  • Why am I attracted.... Oct 25, 2020

    By Bamb00man
I don’t understand at all why I decided to have this game on my phone. I just got into it. started to grab my characters, summoned as much as I could, got what I hope to want out of the pulls, used a ton of codes to upgrade said characters, went through the chapters which are “poetic” in a way! And just kept going and going and I still don’t know why... it hit me, and just like Gacha games that maybe most of them I really like, are of course, the anime like “quality” character design. Skills are great and feel like the actions have an impact on the enemy. Cool art style. Plenty to do after a certain amount of story progress. Leveling up seems super simple but of course different types of leveling up, like, how many character pieces and dust and amount of energy you put into character. So a lot to do and hope that maybe a redesign of this game will end up somewhere because the chibi design is somewhat ok. Just wish they could of made real design of the art for the action as well and seeing my Waifu (cough) come alive. Than perfect game I’m addicted, just became a sleeper hit out of nowhere!
  • Good game, yet there’s some problems as well. Oct 27, 2020

    By SHOOTERS FOR BLACKPINK
Wonderful game, but a bit problematic. I am a girl, yet whenever the characters refer to me in game, they say he instead of she. Even though I have changed the gender in the game from male to female, it’s still like that. If you guys could have an option for the dialogue to include girls, that would be great. Also, with the leader. He’s a guy. There are no girl options. I guess this game is catering towards dudes, but there are girls who play this too and it’s a bit sad when the characters refer to me as a guy, and in game, I am portrayed as a guy. If the developers could add more options to include girl players within this game, that would be fantastic. Otherwise, I’m loving this game! There’s another problem that I realized. Sometimes when I’m playing a game mode, the screen buffers. And not in a way that pauses the game, no. The game keeps on going 😭. So I can’t do anything but watch my health deplete and my characters die because I can’t deploy them or literally do anything at all. If that could be fixed, that would also be wonderful. Thank you.

I’ve been playing Illusion Connect for a few months now, and it is constantly improving. The ability to Fast Battle makes it so much easier to progress. And for a collector like me, I’ve had very little trouble collecting most of the featured units. And I even if you miss them the first time, they usually come back around so you can save your tickets for what you want to pull for. There are some timed tasks with rewards that are impossible to complete in the time given without spending real money, but these are mostly optional so even as a free to play you won’t miss out on much. Overall, one of the better games I’ve played recently. And the more I unlock through progression, the more I want to keep playing. And there are events with some interesting stories to enjoy while you’re working towards event goals. I definitely recommend giving this game a try!

Have been playing this game for 1 year now. Really enjoying the game as an F2P player. Pvp used to only be for whales, but with all the events and rewards F2P players can also enjoy Pvp. Only issue is that I'd hope there is more content, or add something to exchange gold and crystals for apart from the things in the shop cause they are all useless as an advanced player. Overall a pretty good game from my part.
  • Great game!! Oct 30, 2020

I really enjoy this game I thought it was just gonna be a average tactical fighting game but it’s more than that there’s so much to do and didn’t get bored with it even after playing for 5 hours straight and it’s so rewarding and it doesn’t feel like there’s a end of diamonds to use summon characters so far. This is such a great game and I can’t wait to keep playing and see what you have to offer and play future events!! Here’s one thing I’d like to address is it possible to make skin coupons purchasable with diamonds maybe one for 50 or 100 diamonds that way you guys won’t lose anything as people can still purchase the packs with the skin coupons while people who don’t have that money at their disposal can slowly grind for the skin coupons to buy skins for characters they love. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope you take this into consideration.
  • A game that you can see how much the developers care Nov 15, 2020

So I’ve been playing gacha games for awhile, but none compare to Illusion Connect in terms of the care put into the game. With great art, character development, story, and gameplay, this game easily deserves 4 stars. I rarely write reviews but felt like I needed to let others know what turns this game into a 5 star game. The developers are constantly taking player feedback into consideration when making events and changes to the game. They frequently offer VOLUNTARY feedback surveys and give lots of rewards. They respond to queries and reviews about the game and it makes me so happy to see how much they want to improve the game for us. Thank you Superprism for a fantastic game. The only things that I think could improve are include more voice lines during the dream story lines and sometimes the translations can be a bit off.

