    If I could I wouldn’t give them that one star , this is because they provide the worst service. All they do is steal your money. They freaking stolen my money $174 . My flight was canceled, then they sent me an email about to choose an option either fly a day early or get a refund. I choose a refund, then got another email says they will refund me no later than 3 months because of the pandemic, after they will get the refund from the airline. I contacted the airline and this agency got the refund, it’s has been 6 months. And I got no refund. It’s gone. The worst agency to buy anything from. By the way. You can’t even contact them .

    Since my booking in march for my flight in june that was cancelled in may, I was trying to contact but no one answeres at at all!!! No number no email address no pages on social media, send me my money back!!!

    Never use Lastminute! They are fraud! They take the money for the reservation from your card. But they do not automatically book you with the flight companies - you have to wait for hours and hours for a confirmation if you ever receive it. Most probably you will miss your "booked" flight. Than you wait for weeks to trying to file reports and get your money back from the bank eventually. :( :(

    Was told on phone I can ammend my holiday in this app, as it turns out, all it does is link you to the website management of your booking, which offers either cancellation or extra luggage. Clicking on anything about my booking in-app will just take me straight to the website, same page every time no matter what I click on. As for what everyone else is saying, I dont believe they are that bad, its just the app that is bad, ive booked all my holidays through LM and they've always delivered

    July 9, 2020, is a Thursday, not a Saturday. I’ll just use the website. Thanks so much. No way to price a one way flight. Only returns. Putting the year 3106 on my searches (it’s 2563) so they fail to give a result. I have a credit on here or I honestly wouldn’t bother.

    Really annoying app. I am searching for hotels and keep getting pop ups telling me how many people have viewed the hotel in the last couple of hours, do you think this is going to panic me to book? It's annoying and I leave your app and use another one. I also question how accurate these views are as well, it's a poor tactic to get a booking.

    Nice App, but should be easier to communicate with Customer service... No options for that... No replies promptly... No option for comments or to leave important message to customer Service... How the customer can be happy, with no replies or any options to put forward their issues about the bookings. There's a Massive BARRIER between Customer assurance and last-minute passing the right information to the Hotel. That's my experience. I booked 2 double rooms for 4 adults.The hotel say:2 adults

    Horrible app and Company. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM! if anything happens you'll never get any money back! I tried cancelling flights and car rental 6 hours after booking can't get help via the app. Press the (need help?) Button and it just refreshes the page. Tried (Contract us) it says "Please note this contact form is for press and investor relations enquiries only, no other kind of requests will be handled." I tried to download my Invoice and that didn't work either! Avoid, not recommended.
