Graphics are not much and the story is dumb. But the gameplay is simple and fun. I wish that there had been more variation in the battles. As it is, most of them are more or less the same with only minor differences in terrain or tactics required. Still, it was fun!

Great tactics game! I grew up with FFT, Shining Force, and Tactics Ogre being my favorite games. This tactics game is fast-paced, balanced, and has a light-hearted story (like Shining Force), which is perfect for a mobile tactics game. I really like the Ogre Battle style barracks system that allows you to send out more units as you capture them. Interested in trying out other Kingturn games once I finish. Encouragement for devs: keep it up! You have a solid base for something grander 😁

You move through your own troops now but do a spin attack with your comrade next to you and you’ll attack them too. Not sure why you’d attack a member of your own clan but apparently that’s what you do when you’re in a battle. Anyway, tbs fun on your phone. Graphics are simple so the main attraction is the game play. Too bad you end up killing your own team mates but I guess you get what you pay for (or don’t pay for)

Amazing turn based strategy game. Easy to pick up and a surprising amount of depth once you get into it. Wide variety of classes equipment an etc. One of the few mobile games I've bought an never regretted. Should have 5 started an reviewed long ago but even now it still holds up as one of the best.

I played all the Kingturn games even Tactics Maiden..I love them all but what makes the Kingturn better is that the characters have more powers and better rewards overall. If you like SRPG’s this game is it.

Game plays ok, you can only play 8 scenarios before it cuts you off and tells you that there’s 67 scenarios and you can play them all right after purchasing the premium version of the game

Fun game, but not as good as other games you can get for $1. Don’t download the game unless you plan to pay $3 as it limits you to 8 scenarios.

Fantastic old school rpg tactics game. Main reason for the low review score is that I think games of this type, which this developer is infamous for creating, should be placed in a "Demo" section as they are NOT complete games. They bait players hoping they want the game badly enough to purchase the "real" game for cash. Part of this is really Google Play Stores' fault, however, this needs to stop. Put out a good game that people like and they WILL support you.

Awesome turn based strategy game. This is the closest mobile game I've played to my favorite game of all time, Ogre Battle from SNES. Simple and intuitive UI, balanced gameplay, tons of fun. Nice blend of retro gaming style and old school gaming mechanisms like having save slots but still an autosave feature if the app times out. Keep in mind, this is the full game only playable to about the 15% mark. You have to pay $2.99 in game to finish but it is well worth it!

  • Amazing game Apr 18, 2016

This is a very fun medieval fantasy turn-based strategy game. 10/10. Lots of fun content here and no in-app purchases. You can adjust the difficulty setting to make it as challenging or as easy as you want. I think when I first played it I played on 3 and it was very challenging after the first few missions and I'm a huge nerd for games like this.

Had a lot of fun playing through the free content. Went to upgrade to full version. The game is logged into my wrong Google account. The account has no credit. My main account does. Okay I'll just buy it from Play Store instead of in-app. Cost $5 in store and $2 in-app. I don't understand why this one app is connecting to the wrong Google account. None of my other games do that.

Maiden tactics was SO much better. Control/menus are monotonous and slow the game down. It is a lot harder than MT but the way enemy units are introduced to the field sucks. What ends up happening is a lot of enemy units suddenly spill out of their tent to repel your troops and since you have to wait 5 rounds for a downed unit to be useable again (the enemy doesn't) it ends up taking forever. It should be the same system for both sides.

i was about to give this game a 5stars ... BUT ... there is a big BUT why i will not . this game is one of the best tbs games here in playstore but, you know what DEVS ? this is SO hard, i mean , not impossible to beat but it is so hard . another one is the MAP mode, i cant understand which is which, which is the main campaign, which is the optional. etc . although I love the equipment system if each characters, somehow i remember the game FIRE EMBLEM in my GBA days
