Oct 20, 2020 Initially I had Issues with App not opening. Used it through the summer with no problem but then all of a sudden stopped. I left a review of disappointment and within a couple of days jet2 app developers had responded and fixed the issue with an update. Now the is working perfectly, and is actually better than before..... top work 👏more

What’s Subpar
I thought I had the latest version dated 17/12/2020, but when I try to open the app it seems to start OK but then a pop up appears telling me to download the latest version. On clicking the button, I get to the Google Play store entry for the app, but the only alternative buttons are 'Uninstall' and 'Enable'. Clicking Enable has no visible affect and I am still left with the pop up. I have cleared the App Cache, Force Stopped, restarted the phone. No change. Samsung Galaxy S10+ Android 10.
