No issues creating an account at all. The verification questions were relevant and easy to answer. Have had no problems with the app so far.

I hate when doctors use your lab results for another appt, like, really?! All gloom and doom... I am sorry, not sorry. There was nothing there I didn’t already suspect and was already trying to make lifestyle changes to impact. And you don’t get to make me sweat the worst when it is just borderline and am totally able to make healthy changes to bring it back to a better range. Thank you!!! for putting my labs and my health back in my hands. Now I need to find a Dr that treats me like a partner as well.

I created my account using my desktop computer first. Once I did that I downloaded the app and I can now sign in my account with no problem... TRY CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT ON DESKTOP FIRST THEN SIGN IN USING THE APP.. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IN THEN..

All of the results integrations are fantastic, but the appointment scheduling is very disappointing, as the app launches a browser for this. Would like to see this available in the actual app and with a little better designed search process than the browser version. Should have the option to pick a date, time range and max distance and see options at nearby locations. Searching by distance and then having to check availability each spot one by one is REALLY cumbersome.

It has yrs worth of lab work, very helpful, easier to see trends in the numbers. I really like this app.
  • It does the job, but won’t win any design awards Nov 11, 2020

It does what it is supposed to do: Get lab results as soon as practicable to the patient and to bypass the Dr’s offices’ lag time for reporting. 4-5 Stars. With that said, one can tell that this was designed by a group of developers with few insights into usability, especially for users who are not IT experts. The functionality exists, but it is quite ugly. The account sign up process lacks any finesse or efficiency, for example and is quite painful. (E.g. The password requirements are those from a decade or more ago.). 1 Star. But, again, it does the job. Better than nothing, I guess. 2 Stars.

I'm just trying to register through the app; I haven't even used it yet! I filled out the preliminary registration info, and a verification page popped up stating that a 4-digit code was sent to my email. I went to my email to copy the code (leaving the original verification window open). When I copied the code and went back to the original window, the verification code page disappeared. I attempted to re-register, but received an error stating that a LabCorp account is already attributed to my email address, and that I should sign in. When I attempted to sign in, I received an error stating there's no account available with my specific email address. When I click "Forgot Password", it again states there's no account with that email address on record. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

  • How can it be this bad?!?! Nov 20, 2020

This app is awful. It's bad enough I have to enter the set repetitive info multiple times, they've made it nearly impossible to just copy paste things like credit card numbers, and email addresses. Why the hell do I need to enter my email address twice?! You really need me to confirm my email addrrss?!?!?! You mean the same email address thats associated with my account? The one I had to use in order to login to this God forsaken app?! You want me to type it twice?!?! I have to verify my email?! The same email that was verified when I created my account. Do you idiots want me to actually call in and speak to someone? Because I know that's not cheaper for me to call and actually talk with someone than to pay you through your app. You know how you hear stories about people paying bills with 49 buckets of change? It's caused by incompetence like this app. I hope someone gets fired for this app, unless it was created by a low level employee, in which case I suppose it's not that bad. But still LabCorp had $2.39B in revenue for Q3. INVEST SOME MONEY IN YOUR APP YOU IDIOTS! It's capitalism 101, make it easy for your customers to pay you. Morons.

Stupid. It is made literally impossible to make an account if you only have a mobile device. you have to not close your app or it will register your email and make it impossible to make an account but you aren't able to sign in with said account and are sent to the registration again. It's horrible and lazy app development

Authentication: there are 4 choices. The question is asked to verify which address you never lived at. Two are correct addresses, and two are addresses you never lived in. You can choose either of the two wrong address and if you choose one of the wrong addresses you never lived in it automatically fails to authenticate. The app should ask: which of the following addresses you never lived in before. Select all that apply. I have seen two wrong addresses presented in my choices and LABCORP does not allow me to choose those two. LABCORP says they will not fix it cause it’s a third party app. So they did not even want to talk to the third party. So. This app is USELESS. all it does is collect your information and hold it in a database along with your birthday and address. So I wonder what the third party is doing with my personal information. If I can’t view my labs I need the third party to completely get rid of my info I supplied. Either way you need to listen to the patients and fix the issue. I would give this app a big ZERO but I can’t.

  • No longer across fingerprint login - why??? Nov 27, 2020

    By Anew. Listener
I've used fingerprint ID to log into the Labcorp app for ages. Recently it stopped working, saying my password was incorrect. I changed my password but it still does not let me log in with my print, so now I have to find my password list and enter it manually. Not the end of the world but why won't it accept my fingerprint any more? If it's no longer an option they should remove it from the login screen.

Will not sync passwords between the online website and the app. Also your password procedures are very poor as they simply don’t work. Otherwise, the idea is great but if you really want access to your information you’ll need a laptop or desktop. Surely you can do better people. I’m very impressed with the information I can easily access with my laptop but it’s totally unavailable using your app.

  • Verification Failed Jun 15, 2020

    By Jack.Thornton
Received an email announcing that my results were available, and once I entered the app it requested verification of my identity. When I clicked to begin the verification nothing happened. I pressed it a few more times, to no avail.I closed and re-opened the app to try again, and the app announced that I had failed verification and would need to mail in a request for my results. Rediculous.

Crashes on load up every time after sign up. Maybe fix the bugs so people can use it like it was intended? Considering the importance of such an app and the information it gives and takes.