User experience has improved over last couple of months. PvP is still heavily P2W, but is not locked behind a paywall to the degree that it was. If you want the best weapons, you will have to pay and pay dearly. Elementium has gotten a little easier to come by, although there is still a heavy advantage accrued to those willing to buy it. Still many known bugs, mis- and missing translations, and aspects of gameplay that appear to have been abandoned halfway. A good game but could be better.

This review is my second one ever, so you know this game is the real deal. The developers and management of this app are second to none and have done a brilliant job over-all. The gameplay is super smooth and character design is flawless, the game’s progression system is one of the best I’ve seen. One of the many features I enjoy is the stamina capacity; you get the perfect amount, not to little, not too much. The stamina system makes the game fair between f2p and p2w. I consider myself mostly f2p besides the battle pass that many games have adopted. I’ve been playing since the first day and I feel like I’m making progress every time I log in. Everyday I look forward to logging into the app and not looking at it as a chore. I would love to see some guild content in the future, but overall I’m happy and I plan to stick around for awhile.

Even though I whale in this game. I still think it’s very generous and very f2p (free to play). Decent enough content to do so I don’t get bored. Pvp is alright but it’s not bad as some other mobile games. There are so many codes to use so you can get so many free currency ingame and so much stamina, I have never seen any game that’s so generous as this game. Even when they had a bug where you can claim 2x the rewards for the battle pass, they did not roll back instead they let whoever bought it keep the rewards and gave the rewards to whoever didn’t get the 2x rewards a later date. They really know how to treat their customers and are very professional about it. I definitely recommend trying the game out. The art is nice, gameplay is fun, and it’s free. Worth a try!
  • Beautiful game May 23, 2021

This game is a lot of fun, it keep you interested and the artwork is amazing. There is a lot to do from designing a home, to getting to characters, to going on quests, and exploring the map, and more. There are a few leveling errors I found a couple times, most noticeably from level 25 to 30. What I mean by this is that games are designed to progress by having you gain the amount of experience needed in one area to get to the next. You may need to play it a few times but eventually you will level up and continue on to the next area. In this game you hit a point where you cannot really go any further in the story quests because your characters are not a high enough level. They will be maxed out at the point around level 45 (which is around level 26 or so for you) and they can’t go higher. You need a special item to increase their level after 45, and you can’t get that item until you get to a certain story point. And that story point you cannot get to until your characters are a high level. See where I’m going with this? So while it is fun and a great game to pass the time you might find yourself getting stuck a few times and ending up dragging out the same level for much longer than seems needed because you can’t really go further. All and all, I love it and will continue to play!

Used to be one of the best gacha games with great drop rates and cute waifus, but I guess they got greedy and decided to ruin it. Gear and advancement items behind paywalls, terrible changes to pve (Dream expedition impossible now, illusion corridor crashes game entirely), too much focus on pvp that you need to fork out cash to keep up with when the pvp and pve used to be more equal so non-whales could enjoy the game. I'm not f2p but not a whale either.
  • Nov 9, 2021

    By Gamecon 99
Eliminated the paywall, but then broke a game mode and left another game mode broken. Fix the cruise pvp. It is horribly broken. I have to pay to refresh the opponent, just for it to give me the exact same opponent again. Why? The same opponent should never show back up back to back. I had to pay to not fight them. The cooperative engagement is also broken now. It worked fine before, why change it? This dev team seems to lack common sense. Stop releasing broken game modes and breaking old modes.

