is first month and I am porting my no. as soon as month is finished.

    I started getting the error message "Something Went Wrong" everytime I open it a few days after updating my Lebara KSA app to this new version. Hope this will be resolved ASAP. The old version never gave me any issue.

    i buy new lebara sim on yesterday in 30SR. She said you will got 3 gb data and 25sr balance. after i will open and check my balance there no any 25 sr balance and 3gb data. why? just only 1.5 gb net data showing and other 1.5gb data for mobile app gprs where i used this one. and 25sr balance showing only in massage so i cant use 25 sr for international calling.why? then why she said like fraud. i want know.

    The update version is not working....there was log in my account but when i updated it its showing me that regester/log in again...when i am putting my phone number it's show me "number is invalid" but my number is active...whats the problem?
