    Been looking forward to the day Jack’s develops an app and the time is finally here! The app is easy to navigate in general, which is a must. You can earn points to redeem free food with each purchase and it racks up quickly. You are also given free rewards on certain occasions such as your birthday and upon joining. Hopefully even more random opportunities for free food are right around the corner too. I especially like that you can redeem points in multiple ways (it’s as easy as scanning the icon on your receipt!), in case something goes wrong or you forget to do so while physically at the restaurant. Being able to locate all Jack’s restaurants by map or list is a good perk too. We can even watch Jack’s commercials and read about the restaurant’s history through the app, along with looking at the menu at any time, including current featured promos. This will all get even better once ordering through the app is added, and it says it’s coming soon. Keep up the great work and thank you!

    It works fine. Never had an issue with payment. But it doesn't really make sense that I can earn rewards through the app but I can't use them in a mobile order. The other issue is that it loads slow.

    This has been my first time at a Jack’s! We live about 30 minutes from Atmore and decided to take a ride over there to try the New Restaurant. The line was long but we really wanted to try it! The line went fast and Alice that checked us out was fantastic! I have to tell you the food was excellent! I had to try each pie, the apple, strawberry cheesecake and the lemon and the LEMON PIE was delicious. If you’ve never tried one you’ll need to and you won’t be disappointed. All the food was delicious. Alice was so professional, I wish everyone have a positive attitude like she did about the food. Excellent Service makes we want to return and spread the word about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much and YES, your right Alice we’ll definitely be back to see you. Please express our gratitude and appreciate to Alice and the other stuff members that made our 1st experience at Jack’s AMAZING!

    It would certainly help if you ordered without the app that your purchases would still add up by being able to scan purchase in the app or by a physical scan at the window.

    I know Jack’s has cookies and cream ice cream (specifically talking about the milkshake though). If you go up the window to order it, they have it. For whatever reason, it’s not listed on the app. I like using the app because I’m pretty awkward with trying to give my order but I can never get the milkshake I want because the app doesn’t have it as an option to select yet when I go there (or to any location for that matter), they do have it. I’m sure it was just over looked when adding products to it but man, I just want to get my favorite milkshake without having to talk very much.

    I love Jacks's. But over the last two weeks or so, the app on my phone won't upload. It says there is no Internet connection, but I have internet everywhere else on my phone. I have already sent a message through the app to tell it to jacks. I have over 5000 points, but can't get to them. I'm afraid if I try to uninstall the app, I will lose my points.

    It works, but it’s not very user friendly, doesn’t have options to pick up in store/drive-thru/curbside. The store locator and the mobile ordering aren’t connected for some reason meaning you can’t select a store and start a mobile order that way. Gives you an “estimated time” rather than a notification when something is ready. The menu needs a place to add sauces, ketchup and other condiments, drinks need options for light or no ice etc. It’s okay when it works but needs a lot added to make it worth using more.

    So I scanned my receipt at the front counter with my phone thinking that it went through for my point but It didn’t Then I scanned the actual receipt and then earned my points they were earned immediately but I shouldn’t have to Scan at the counter and the receipt because what if I threw the receipt away assuming it worked at the counter so I just like to share my experiences thanks the app is getting better

    There's nowhere to order extra sauce. Some of the normal items on the menu are not on the app. New items frequently just refuse to show up. One of my biggest frustrations, is there is no option to keep someone signed into the app. I really hope to see these issues resolved in the near future. As Jack's is the only restaurant within reasonable distance to my home. P.S. It would be amazing if you put an Easter egg to unlock the hidden off menu menu. So we can get that chopped steak dinner. ;-)

    Tried to order through the mobile app. When you do this and you select the meal deal it will also charge you for the sandwich only. 3 chicken sandwiches was almost $30. Yall need to fix this glitch. I went to McDonalds.

    This app tends to lock up and will not save my nearby Jack’s for future use. When I tried to place an order via the app, it crashed and told me to call the store. And this app really tries to force me to use my Facebook account to sign in for rewards. And I may not want to do that. This app is clunky and buggy and locks up and crashes. Think I will wait for improvement before I try using this app

    Tried to use code for free item. Manager typed in code and sorry invalid. So not messing with it. If an app has a problem on the first time using it, then it is not staying on my phone.

    I tried to put my phone number in numerous times and it kept stating that number is already taken so it’s useless for me if it won’t accept my number for text messages I have had the same number for years was hoping this was gonna work since I live near & do a lot of business with Jack’s restaurant

    Still useless! Menu doesn't have prices but no matter I havent been able to order anyway. I've entered my location 5 times but every time I try to order it starts by asking me for my location AGAIN. My profile knows which is my location , but it still asks repeatedly.

    I tried using the regular sign up as well as the sign up with Apple option and both give me a bug where it says that I am too young to use the app per terms and conditions. The app never asks for my age either, which is odd. Please fix this bug.

    It works fine, the only thing that is horrible is when you are going to redeem your points for a reward, it doesn't tell you exactly what you can get until you have already redeemed it.

    Tedious sign up procedure. Immediately forgets all data you just entered and asks you to repeat it. Interminable waiting for their server to respond. No deals for giving them your contact information, no online coupons, not worth the trouble.

    I lile this app, we order from Jack's all the time & it's nice to be rewarded from being a loyal customer. The app is quick & easy to use. For the most part our Jack's has good customer service and the wait it usually pretty short, but sometimes it can be a fairly ling wait. Hear lately they have been training new employess so it's been a hit & miss on wait time. Most of the time our order is right but everyonce in a while they get it wrong, but they alwyas glady make it right.

    I usually go through the drive through at my local Jack’s . The food is always hot so I do not mind waiting a bit longer for my order plus many establishments are short on help so please be courteous.

    I signed up using my Apple ID and now the app wants me to sign in and I can’t. Can y’all do something about that. And the odd thing is that now it shows the ability to sign up with Facebook.

    I really like Jack's. The people are nice, but I threw away my receipt that had my password on it and can no longer get into the app. It says "reset password" ; it says they will send me an email, but I never got one; tried several times. Maybe it is because I had to change phones; got a Samsung instead of an IPhone. What difference should that make.

    It is not very intuitive. I had to figure out where to scan my receipt. Once I figured out that I had to hit the "earn" button, I forgot that fact the 2nd time I used the app. I also tried to scan 2 receipts from 2 purchases made the same day. It said I could not scan multiple purchases during the same visit. This was not the case. Today I learned I have to scan 2 diffent visits on different days.I often do breakfast and dinner on the same day yet I can't scan the 2 visits on the same day.

    Order 2 large teas- 1 sweet & 1 half sweet/ half unsweet. First handed me a regular drink. Repeated my order & when handed two large drinks I asked which was half sweet. She didn’t know but was sure drinks were correct now. Got home & one was a Coke!

    Every time I open the app I have to sign in and that is just completely inconvenient! Please make the app to where when you sign in it will keep you signed in. I've only had the app for 1 day and already I dislike it due to this issue with signing in every time I open it.

    Hot garbage. If I order through the app, I don't get my rewards. So basically, I can order ahead or get rewards. App crashes frequently as well. Worst designed fast food app ever.
