Love it!
Oct 14, 2017 Instant stress relief. Better than drugs. The effects are quite noticeable, it's easy to do and it only takes a few minutes so be sure to run the whole cycle to fully experience the benefits. In times of stress I can simply open this app and touch "play," thanks to the beautifully simple design. My body needed one or maybe two breaths to get comfortable with the rhythm at the very beginning, but what has followed ever since then is bliss. Just inhale and exhale in time with the dot and music as it expands and contracts. Your brain will do the rest.more -
Jan 16, 2021 Love the breathing exercises, app does not default to phone screen rotation preferance, screen rotates when phone screen rotation is turned off, drives me crazy. -
Best breath pacer that I have found!
Aug 6, 2019 I love this breath pacer. It is the only one I’ve found that had a pleasant audio sound for the in-breath and then the out-breath so that I can close my eyes to do my practice. You can adjust the inhale/exhale ratio incrementally. You can also adjust the breaths per minute very incrementally (by .25 of a breath). The controls are easy to use and learn. The only thing that would make it better for me is if I could set the timer for longer than 5 minutes. 😊more -
Jan 18, 2021 Relaxing, good way to fall asleep. I tried it with my 5 year old too for self-regulation practice. Useful for kegels too. -
Wonderfull application helped my heart.
May 25, 2020 I love this app. It is my daily "friend". I started using it after my HRV test and the app was recommended me by my doctor as a tool to tame my rapid pulse and manage stress . After using it for a few months with my personal setting ( from HRV test) I forgot about my SVT and I am amazed that you can treat this heart condition just with the proper personal breath pattern avoiding beta blockers medication or an ablation procedure. I am very happy. I feel blessed. Thank you.more

Feb 2, 2019 Amazing! I was going through what is commonly know in psychology as "fragmentation" and this application definitly played an important role in my recovery. The design is simple, but practical, and the customizations are very helpful. This is the best app for breathing exercises I've found so far. Well worth buying the premium version (which is so cheap anyway). Thank you, whoever you are, for creating this.more

Need more directions how this works
Jul 16, 2019 Nicenut not as easy to operate as you think it is. I understand that the app designers think the directions are intuitive, but I am not that tech savvy and get easily discouraged, words work better for me than pushing buttons trying to get the results I want, Right now the circle is full screen and I want to reduce it to normal size again and can’t make that happen.more -
Oct 22, 2020 The music is useful so you don't have to watch the app. The graphics are better than the other one I tried. -
A except for the palette of sounds
Aug 18, 2020 I like everything about this app except for the sounds. My favorite is the single bowl, but the sound is tinny. I would prefer a richer, more sonorous tone. The controls for time and pace are excellent. -
Great App, well designed UI
Jan 19, 2018 Does what it says and does it well, the UI is well thought out, customizable. Nice. Could use a companion Watch app and possibly Healthkit integration and a few minor frills, but otherwise it’s great. Try it.

Non-tech pro experience
Jan 6, 2019 I like some elements of the simplicity of the app and sounds. The instructions to change periods of breath/cycle lengths sounded simple enough, but in initial use found it felt quite awkward to use. It would waaaay simpler for me (not tech pro) to be able to change all settings for various elements in the options/settings in one area than swiping up or down on the separate home screen...Everything located in one easy to use obvious area would make it “keep it simple stupid” across the board. Otherwise great straight to the point useful app :)more -
Needs simplified user control and more flexibility
May 5, 2020 It is very confusing trying to customize user controls, I still haven’t been able to make app perform as I wish. Also, I would like to set sustain period between in & exhale. Sometimes the vibration doesn’t work to signal the change between in and exhale.more -
Jul 8, 2020 Hi you have a great app. One big issue though: when I background it to do something else it stops playing the sounds! Please fix. Thanks -
Difficult to change settings
Sep 30, 2018 I found it very difficult to change setting, such as time/duration, inhalation:exhalation etc. Not very user friendly or intuitive.

What’s Groovy
Didn't expect breathing to have such a calming effect. Surprisingly awesome. It would be great if there were links to additional resources like books, videos or blogs about the activity and how it works and suggested ways to use the app.

What’s Subpar
I can't even use this app because the orientation mode won't lock; the screen keeps flipping between portrait mode and landscape mode and won't respond to my phone orientation lock. My back button doesn't work either. I'm also not a huge fan of all the swiping for controls. It's too much to remember when I just want to relax.