Dream Expedition was a grindy way to earn gnosis shards & a few tickets. If you failed you could keep trying until you overcame the bosses. Now, they've upped the difficulty & you get 1 chance; if you fail none of your team may try again. Unless you have 10 or 20 more maxed units you are blocked from progressing for the entire week. What fool decided this would be fun for the players? I'm very disappointed because perseverance is no longer rewarded. Devs: You want me to play less? Wish granted.
  • Nov 30, 2021

    By Christophe Buron
Update: Once again, latest update killed the fun; Dream expedition has become WAY too difficult. New characters are introduced just about every other week, making it impossible to keep up. Star/level up resources are too scarce. While seemingly generous to new players, resource scarcity become a big issue.
  • Dec 5, 2021

    By jpala821
Each update gets worse for free players, making it harder for them to get resources like shards & even tickets (they ruined coop & Dream Expedition). The developers still treat the global players like they're trash while the Korean servers are still treated like kings (they don't even hide their hate for the global players anymore). Pvp is getting worse because some leader class are way too powerful (Axe, Hunter) while others are bad (everyone else). I can't recommend IC to new players.

In the 10 months that Illusion Connect has come out, the game has seen some improvements, however, some core issues are still unresolved. SSR characters are incomplete when they are released, so you truly don't know what you're going to get even when you roll on a banner. What I mean by this is that new characters are rolled out on a frequent basis and components like dating (to raise their faction) are not in place, they are not added to the broken shards library so you can't get new shards randomly for them, and most important of all, their final "awakening" power isn't yet built. Why play a gacha at all if the super super rare characters aren't finished? What exactly are you rolling on? Other issues involve weekly trials like Dream Expedition where the same boss (i.e. Diana) are used for multiple encounters when there are countless characters that can be used. The final tier (World D) of Dream Expedition is ridiculously hard (especially the final Kiraya encounter) for very little return, making it largely worthless in terms of spending time on it. Some characters are behind a paywall and can't be obtained any other way. Paid monthly battle pass content is getting less and less valuable each month. Why pay $10-$20 monthly on a game to play on your phone, when you can spend that on a MMORPG subscription? There just isn't enough value being delivered to justify the monthly battle pass cost anymore. Game mechanics such as character speed are not adequately explained, leading to frustration.
  • Server issues make it basically unplayable Nov 4, 2020

    By Cronogear
As far as gacha games go, this one is surprisingly good. Nice art, fun combat, good music, decent rates, and some great quality of life improvements relative to other gachas. The translation and especially the English text formatting should be better, but it isn’t a deal breaker. No, the problem is with the servers the game is running on. They are absolute garbage. And no, it’s not an issue with my internet connection, as I play dozens of online games without issue. No, Illusion Connect’s servers are just trash. You will constantly have the game lock up and become completely unresponsive when it loses connection to the servers, which happens ALL THE TIME. And in the middle of a fight means that you lose, because the game doesn’t even have the decency to stop the fight because its awful servers don’t work. These lock ups can last anywhere from a few seconds to a minute, and they happen all the time. What does it matter how good a game is when it’s barely even playable?

Decent characters. Cost way too much. You either have to play for a million hours. Or buy one of there packs to get good characters, that is if you even get the pack. I bought one and never recieved the items an when i contacted them about they said i received it when i never did.
  • Potentially Amazing Dec 30, 2020

    By Jimopothly
A potentially amazing gacha game hampered by abuse towards the global server. This game respects your time, allowing almost everything to be raided/swept after you’ve cleared it with the max grade. Better yet, you are given opportunities to grind out shards daily so that you can eventually accumulate enough to earn units you don’t have or to upgrade existing ones without having to rely solely on getting lucky rolls. All-in-all, Illusion Connect is a very generous game that rewards patience and respects both F2Pers and light spenders. Sadly, I cannot currently recommend this game’s global version, as they have now skipped one of the absolute best banners in the game and, as of today, just announced the skipping of an extremely sought after rotation on gnosis, honor, and contribution summons. This is a GLOBAL ONLY issue that has slapped players in the face and is nonsensical and a completely unnecessary change. If this issue gets addressed, I will gladly change my rating, but for now, this abuse towards global players is absurd.
  • Wasted Potential Mar 29, 2021

