App and computer based ( online ) version is not the same and has different functions and saves differently. To try and explain your problems to the agents is sometimes very hard and frustrating as they dont seem to read the emails correctly. I unfortunately have all my work on app currently but would recommend others to first wait and let them fix the problems before spending money on app.

Maybe my expectations are too high! I would expect more timely responses in troubleshooting as well as better integration between phone app and website, online with pc. Otherwise, I would have rated much higher. Frustrated currently.

take a wile to get the hang of and even then i dont feel like i am even using it to the fullest, live supposrt is not 24/7 and when they do answer im pretty sure its just a robot. you can always upgrade so take your time before buying

Auto save?
Things were going great with the estimate I started the other day. It seemed like a pretty handy app. I can’t remember if I actually hit any save button when I put my work down but with most apps I use it doesn’t usually seem like I have to (maybe a less passive aggressive statement would be something like “I don’t think I *should* have to hit save cuz why would I have even started the thing if I didn’t mean to save it and if by chance for some reason I didn’t want it it makes more sense to just manually delete the automatically saved estimate than to have to manually save it so it doesn’t automatically get deleted.”) Anyway, I opened the app this morning to finish up the estimate and it’s just gone. No more estimate. Took me an hour or so, can’t remember the numbers, gotta do it all over again. Lame. -
Very unsatisfied. Poor customer service.
I have a repair company. Though are are some features that I really enjoy. I have had a number of glitchy issues but the biggest issue is the atrocious customer service. Everyone is polite, but the resolutions are NOT HELPFUL. the answer for everything is to delete the app and re install it. The photo feature is great but they do not print well, the invoices mysteriously double everything on the customers side but looks perfect on my device. You can’t speak with a live person at all. They don’t care about suggestions to the app. I paid for the whole year and after all of my issues in asking for a refund for the rest of the year. The answer is iTunes won’t refund it? I switched to invoice asap and love the app. They have live customer support and they address the issues.

SCAM
Big SCAM will keep changing you also after you end subscription . Be careful from this app . -
Blatantly wastes your time.
Create an invoice. Input all the information. Go to add attachment. Says you must pay for that feature. Ok. Being unable to make the minimal amount purchase I click back to return to the invoice I spent time creating. Nope. Only to a fresh screen in the app. Including no saved invoices or anything to reclaim my lost data. -

Keeps crashing
Every time I try to select payment method is crashes, when I try to enter my company’s details it deletes everything and I have to start over, failed to create an invoice, bugs need fixed for now it’s not functional. 👎🏼 I first wrote this message March 2, 2018, it is now August 22, 2018. The app still keeps crashing every time I try to enter my company’s information. This app needs a lot of work, I mean a lot of work. Also if you have multiple businesses you must get the premium, I got the basic and that only lets you set up 1 business. I feel taken advantage. I will be submitting a refund request, definitely not worth $15 dollars. -
Horrible experience!
Started off excited. App seemed intuitive enough. Well it turns out they’re also intuitive on giving other companies like Stripe complete access to your money by pre-activating accounts for you. Now my customer has to call her cc company to dispute her payment to me because I never activated an account with Stripe. Their excuse is that This app automatically does it for you but that is a LIE. Theirs a whole section that allows you to sign up which I never did so they went ahead and created an account behind my back to have access to my customers funds. -
This Deserves negative stars! Developer makes false statements!
If I could give this developer a negative star I would. I have never bought any but the most basic/starter plans which cost around $15 and can show estimates I was able to do I November of 2018 but come April 2919 I can’t and I did change plans! So stop lying that most basic plans never increased estimates! And if they didn’t or don’t it’s still pretty awful if you ask me! Anyway don’t bother responding, I ditched it once and for all. This type of service never pays off, keep it! Good thing there are other options!
