    This service is great! I work crazy hours so going to the store is exhausting. There are times when the store I order from is out of something I ordered but if the possible replacement isn't available they are very good about verifying other options. The prices are relatively close to in store, so really it's just the tip(10% of the order) and delivery fee which is usually under $5, it's a great deal!

    1st order was 1 November 2020 at 1:38 PM I selected a 3-4 PM delivery slot/window, at 2:02 PM my shopper called about a substitution my order arrived at 2:20 PM. The NO Minimum Order amount is a good thing. The app does not show where your shopper's vehicle is that is a drawback. I find INABUX interesting With an: On the Move and or CAA Membership you get $10.00 OFF the delivery fee

    I just had a first great experience with Inabuggy. I did have some trouble putting in my location and e-mailed. Sara eplied very quickly and was able to help me. I was then able to place my order. Lisa delivered my order the next day. She called me in the morning and kept me up to date about the delivery status. I will definitely use again. Saved me tonnes of time.

    Delivery is being delayed by more than a week, but worse of all no ability to cancel the order and get a refund and no response to calls or phones. PLEASE JUST EMAIL YOUR CUSTOMERS and tell them what’s going on and allow people to cancel their orders because the delayed delivery is not feasible Response: they actually responded in 1 day which was quite impressive, I still think the app could help customers help themselves more

    It does add to your bill with the fees, but the convenience is definitely worth it. And when you consider that it does help with impulsive buying at the store, it probably actually saves money in the end :). It's cool that you can also see them shopping your items and chat with them if questions arise. Love it!

    I had a timeslot for my groceries 2 weeks in advance, only to have it rescheduled 5 days and counting. They sent me an update email AFTER the time, and as the days go on they send it later at midnight or at 5am. The information about my groceries is too vague, as it has been processing for 4 days. I understand that COVID is complicating orders, however that does not excuse them for ignoring my concerned emails and refusing to update the app to be honest. I dont blame the shoppers, just the app.

    Annoying app, unavailable service. After barely able to get a delivery time slot 2 weeks from now, and after entering detailed instructions and payment info, I got "That's an error. Selected time slot has limited number of items". Now I have to enter all the info again, provided I knew what that limited number was, but I don't. I could spend the whole evening doing this, and still leave empty handed.

    Inabuggy get as one star from me for being a price gouger. The User Interface is ok. It not hard to use the app but the price gouging is ridiculous. $20 per delivery plus they inflate the prices of the produce. In their policy they say the prices may differ from the store. It's a long way from a single navel orange from Longo's at $8.22 ( inabuggy ) and $1.20 for large navel orange at grocery gateway (run by Longo's). This is particularly deplorable during the Co-vid crisis. I'm disappointed.

    Initially used this service when covid first hit, they were overwhelmed with order and not very organized after 2 days my order finally came. I was charged for items I did not receive and their customer service responded immediately and said they would refund the incorrect amount that was charged. I've been following up nd they said refund was processed. This is going back to April, its not August and I'm out $60 and they just stopped responding to my emails - disappointed!

    While one can say delivery can be slow in Covid times but literary no communication from the customer services department. Placed order a week ahead and then on the delivery day, the entire day, no word from customer care even after Multiple emails. Sent email to cancel and refund, but no response. Then 2 days later a person calls that they have started shopping. Poor shopper went out and the customer service didn't even inform them. I did get full refund though. Not recommended.

    Excellent Service. I first started using inabuggy. I can’t say enough about the ease and efficiency of the process, and the effort the Shoppers put in to always make sure that I get what I need. Substitutions have been clearly communicated with me and options provided when my original choice hasn’t been available. I appreciate that this service exists and highly recommend it!

    I was able to order my groceries and had them delivered to my door within four hours. It was wonderful to have this service when you have a house full of people and can’t leave, but need groceries! They delivered everything but one thing perfectly.

    It's not perfect, but it is life changing. I love this app. The customer service is great if you have any problems with replacement items or anything else really. And you can talk to your shopper as they shop which is super helpful.

    No communication from company. Waited over 10 days for an order. It got refunded when it was supposed to be delivered, but no reason why was given. Strange and wasted my time. The app isn't that great, the web based version works better and has more options.