Game has great art (mostly) and great music, but is quickly going downhill thanks to the most wildly incompetent devs I’ve ever seen in a live service game. Late game PvE is a pointless chore that mostly consists of getting your team’s combat power value high enough to literally clear stages automatically, whereas the real time PvP is hilariously broken, largely revolving around repeatedly reviving one extremely broken unit (although they halved leader hp with no warning today, so at the moment it’s just cheesy one shots with low cost units). Stupid mistakes happen constantly and are never fixed in a timely fashion (even when it would take negligible resources to do so), like when the real time arena had the wrong opening time for an entire week. Outside of RTA the player base is split among way too many servers, most of which are steadily dying. With even a lot of the whales quitting, it’s hard to imagine this game has much of a future.

It's the only mobile game I keep coming back to. So they must be doing something right. I have deleted this game and tried out other games. In a sense it is the same gacha game. I do like the fact they give out a lot of free summons. There events don't require you to spend money to get the better items you need. One of the better things is event energy is sperate from regular energy. You don't have to choose on which to do. All you need is to play.

I thought the ads were stupid at first and scoffed at a anime girl game. But I decided to give it a shot anyways to see if it’s worth anything. That’s was about 2 months ago and I have been playing the game every single day since. I must say that there is a lot to do and learn when playing this but once you get the hang of it, it’s like a treat to hop on every day and grow stronger. The pull system they have for super rare characters is fair, I can be sure that I can get a great character if I wait. If I am impatient I can just grind levels and get more draws! The only issue I have is that energy runs out fast and I can’t play forever, but you can’t have too much of a good thing :(

This is a fun "pay to win" gatcha game, that you don't have to pay to play and have fun! The story line is interesting, and the English translation was never that bad, but it's still improving. As a free player, I don't feel like I'm completely left out. Sure I have to log in every day if I want to stay competitive in the top 500 for one of the daily pvp games, but it doesn't feel burdensome, like some of the other games I have played. I'm one year in and don't feel bored or pressured. :-)
  • Why am I attracted.... Oct 25, 2020

Thank you.
  • Beautiful game May 23, 2021

    By Iridescent27
  • Overall Review Oct 24, 2020

    By Hyuta440
I’m giving this game 4*s I’d give it 5 but I keep getting connection errors or kicked back to the title because of server instability. The chat also bans so many unnecessary words like “this, ban, server, game.” There’s plenty of other words as well so much so it makes it frustrating to even use chat. The combat is overall nice and story telling really a gut punch to the feels. All those little things tho especially the chat function being as broken as it is such a turnoff tho. Once you unlock pvp arena I would suggest to manually play as the AI can be a bit derpy on who to use story is okay to use auto for tho. As for the F2P aspect I’m quite happy with how much the game throws gems at me I thought it would eventually be a problem but the game really does hand them out like candy which is prolly why I’m giving this game such a rating.
  • Seems promising Oct 23, 2020

    By Del-Pep
The game is very pretty and runs smoothly for me so far. As of now it seems pretty standard to this game type and there isn’t really much special, but that can be expected of a new release. I’m interested to see what they add to make it more unique. One problem this game like many others of this type that I’ve never appreciated personally, the game automatically assumes you are a guy. That may be the target audience, but please at least add the option to be regarded as female by the characters and have a female avatar rather than a male one. The other issue I immediately took while checking out the tutorial to get the full story; I missed most of the story during the video parts. The text appears and disappears extremely fast and I found that I couldn’t read pretty much any of it. Please slow it down so the average person can actually read the blocks of text before it goes away. I also which I could've found a way to change my mind about doing the tutorial. Once I figured out I wouldn’t be able to read parts of the main story I really didn’t want to go through the tutorial anymore as that was my real reasoning for choosing it, since the other option mentioned skipping part of the story.

