    Excellent Service. I first started using inabuggy. I can’t say enough about the ease and efficiency of the process, and the effort the Shoppers put in to always make sure that I get what I need. Substitutions have been clearly communicated with me and options provided when my original choice hasn’t been available. I appreciate that this service exists and highly recommend it!

    Used the app to purchase items for a meeting. Requested one hour service and it was a bit later, but the person called when he couldn't find items I'd requested, and suggested a substitute. Much more convenient than running out midday.

    Delivery is being delayed by more than a week, but worse of all no ability to cancel the order and get a refund and no response to calls or phones. PLEASE JUST EMAIL YOUR CUSTOMERS and tell them what’s going on and allow people to cancel their orders because the delayed delivery is not feasible Response: they actually responded in 1 day which was quite impressive, I still think the app could help customers help themselves more

    I love this app. I’ve been using the service for 8 months. Of course the prices are going to be a little higher, you pay for convenience. I wouldn’t give this up. Thanks to the developer who made an useful app & the shoppers who deliver to me. Thanks again for the great service.

    It does add to your bill with the fees, but the convenience is definitely worth it. And when you consider that it does help with impulsive buying at the store, it probably actually saves money in the end :). It's cool that you can also see them shopping your items and chat with them if questions arise. Love it!

    Placed my first order yesterday for same day delivery— and my credit card was charged. An email arrived shortly thereafter stating that my order could not be delivered because the billing address and shipping address differed. I replied and explained that I am traveling, hence the difference. No reply all day despite several calls to their customer service number which is just a recorded message and several emails asking them for an update. Then this morning received an email stating that every single item was “out of stock” and my order cancelled. I ended up placing the order directly to the supermarket using a different app for exact same items and delivery was actually cheaper. My first time customer experience needless to say was terrible.

    After submitting my order they emailed me asking me to email them pictures of my ID and credit card before they would deliver, after i already gave them my full credit card info and code in the back of card. This app seems scammy and not concerned about privacy or adhering to PCI requirements which prohibit non-secure sharing of credit card information. I cancelled the order. I'm sorry, packer Shane Q.

    BEWARE. On top of the flat rate $20 delivery they have INFLATED prices i.e., the shopper will overcharge you for your groceries. For example I purchased chicken breasts and the label said $29 but Inabuggy increased the price while shopping to $36! There were other discrepancies that were not rectified by customer service as it's their policy to charge more (legit - see their terms and conditions) This is a bad business model, I would suggest using Instacart instead, they charge you in store prices and the app is far superior!

    Inabuggy get as one star from me for being a price gouger. The User Interface is ok. It not hard to use the app but the price gouging is ridiculous. $20 per delivery plus they inflate the prices of the produce. In their policy they say the prices may differ from the store. It's a long way from a single navel orange from Longo's at $8.22 ( inabuggy ) and $1.20 for large navel orange at grocery gateway (run by Longo's). This is particularly deplorable during the Co-vid crisis. I'm disappointed.

    My delivery arrived 3hrs late from the time it was supposed to arrive, my “status update emails” -saying my groceries had been packed etc- were sent way after I had already received my groceries, and to top it all off one of the items I paid for were missing! And to think I paid 20$ for this service

    I’ve never had any problems with INABUGGY! The shoppers do a great job and I buy a lot of produce. The app is fantastic and it’s easy to communicate with the shopper and make adjustments if an item is unavailable. I always order food to be delivered within 2 hours and my orders have never been late. I am very happy with this service.

    It's not perfect, but it is life changing. I love this app. The customer service is great if you have any problems with replacement items or anything else really. And you can talk to your shopper as they shop which is super helpful.
