    Very impressed with Jabra for this effort. Everything is clear and to the point right from the equaliser control to more advanced features. I've even liked the way they implemented personalised tuning with the recent firmware update. Keep it up Jabra 👍 My only gripe is that it doesn't recognise that my earphones are connected unless the app is open. I don’t know if it's a technical limitation of Android though.

    Elite 65t and noise cancellation issue.. reply to developer reply: I understand this. Wireless earbuds have very poor noise cancellation in general because of the battery required to power hardware noise cancellation and the distance from microphone to mouth. I just didn't expect it to be so bad that any background noise causes those I speak with to have a very hard time hearing me and some folks say it is intolerable. I hope these problems go away as wireless earbud tech matures.

    This is the best app for headphones that I've ever used. Tons of features, most importantly the equalizers. Only thing I wish it had was the ability for Find My Jabra to play sounds so you can find your earbuds when you know the GPS location and you're trying to find them in a small room or something.

    This app is one of the best implementations of a companion app for wireless headphones/earphones in the industry right now. I'm using the Jabra Elite Active 65t and their performance is very consistent as well as one of the best. Good job on the developers to keep the app updated.

    Unfortunately the app loses connection with the buds almost half the time. I also lament the inability to revise the initial selection of the default voice assistant. The equalizer works well and does allow for adequate personalization of audio, which is essential in overcoming the bass bias that defines the active elite 75s. EDIT: The fix offered by Jabra was effective, and I am therefore adjusting my rating. If you have the Elite buds, you would be foolish not to utilize this app.

    Dont really have to much of a complaint. Just I lost my right earbud for the Jabra Elite 65T, and I cant use my left on. Then i seen that it said that I could locate the headphones and I got hope, BUT (theres always a but) it wouldnt connect to the app cause the earbud dead about a week ago. Besides that they were awesome earbuds, hope I find them. Im gonna keep the app installed in case I do find them, or get a new pair. Have a good quarantine.

    Controlls just stop working with Jabra Elite 85H. Volume and play/pause buttons don't do anything except playing battery level notification. On ear detection works (I can see that in the app) - except it is not pausing/playing music accordingly. With YouTube or Google Play Music this app seems to work okay. I feel like this app needs an update. I have contacted Jabra with details. Seems like Sound+ does not support Android 11 yet. I'll change rating after it does.

    Keeps saying connected whenever I put them on and then disconnects this started two days ago and it is really annoying. They cannot have a stable connection why I don't know i tried turning them off and repairing but the issue still persists. They do not even show status in the app. I will try an uninstall and install again to see if that can solve the issue. The i like these buds but this is becoming a real bother.

    The buds will connect to my phone but will not connect to the app, it just keeps taking me back to the "choose you're headset" I have tried all of the steps as they have been directed to do and it still has not worked. I have even contacted the support system online. I would like to set up the sound and access the features on my buds, but cannot seem to do so.

    Battery charging issue on 65t. Only 1 year old and suddenly my ear buds wont charge completely. Not impressed. Tried to solve the issue with some tips but nothing works. In response to your your reply. I did contact you three weeks ago through the app help section. Gave all my information and noone has responded to it yet. So you can imagine my faith in your company and product doing the right thing is gone. Ill never buy anything from jabra again.

    The application is good for customisation. The numerous sound profiles, such as transit, music, focus appears redundant. One request, ‼️Please, add a login feature to sync the profiles across devices.‼️ Elite 75t sounds better 👍 than any other available. They got bass, more than one can handle 😅.

    Everything works fine with my 75t. The equaliser is great. However, I would like to see an addition to the hearthrough setting options. When I turn on hearthrough, I want the media to stop playing instead of mute. My use case: when I am watching a video and someone talks to me, I want the video to stop playing so that I don't miss anything. Then with hearthrough on, I don't need to remove my 75t to hear the person.

    Like that it located my ear buds I'm always miss placing the left bud cause I usually only wear one while I'm working. And also nice you can just work everything with just that one right ear bud once you get everything set up I. The app. I will admit the app is pretty simple straight forward not too many bells and whistles ..BUT .wouldn't mind adding some more presets for the eq.. or other sounds for focus mode or being able to use voice assistance with out having to press the button. But great

    Upgraded from Active 65t to active 75t which coincided with an app update. I get activity tracking is not available on 75t but did Jabra have to get rid of the exercise moment? I used that one the most. Also, you can't select a voice asst. on the updated so (i.e. I can't select google asst.). I like the hearing profile option and being able to customize buttons but there should be more than 3 moment presets.

    Still have not fixed the app as it either keeps searching for buds or continuing to disconnecting after they quickly connect... I'm on version 1.27.0 (1033) English... Seriously considering returning the earbuds, regardless of how great they sound... When you start having problems from the get go, you'll have problems for lifetime of the device.

    I really like the head phones, but I have to major complaints: First of all, it is extremely annoying that I can only call with "hear through" on. I like to make phone calls on my bike and now that is practically impossible because I dont hear anything but the wind blowing in my microphones. Secondly, I don't like it that my music doesn't pause when I receive a phone call but instead continues silently. My music is simply too good to skip through.

    Hearthrough was set to mute audio in the app but it reset thrice in past half an hour. Keeps playing music even when its enabled. Battery/meter seems to have an issue. Dropped more than 15-20% in less than 30 mins of inconsistent use. Single tap on right paused the music but didn't start again. Custom settings in the app don't seem to be working correctly.

    Can't connect to Sound+ App. Got my Elite 75t's yesterday, Connects to my phone and plays without any issues, however the App doesn't connect to them. I've tried to resolve as per instructions given to another reviewer experiencing the same, with no luck. App says searching for device, or identifying device. I've tried on Mobile data, Fibre and LTE. Still no luck! Extremely frustrating!

    I have tried hundreds of times to get this app to work with my Jabra Elite Active 75T headphones without success. Although the headphones will connect to my phone via Bluetooth, the app does not recognise this and will just say "unexpected error". I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times, turning the headphones on and off, disconnecting and pairing then with the phone again and nothing works. I have googled the issue and heaps of people have the same issue with no solution.