Decent Gacha game with a very entertaining combat system and wonderful characters. If only they'd work on fixing the very prominent power creep that is Elementum, it would be a much better game. Still, they do eventually listen to their player base and take our feedback into account.
  • Game has big potential Oct 23, 2020

    By KasualKira
I have been waiting for this game since it was in pre-order for a while, downloaded it immediately and I am pretty impressed with the character art hehehe, but the game doesn’t glitch, the payments did have a big hiccup but the game developers were fast on the issue and it was resolved hours later. I love the currency system and I hope they are as rewarding in the future for veteran player as the game gets older. Lots of game content and I wish I had more stamina hahaha jk. I hope this game goes far and reaches years like Dokkan or Grand Summoners. The Rates aren’t too bad tbh and I’d say better than most gacha games
  • Very good! Slight problem though. Oct 26, 2020

    By ThatWeeEdgelord
I absolutely love your game! It’s very fun and the rates of getting characters are quite fair instead of impossible like most. I would definitely recommend this. However, I have had some lagging issues and a lot of loading, it also crashed on me once. But if that can be fixed then that would be much appreciated. Very well done! Edit: please fix the chat. We can hardly speak without it banning everything we say aside from a few words. It would make the social experience much more enjoyable.
  • I noticed something... Jan 15, 2021

    By Miguel Bloombito
Some things I saw while using this game were: -that the developer responses for each positive review are the same, it’s all copy-pasted -that on Shanti’s (the radiant) album page, it says she’s “black as chocolate.” Uh...??? Correct me if I’m wrong, but that seems to be an extremely weird phrasing. What does that even mean?? I’m demanding a response other than, “sorry, radiant.” Please answer me as to what this sentence means. NOT copy pasted from somewhere. -you shouldn’t spend money on this game; diamonds are too expensive and give you NOTHING
  • A bit unfair Nov 14, 2020

    By Tokupoco
So first of all, I want to start with the good things. It’s really fun, and it’s not like those other boring anime battle games. BUT, whenever I try to get a ssr partner, it never gives me it. It gives me useless things. Please fix up on that and make it more fair. The second thing is, some levels are just SO HARD! It’s way too hard for some levels. Can you make them a little easier? Those two reasons are why I have this app 4 stars. Fix it please!

Characters and art is some of the best I've seen in a mobile game. Gameplay can be auto battled but the strategy available from manual play is quite fun. Updates recently have been pretty slow though and are heavily skewed towards pvp players. Fun game but hard to recommend to a new player due to the grind needed to get to a competitive level and have the units to make fun teams work.

  • So many issues Nov 18, 2020

    By SylverGemini
I want to give this game five stars I really do. I love the art, I love the game mechanics and I love the story line.I’ve gotten great characters too but I can’t play it. It worked great for a bit but now when I log in I can’t play. I can log in all the way, get to the main interface but I can’t tap anything. I do and nothing opens at all. I had this happen a few times before but then it started to work and I could play. But now for the past two days I’ve been unable to do anything. It’s frustrating because I do like this game, enough to spend money on it. But I can’t spend money if I can’t play it. What’s going on? EDIT: I can’t open anything on the main interface of the game. I try and nothing happens I just get a connection error.
  • Glitchy but ok Oct 27, 2020

    By nhihama
Been playing for a few days now. The graphic and overall game is fun, it’s a little confusing, lots of stuff going on but directions are not the clearest. A lot of self figuring out. Although the graphic is great, there’s a lot of glitches. Navigation from places and pages to pages is slow and lots of clicking. Sometimes I will click on own thing and another open, the scrolling is weird, the auto fight is not super great and slow. The game could be a little more fast paste especially the fighting, I can see it getting boring later down the road. But for now, it’s good. Worth trying.
  • Games fun but Dec 9, 2020

