    I was really upset earlier, but I realized that this app was released waaayyy too earlier for the location in Aiea to support. I will say, I do like this app, and that fact they support Apple Pay. Hopefully they will update support for the Aiea location I would love to see all L&L locations supporting this in Hawaii! I know the AirPort location uses ChowNow; but it would be nice to unify all locations - even though they are franchises.

    Updated - 5 stars: Points came through without scanning 👍🏻 --- Just placed my first order and I love the app so far. It's very fluid and is visually appealing. I have a little feedback regarding the points system (which is a great addition btw). If we've already paid in the app why not just give the points automatically into our account?

    My store is Mira Mesa in San Diego California information every time I try to get past the first step of ordering at my local store it’s never located on the list. I’ve talk to the workers there and they don’t know anything about it or how to add their store. They have huge posters all over the store talking about using the app yet there’s nothing I can do

    Location I wanted to order from (Burien) not present, despite being linked from website, so app is entirely useless to me. Uninstalling - may reinstall when my desired location is available, though the ordering horror stories may keep me away then too.

    I dont live in Kent, Washington so i trusted the app on leading me to the restaurant for pick up. I clicked the arrow button for the direction next to the address and the google map app popped out with a location on it. My mistake was to completely rely on the entered location given by the l&l app to google map (which normal customer will do). The location was at the middle of a road with no restaurants nearby and with farm on the side. It was so frustrating! App developers, Please work on this because this is a major concern. This detail should be one of the basics and should always be accurate.

    What a piece of trash, I placed the order and payed with my CC. App said it would be ready for pick up in ten minutes. Went to pick it up and the guy said he hadn't received anything; however, my card has been charged.

    UI isn’t intuitive. Lacks photos and descriptions. Deleted right away because it’s pretty useless.

    Would not take my payment type. I kept hitting submit and save and it would bring me back to the last window but would erase my payment data. Literally can't order

    This app said my food would be ready at 6:42PM. So I showed up at 6:40. Didn’t get food until close to 7:15. Better to skip the app. Still had to sit and wait. Skip this app. I’d recommend skipping the entire franchise.

    Add Vacaville to app locations please. Website directs to get app but app doesn't list Vacaville as an option. Frustrating.

    I have been to two different stores around Kona neither of which are listed in the app. When it polled my location it only showed one store and that was on a different island.
