Ça marche !
Nov 25, 2020 The app works great. It’s only in French on the phone portable. Mais, it’s a French banque. I use the app all the time ! Just make sure to keep it updated. -

No Touch ID 😢

Nov 5, 2020 The app works great to know you bank balance, make money transfers and to block (or pause) your credit cards if they get stolen. Really easy to use, however the app is only available in French, which might make it harder for none French speakers, however, once you get used to it everyone can use itmore

Dec 24, 2020 Since the last update none of the widgets are loading. Once I login there is absolutely nothing that I can do in the app! The update was a total failure, the app is completely useless now! -

Dec 24, 2020 This app is such a pain to use. SoGé: please invest more in your digital teams if you want to retain your future customer base. No faceID, no way to pair your phone number without a snail mail going to your (outdated) address — so many examples I could list pointing to this app being miles away from where consumer banking expectations are. Glad I can do most of my banking from Revolut and N26, and only use this one to pay legacy providers (I.e the government, my 70 yo landlord, and French investment accounts).more -
Jan 5, 2021 Update: I am currently using an Android 9 device, with the Android security patch updated on July 1, 2020. Tried to add a new beneficiary for transkfer. The APP says that in order to add a new beneficiary I should activate the Security Pass. Followed the instructions and…the page Security Pass is totally blank: There's nothing. So how can I activate the Security Pass if nothing shows? So disappointedmore -
Nov 30, 2020 App won't load properly so I can't login or receive security pass to login on the computer. Can't even receive the codes to confirm a new phone number. Completely useless and can't even use my bank. -
No Face ID, no US phone number
Jan 19, 2019 The app works pretty well except it doesn’t support the English language - so you better speak French. It also doesn’t support Touch ID or Face ID. Yes, it’s 2019 and still nothing. What a shame. You also cannot set up a Pass Sécurité using an US phone number so you cannot add accounts or wire money through the app. A lot of downfalls for an other wise pretty nice app.more

Jan 7, 2021 I like the new app, i would recommend amending one thing; that it starts to show the expenses right at the time they have been deducted.

Nov 1, 2020 The first app interface before the update was easy to navigate and well structured. This one seems a little bloated.

Needs work
Jul 30, 2010 Somewhat useful, but the application leaves a lot to be desired. It looks like a front-end to their mobile website. Slow and inefficient IMVHO. The pictures used for the iTunes page are carefully selected and do not reflect the look and feel of the Account section. In any case, it’s hard to complain for a free application, but other banks have done a much better job…more -

What’s Subpar
Unable to access the app (to get the passcode) and therefore to connect to the website for the last 3 days. Totally useless. Edit: I was able to access the app by uninstalling and reinstalling it (not that SG would have ever thought of prompting the user to do so). But now even though I ask for my username *not* to be remembered by moving the slider below the username field, the username remains recorded and cannot be removed. Just going from bad to worse.