    By 2-PAChologram
Just now.. about 2 minutes ago. I went to get into the game. Then the sign in pops up, after it pops up it gives me the “already claimed” prompt then the sign in screen doesn’t go away and I am unable to press anything or play the game! It’s glitching and being annoying. I have restarted the app did not fix. Signed out and back in didn’t work. Hard reset my phone by holding the power button didn’t work.. even deleting the app didn’t work. Your mini bug fix created a bug for no reason .-.
  • Really like your game but spend money and can’t pvp with friends on different server Nov 23, 2020

    By idiigftiv
I played this game since launch with my friend we finally decided to fight because we build our team we see that we couldn’t find each other and then found out we were both recommended different servers I just feel like we should’ve gotten warn before we spend money on two different servers and can’t fight because we have a competitive nature but other than that amazing game with a amazing team keep at it
  • Fun but major progression issues Dec 17, 2020

    By AkikoYosa
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the game and events. There’s great characters and it’s fun and interactive but the biggest problem is story progression. Specifically in the collapsed(hard mode) version of the game. There’s major boss spamming with no real way to fully beat certain chapters even with maxing a full SSR team. So even if you wanted to progress you just get stuck and can’t play any further or even upgrade your characters to get better.
  • Problem Dec 2, 2021

By ok just give me a name
Ok first off why am I rating it 3 stars well I never played it didn’t have space so if your reading this you may be wondering why am I writing a review well here’s why your app keeps trying to reinstall itself it usually only happens when I go into the iTunes Store which is odd but it also does this on other apps so uh if this is a thing you can fix somehow please do cause it’s aggravating
  • Fun for quick sessions Sep 3, 2021

    By ChillTaco
The difficulty spike in this game bumps up really fast. And unless you pull duplicates or gain lots of character shards there’s not much you can do to make yourself stronger. It’s kind of frustrating. I want to like this game but that bothers me a bit. The story is a bit confusing. The best thing about the game is the character designs. So many cute and pretty characters!

    By David Edwards

Game can be fun but devs have given up, game hasn't had anything new, the events are just the same as every other week, and if you take a break for any amount of time the guild WILL IMMEDIATELY DEMOTE YOU new players be ware
  • Combat... Oct 27, 2020

    By Omega55321
I’m at 9.10 in the story, level 30 and the combat is getting stupid. Enemies having more characters than you(we are capped at 10, (and only Uber whales are at the level to use that many so far), summoning more than the player energy count(they’ll drop 2-4 characters, all having like 14-20 energy cost, ALL at once), and enemies getting their abilities significantly faster than the player is cheap and frustrating. I’m literally 10-15k CP above the stage, and oftentimes I barely make it...that’s a huge difference in power, and I’m BARELY making it. Also, the enemy leader has 2-3 times more hp, and is oftentimes a healer(there’s like 2 anti heal units, one is fennebeth, whom I have, thank god). TL;DR-combat is cheap as the ai doesn’t have the same restrictions as the player. I’ve spent almost 100$, and got some pretty good luck in regard to SSRs, and SR dupes, so I imagine that a non spender, or someone with bad luck, would likely hit a wall at about the chapter 5-6 range. Meaning they’d have to wait DAYS(if not weeks) to progress, and will likely quit the game. Y’all fix the combat(and maybe the summon rates and acquisition of some resources) and this is easily a 5 star game, till then, I’m leaving it at 2.
  • Deleted all of my data. Dec 12, 2020

    By Terrariamaster5
To be completely honest, this game is pretty fun. Amazing character design, fun gameplay, good rates, but there was one glaring problem. IT DELETED ALL OF MY DATA AFTER A GOOD MONTH OF GAMEPLAY. I had my account linked to my gmail, I sign in today, and everything I worked to was completely gone. I REALLY do not want to go through what I went through again to POSSIBLY get the characters I want again. The characters to be fair are the only thing giving it more than one star at this point, cause some characters give me a lot of joy. If there is a way to RECOVER my account, that would be ideal, and I would change the review to a 4, but still. If anyone can help, please, I could use it.
  • Misleading Gatcha Jan 9, 2021

