    Be carefull, they keep your credit card information even when you cancel the subscription. UPDATE Even though I showed the proof of the request to cancel my subscription in Feb 20(confirmation email), they claimed that "The process was incorrect" and charged me 75 in may 20. At the end they have offered me a refund of 60 instead of the 75 that they charged me. I accepted to do no deal anymore with them. Hopefully Monday i will see the refund in my account.

    I’ve bought subscription a year ago via their site for 15$. Last week I’ve received email that my VISA card was charged with 75$. I was shocked, because it was charged without notifying me. I wrote them that I didn’t use their app during half a year. It is not suitable for me and I don’ t want to use it anymore. But they don’t refund my money. They tricked their users: automatically charge and don’t provide simple way to cancel subscription.

    Warning of a very tricky subscription renewal after 1 year with full price. There is no reminder or whatsoever, they just cut your money out of your card without you ever had any choice to opt-out (tick box will help) for the auto-renewal in the beginning of your first subscription. I demanded a cancellation and refund but they said it's my job to actively monitor my subscription. I like the app but I'm not happy the way they do business.
  • Won’t recognize my Purchased Subscription

    I purchased YEARLY subscription last Feb 2018. Sometime late summer after app update I lost subscription and all progress on app. After providing copy of PAID Receipt to customer service they responded that premium account doesn’t correspond with my Apple ID email used to purchase subscription. Now I’m up for yearly renewal and still don’t have access to premium services paid for in 2018! It is very frustrating not having access to a program I paid for.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. STRONGLY SUGGESTED. The contract is automatically renewed after a year. I have just known that because I've just been charged something that I don't use any longer. It's quite demanding to get in touch with them. The site as well has no page for cancellation of the subscription. I am completely discontented. Also, I found the activities boring and tiring, lacking creativity.

    I was very happy with the purchase yesterday but today I’m trying to pass the writing exercise and everything is alright and is not letting me pass to the test please help I don’t want to cancel the subscription. My writing is perfectly fine exactly as the Aswer but it keeps giving me an error and this is exactly why I left this course years ago I thought it would be better by now .

    I stopped to study in this app before the paid year ending, because it's British English and I need American English. I didn't find where to cancel, I have problem with my apple ID, and Bingo!, the payment for the second year fall in my card. I cannot find any app support or contact to cancel this course before renovation neither after this disgusting second payment. If you are in UK, that's a good deal, but be careful when you want to cancel your membership

    This app is very good for learning English. But it has a problem. I am downloading the units but the videos are not playing well. It uses to stop and stop again and again. The videos are playing even I downloaded the units. Please solve this problem.

    It does not work without internet!!! I payed full price for the year and can not use it at all, as I do not have an instant internet connection. I am working on the ship. I wrote few times already asking to fix the problem with my account, but there is no reaction at all! Hope this time somebody would read my message and help me to fix it finally!

    I've been a ABA Premium user for over 2 years now. The main cons of ABA English is its customer support which barely exists. I've had issues to setting up my headphone mic to work with the app and never made it. So when I am doing the speaking lessons I can barely hear my own recorded voice. Tried to contact to customer support by phone/email/app but could simply not make it. Update 31/03 - ABA did replied my inquiry by email but unfortunately the support did not solve the issue.     I want to cancel my subscription there is no contact info, do yo have phone number, or any body email to contact with. I need you to cancel my subscription Immediately because it doesn’t worth. There is a technical issues with this app. Cancel my subscription now!!!!!!!

    I've been a ABA Premium user for over 2 years now. The main cons of ABA English is its customer support which barely exists.     Take care with this company!!!! They will charge you for a subscription that you don’t want. If you need to cancel they won’t answer. After one year, they renew automatically my subscription. I asked to cancel my subscription but they renew and charged me $89,99! I was luck to have paypal and they will open a process to help me. I have hope to get my money back.
