    App could use some improvement; starts by asking if you're in the UK. Why? It's Kenya Airways. I bet British Airways don't start by asking if you're in Kenya. Second, it doesn't allow you to hold a flight reservation. If you access flights it means you MUST be ready to pay, why? Also, so many users are suggesting improvements, why have these not been responded to? Use a Kenyan developer, stop outsourcing everything.

    Found this app really useful for when I was going away. Nice to see the count down and how many days I had to go. Showed me where to book in and check out. Got rid of it now though as not going away.

    Giving it 4 stars because it doesn't pick and pool bookings under same frequent flier number until one enters manually. There's definitely room for improvement.

    For the past couple of weeks the app is totally unresponsive just to book online and there is no one assisting from the office,really poor customer service 😢!

    I was very bad on the flight Kenya Airways (KQ505 & KQ886) The time written on the ticket was not respected at all and the most annoying thing is that of the flight KQ886 you had to inform us and make arrangements for the passengers of the flight KQ886 we stayed at the airport since the morning at 00:40 before taking the flight is not at all normal you had to compensate me sincerely I was not satisfied the flight 😡😡😡

    Much like Kenya Airways, this app strives to be like the big airlines app but fails at execution. A few biggest gripes, no paperless function, no ability to to select a seat, poor integration with partner airlines, and horrible interfaces. You are better off using the non-mobile website and probably a better airline.

    After booking my trip through the app, a couple of days before my trip, it won't let me check the trip details. It keeps saying I am a bot. Need the bugs fixed!

    Nothing comes up on the app or your website. How is a client supposed to manage the booking or make sure that their flight didn’t change for the 50th time?

    Worst airline ever. This is happening at this moment in nairobi(1:41 am) they have just cancelled the flight to dubai(kq304) and have no solution for all the customers. Knowing what was happening, they faked to check us in 1hr prior to departure so we could be locked up in the waiting room. I wish there aas possibilities to post a video on a review, you would have seen how animalistic and with disrespect people are being treated here.

    the "My flights" section doesn't inform about flight status and doesn't even allow to check directly; one has to memorize the flight number and go to "Flight status"
