    I give a five cos it has loads of new features which other big banks don’t offer on the apps ,,and you should cache the rewards data in the app for fast fetch.

    The app is quite good but I don't know why few things seems broken despite the feature looks implemented as per the FAQ. Like for me viewing the card details doesn't work for me as I find no view option (eye button) on the image of my debit card. Also adding biller (electricity biller in my case) does not works at times.

    Checks the Boxes for functionality by providing most of the necessary services one would require from a mobile app. For those complaining of not having extra features, apps are not meant for that. For that, you have net banking. This app has most of the features one would expect from a banking app, with a clean, simple UI. However, the response is a bit laggy, the app could have been more optimised and issues like login failures are sometimes present. These are fine, considering the age of app.

    Wow experience - kudos to IDFC FIRST for this app that has made life simple for me. The payment features i use frequently including bill payments are so simple and intuitive. Keep adding more. Will be keenly watching this app.

    I've issue in the past but as of now the idfc bank setisfy me with its services enough to give them 5 star The app work properly still in credit card I'm not be able to turn on the online transactions options have to login to internet banking for that still it's not that hard to do ....

    UI is fine. But why you don't have options to customize date range in account statement with 'custom' option?.. already you have option for current month. The customize option also restricted for only current month. If i want last month and till date statement in a single file what should i do?.

    Edit: They've actually responded to this rant review of mine and looked into the issues. It's not fixed, yet, but it's good to know they are listening to feedback from their users. --- While adding a Payee the app doesn't let you enter the IFSC code manually. 2 out of 3 have failed because the bank can't figure out the correct IFSC. Very very frustrating experience.

    Just installed and found few bugs in it.. 1. Maturity amount mentioned for RD is incorrect. 2. If you go to the chat section, you can't go back to the home page. 3. Takes much time on Fingerprint login Overall, it is better than previous one. Good to see IDFC is working for better customer experience.

    Old app was better and easy to navigate. This new app is also somehow fine but not as much. I am not able to update my address through new app as well through new portal. As this feature was available in old one. IDFC can u plz tell me how to update address in new app or portal?

    The previous app was better. Why? Two reasons prominently 1. You removed the option to login with username and password. MPIN login is fast but not very secure. If someone somehow finds out your MPIN then they can easily login to the app. I prefer login using the username and password OR mobile number, OTP and password. 2. There is no option to edit your beneficiaries. If I want to change the transaction limit on them l, there is no edit option to do so. Only delete option is there.

    Total worse and total time waste activity. IDFC First app is far more better. If you open any option then their bars will go up and down for no reason forcing us to shut down this app in the middle. This app doesnt even deserve a single star. And the worse part is , if you register on this app then you cant open the other IDFC First reliable app.

    This app is really fricking bad I never seen this kind of internal or server issue and app user interfaces are also not satisfied there is an lot of issues in this app even I can't track my CC statement and payments history, you guys need to upgrade more, we are in this generation if we use this app it feels that we are 90's.

    Bad UI, user interface is very unintuative. Really difficult to find simple stuff like card management. UPI is spread over multiple places, after spending a lot of time to find the location for pending upi request I was surprised to find that there were no pending request showing even though I had recived an SMS for the same. Great app if you like solving puzzels, not so if you want to make a payment in a hurry...

    The worst app. System not sending OTP to my registered mobile although I am getting mail saying it has been already sent. No option to register complaint or contact Customer service via chat. Schedule call or call back does not work. App asking for OTP for transferring money from NRE to NRO account which is not needed and then does not send otp. I think I made a big mistake by opening account in this bank, worst app. Also no separate option to add or view or edit beneficiary.

    As a android app developer I'm not recommended this app to existing customers. Please don't update your IDFC first bank app. Very difficult to use this new app. More loading time, very confusing, not user friendly..Previous app was much better. But my details was migrated so can't able to login old app😭.

    I think the best part about this bank is the excellent customer service when you call them , The app isn't as refined as lets say axis bank ,i got my imps stuck in it as well which was returned but after 3 days what if i need to send money to someone urgently, 2nd paying credit nill took 3 days it takes mere seconds to do it via cred or google pay,3rd i havent received the rewards i was promised by opening the app This can be a good secondary account not you primary bank

    The previous app was fabulous. This app is just not acceptable. If the app is not ready and you are aware that there are internal errors why release it in the first place. You could have not made users switch to the new version until the bugs are fixed. Deeply disappointed.

    I invested in two sips through the app and it is not even reflecting in their app such a poor interface very bad experience The issue was resolved. But again they are having issues with login.

    Nonsense app, doesn't work. App asks for customer id; on entering, reports back that the customer ID is not yet enabled. What nonsense.. Customer care confirms that the account is migrated to new app, app says not yet migrated. No resolution from last 4 months.
