  • I like it but the watch is delayed Sep 22, 2020

    By kitkat5893
This was the is great an cute however my time on the watch keeps falling back. I’ll reset the watch just so it can display an accurate current time but after bout two to three hours the times becomes off track. Also, it not accurate with the steps. I woke up in the morning an the watch said I walked 200 steps. So it’s cute an cool it just needs some tweaking.

Pretty good app, a little buggy here and there but I haven't had it crash yet. My message notifications are delayed by one message. So the notification on my watch displays the previous message. Sleep monitoring also seems to be off, but that could be from me streaming videos from my phone to the TV. I also work graveyard so it might not realize that I'm sleeping, who knows, but it isn't a huge issue. The iTech watches are actually a decent buy, if you have the extra cash.

  • Not a bad watch Aug 19, 2020

But I want to see the calories I burn per workout. Not every just run, or bike ride. At least it not show ad kcal like a watch i Receive last week from China or some foreign country. All their watches show up ad kcal( u work out hard for an hour or 2 look at ur watch and it says 40 or 60 kcal. I not like that. I want it to show my exact Calories I have burned doing a workout; And not from just running, biking or tennis. If I can’t see my calories on this watch From just doing normal workouts at home; This watch is not good and will have to return it for refund or u give me what I’m looking for. I put in 4 or 6 names and u keep saying it is taken no matter what u put in. So there is something not right about that. Thx

I read that people are saying it won't connect to the App on the phone. I came to realize when I pull it directly out of the Box and connect it works fine but when I upgrade the firmware is when it doesn't work anymore. Just stick with the original. I connected perfectly fine with both my iPhone and my android to test it out. I hope this helps.

This app isn’t bad, very basic. I wish it had more options for the watch face. I wish there was more information on Sleep patterns but other than that, it’s an alright app

The Watch says it gives you weather updates every hour. That’s not true. For my watch to even tell me the temperature, first I must enter my location again and updated myself. Even if my location is where I live, and I don’t leave my house, it’s still doesn’t update unless I do it for it. The beats per minute feature for your heart rate is a complete joke. My heart beats faster than 54 bpm. The steps that it says I take a day, is not accurate either. I can be sitting down when just woke up and I will say I took 553 steps. About the only thing that works really well on this watch, is it keeps accurate time.

It does not pair, the screen is not functioning the way it's supposed to. I feel as though they should of never put a product out like this if nothing works. Are you telling me no one from the company noticed all of these negative reviews. And if they did, it's a shame they continued with this disrespectful and sorry excuse for a watch.

  • Good Enough For Telling Time Sep 16, 2020

Compared to an Apple Watch, it’s not too bad. Clock, alarms, music control and heart rate portions function okay. But the watch disconnects from my phone/ app as soon as I close out of the app. And if you’re looking to buy to keep track of your steps, don’t buy! The steps are not accurate at all... it tracks every slightest movement; almost as if brushing my hair or filing my nails is considered as steps. Just poor quality for the technology side. Should’ve just put the $40 towards an Apple Watch.

Yesterday when I brought the watch it worked great. And then now I can't get it to connect. I have a Android, I have even restarted my phone and the watch. It happened when I updated the firmware. What else should I do? I really did like the watch. Edit: Thank you for getting back to me but my problem was I had too many old Bluetooth devices just laying around on my phone still and I had to delete the ones that I was not using and then it connected. But I'm still not going to update the firmwar

I love this exceptional value and all the features. .I will update my review later but absolutely, unconditionally great so far!!! Not sure about the negative reviews, but you need to know how to operate your phone and a smartwatch to connect. Mine worked fine, just make sure you agree do location services and contacts, camera, xcetera. Phone needs access to connect

I love that you can change the clock face to 1 of 3 and you can do 12 hour or 24 hour. I love the 24 hour time set due to my Grandfather taught me how to tell military time. I just love the over all whole watch. It had me loving it from the beginning. Thank you iTech for the amazing watch

Works well so far, synced well with my s9+, weather was a little buggy and the pedometer and bpm reader took a while to update with readings. But after about an hour of wearing its all up to date. Only thing I can say it need is better set up instructions on how to set the functions up on the watch. Would definitely buy again though, nice smart watch for a decent price

I've had for a week. It works good for time, alarm, message notice and steps. However I've not been able to get the heart monitor to work. Also I wished I could take some of the features off the phone but still be on the app. So when I tap on my phone I could just see the time and my steps and when I want to see more I could go to the app.

I love this app! However the only downfall is....it tracks your sleep during night hours. I work 3rd shift so I sleep during the day. I think there should be something on the app where you tell it when you are going to sleep, because not everyone works a 1st or 2nd shift job.

  • It works on IPhones 6s Aug 11, 2020

    By ivanikok
I received it as a gift, easy to pair with my phone and easy to download the updates. I scanned the QR code, where it says “itech fusion app” then I downloaded the app. Do not try to download the app by yourself on your phone App Store because there are many itech apps, and maybe there is only one compatible with you watch. It pair fast and update the time and date automatically with the new update.

It’s an okay product. It isn’t the easiest to set up or charge. The charging mechanism is weird and why honestly Why a USB port wasn’t used idk. I purchased mainly for steps and BPM for when I work out. It doesn't display my notifications as it should, not for a text or even a phone call. This is why I told my husband I want a Apple Watch.

Well, I was pretty excited about this watch; however, it will not stay connected to the Bluetooth. Then when I try to reconnect it, it won't. When I try to click on it to connect to it, it will not let me. I seen that it needed a firmware update, did that thinking it would work. Nope. It won't connect at all. I've tried resetting, forgetting the device and reconnecting, off and on. You name it, I have tried it. It just won't work. Which I know it will connect to my device because it has twice.:(

Disconnected by itself after three days and refused to reconnect. The watch is garbage. No videos available to trouble shoot... the company gives "help" suggestions that aren't even relavant. Update... nearly a month later and they want to play email tag without a single suggestion of a fix. I gave asked 2 times now for a refund... but no... they want a phone number in yet another email (after device photos, os run downs, etc in previous messages..like this couldn't gave been asked back on then)