    By bebopxyzteam
The game itself is decently fun, but the gatcha odds are very poor. Just a heads up, you are guaranteed an SSR (ultra rare unit) after 100 pulls on a banner (super expensive). However what only one of the banners tells you is that your pity timers between banners are independent and many of them are time limited, so if you’re on your 7th 10 pull of a banner with no SSR pull and the banner goes away, there goes your pity odds. Don’t want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Won’t be playing this game, as there are many gatchas out there with gameplay as good and better gatcha mechanics.
  • Well designed pay to win Oct 24, 2020

    By PlayerOne111
Nice artwork and gameplay, but you can’t hope to compete if you don’t pay. I played from the global release first hour, and five hours into the game start some players had already completed over 800 stages. Not only that, there has clearly been a lengthy release before the game officially opened (beta, soft launch and/or Asian), so many players are already advanced at the start. Not fun if you enjoy competitive games. Compete with your wallet or just play for mild eye candy, if that’s your thing.
  • It’s awesome Apr 16, 2021

    By Nevemomi
The artwork one of the best, you can tell the creators spent a long time designing them. The gameplay is also fun and unique, I was addicted as soon as I played it. This game gives you a lot of rewards when you first play, it’s one of the best! I deleted it when I saw you need a copy of the same units for stuff. I’m pretty sure most new players did too. Such a shame, if only they added a way to get those shards much more easier... goodbye, 1 day favorite game.
  • Game is going to die Sep 3, 2021

    By Reetarddd
The game is becoming more trash every update. I’m personally going to check the 1 year anniversary and if they manage to make it worse than the previous updates I’m out. They are also banning people due to the servers bugs. They even took away people’s rewards even though they earned them. I already feel the power creep. Just doge this game and while you’re at dont play superprism games.

  • Nov 7, 2021

    By kielin kidd

    By BryanS1985
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! Dec 16, 2020

    By nioan
I purchased two of their events. One fortune feast and the other SEEDs recruitment. Only got some of the fortune event and didn’t get any items from the SEEDs recruitment. I took screen prints sent them in on their forms. And the come back and tell me that it was my fault that they will do no compensation and made no effort to make it right, even though I had all the picture to prove I didn’t receive the items. So I am deleting the account and am in talks with my bank to get the charges reverse to a charge back. I sent the pictures and forms I fill out and customer service chat in messenger. They say I should get my money back. I WOULDN’T spend cash on this game. You will get nothing from CS they will not help.
  • Feels mushed together Jul 31, 2021

    By Trulop
The menus you use to get to all the different things you can do feels all mushed together. Things arent really spaced out well or organized and makes it confusing what the heck you have to do to progress. Needs major work. Maybe try splitting up things that are similar into sub sections (some games use buildings to enter or different areas to group similar things to make it streamlined) . Tried to play this for a few days but ultimately this is what made me want to delete the game =\ combat is cool, great character design, sort of wasted on bad user experience =( if they change things to be more streamlined will 10/10 try it again.
  • Support system is atrocious and payments are unreliable Nov 1, 2020

    By Viktor Evdokimov
Please fix your in game support. When I am logged in to the game you already know my nickname, server, email and what’s not There is no reason to look it up and type it in again Payments from the game some times don’t go through and support asking for weird proofs , so I end up with charge from the game but it does not even show as game charge in the wallet What is worth, they send instructions how to get screenshot that you need but if you switch to another app and come back - support ticket with instructions is gone and your only option is to start over with reporting issue which is a hassle Game itself is obviously pretty and I appreciate efforts put into it, problem mostly that with amount of content this game has stamina recharge is way too slow and your ability to by energy through the day or get it from friends is limited Please fix payment issues and this would be 4 star review you deserve
